Metro in Hollister is so bad I can't go in there pay my bill if you don't buy something else they harass you I've had enough of it. I've been with metro mobile for 20 years now I have to find another provider because of the shitty staff in Hollister and on 10th St. in Gilroy. I recently went in and paid my phone bill in person the lady talked me into getting a tablet which she said that I could make phone calls from and receive phone calls from which she even gave me a phone number I get home find out that that was all in true I take it back within an hour they won't give me my money back they gave me about $17 back then two days later my phone gets turned off because they said non-payment when I went in there and paid my bill in cash the same day I think that it's a total ripoff I'm extremely upset with their their service and their procedures are not giving me my money back after giving me false information about buying a tablet it's a total ripoff before one to go to metroPCS in Hollister they just take your money and then my phone got shut off to boot read more

The other day i saw that this employee needed help & went to another employee & asked for help & he just acted like it wasn't his problem & kept repeating the same question but in different ways. It's like if you're gonna help your coworker answer their question don't answer with another question. It was super busy that day too 6 people waiting infront of me. I left right after & the next day I went almost to closing & the lady I believe her name was Alisa didn't show me my promotions. She kept ignoring me when I mentioned it & was being really stuck up. She didn't smile she was just out of it & was just being so rude about her job. I'm suprised cuz there's alot of good reviews about her but my experience with her was not up to my expectations. I think maybe you should quit if you hate your job. read more

My last service provider left a god awful taste in my mouth and Lisa the new assistant manager not only took care of all my need's but she listened to my concern's she addressed them with top notch customer service skill's plus she hooked me up with all kinds of goodies on the latest deals!!!!! She didn't stop there after the sale she even made it a point to let me know they are there for any question's I may have. Wish I had the same story as the person below me but sadly this was not the case. We were in the market for a new phone carrier since moving here from San Jose. We had Sprint and it was pretty bad, the customer service was totally absent. Anyway we were lured in by the flat rate of monthly cost. We had tired them several years ago in Texas and coverage was a nightmare and quickly switched back to AT&T before the month was up. We shame on us because we just did a repeat again but here in Hollister. Coverage was just as bad. If it wasn't for our home WiFi we would have nothing. Our phones either said T mobile WiFi or No service. I had a terrible time getting any parent controls set up and everyone seemed to be pretty clueless on the subject. The guys at the store that set up up were nice enough but not much help when we needed answers. One guy even told me that my case was the cause for lack of coverage! So we ate our 80 bucks of activation fees and went to Verizon after only 2 weeks with T Mobile. Glad there wasn't a contract. read more
