I unfortunately had my cell phone stolen. Dorothia was extremely fast and helpful in getting me a new phone. Before stopping in, I called another AT&T location I spoke to a man that was clearly in a hurry and was unclear with instructions for what I needed to do. I decided to try to call this Bridgewater location of AT&T, the man I spoke to was clear and helpful to me. I have been a long time customer of AT&T. These days, are tough for everyone... This store is the BEST AT&T store!! I've had great service here many times after having to go somewhere else due to traveling and will never go to a different store now. Started with James (Bond) ;-) couple of years ago and Matt today was phenomenal!!! AT&T needs to set this store as "how all others should be"! We ended up going to the Apple Store the next day and they had to get us a new phone. No issues on their end. Went to Store on Tylersville Rd on 4/2, phone would not charge had been dropped in water, was told by Kurt Eger that it was out of warranty and I was SOL. Was told to contact Samsung. Went to Princeton Rd Store on 4/4 told them same problem, Kriss Stevenson looked up my account told me I had insurance and told me what to do. Wow. Does anyone read these reviews? I understand there is a small sample size but this manager at this location needs some serious feedback about her leadership and customer service skills. My wife and I JUST got AT&T cellular service 6 weeks ago. My wife took my mom's phone to this location to get everything switched over and one of the associates threw away her phone case. When my wife returned the phone to my mom she asked my wife where her phone case was. My wife apologized to my mom not thinking about the fact there was one on the phone prior to handing it over to the associate so my mom called the retail location at Bridgewater and the store manager told her, "They take those things in the back and yank them off the phones and just throw them away." So apparently it is procedure to throw away people's belongings that they paid for in the trash without asking them? The solution she gave my mom was, "We can give you a new case at 75% off". YOU THREW HER CASE AWAY. YOU OWE HER A REPLACEMENT! I went into this location today because since we have been with this service I have had numerous dropped calls and I am unable to make phone calls, receive phone calls and am unable to access any data whatsoever when I am in a building of any kind. Their solution? "Does you work have wifi?" It is not an obligation for anyone to provide wifi, however if I am paying for cellular service with unlimited data it should be more reliable when you are paying as much as my previous carrier charged me who had more reliable service. When I explained to the associate that I have no connectivity inside any structure I have been in the manager interrupted our conversation by saying, "no carrier has good connectivity inside a building." When I tried to explain to her when I had Verizon I had no issues with connectivity when I was at work. Her solution? "Verizon is across the street." So I went across the street, called AT&T from my phone and paid off my phones to unlock them. I am happy to announce that because of this unprofessional manager I am back with my more reliable service and am rid of the treatment this company has given me for the short 6 weeks I was with them. Lesson learned. I will not try to save a measly 11 dollars a month (the difference between my 10 gig plan vs my unlimited plan with AT&T which really isn't unlimited if you have no access to anyone ever using your device because the service is so poor). Verizon should put this manager on their payroll because she is sending a lot of business their way. She has a lot to learn about being a leader and a customer service rep. As I was walking out of the store I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. She asked me what my name was and I gave it to her without hesitation as I am not the one at fault here. I again asked her name and she just glared at me so I left. Horrific customer service. Checked in and was told 1hr. 15min. Lady told us to go get lunch and come back. We were back within the hour and our name was no longer on the list. She told us she was unsure we were returning. Turned out the same exact thing was going on with another couple. We both did exactly what she told us to do. Asked for a manager and she walked away and stood at her post by the door to continue checking people in... Completely ignoring our request. Manager was finally alerted and asked the lady what the issue was and if we were removed. She said, "I mean, it is what it is!" What? What does that even mean?!? Manager took over and said he'd help the four of us himself. We let the other couple go first. When they were finished and we were still waiting he took the next person on the screen instead of coming back for us. I'm MORE than willing to wait on a Saturday. I get it. But come on!!! Not one person ever apologized. Needless to say, they lost a customer today. We're adding a line to our Version account. read more
