Instead of fixing my phone the guy created another problem. I am no longer able to use all of the keys on my keyboard; this was not an issue before him opening up the screen a second time. He wanted me to come back and get the phone later on, and I explained that I was not from the area and would not be able to return. I asked him for a refund so I could go elsewhere and get my phone fixed. He declined and said no refunds. I understand that I may need to be a little inconvenienced, but since you could not do the job after two tries, I should receive my money back. Unfortunately, I will have to return, but they will never get any more business from me. I will advise going elsewhere.
