Avoid! - Read my review for the reasons why…read more. I called around a few places to get quotes to replace my HTC One X+ cracked screen and this place seemed to be most reasonable. So the owner ordered the new screen and told me to drop of my phone on 6/25 for a repair that would take 1-1.5 hours. I came back later that evening to find that the screen was not sitting in the phone housing correctly. He said that glue wasn't dry and could keep it overnight to have it done correctly. I agreed and returned the next morning to pick up my phone and pay the $108 (w/tax). It was only when I got home did I notice that the ear speaker and microphone weren't working..which means I could not make phone call (big problem). So I returned to the store again that day to have the owner fix the issues. After ~30 mins of tinkering with it he said he would have to keep it for a few days to ensure everything was fixed correctly. I again agreed and he gave me a loaner phone to use in the mean time. I returned to pick up my phone on 7/5 only to find that there were still issues! He ordered another new screen (as the 1st new one had discoloration - not a big deal to me) but again it was not seated correctly in the casing. Also, the microphone still didn't work so I couldn't make calls. I said I wasn't accepting this and he ensured me that it was the best that could be done. I asked for a refund because at this point I didn't want to drive back another time. He said he would remove the screen and give me my money back..give me my phone back with no screen?! So I refused that option and told him i would be contacting my credit card company to stop payment for the service. Currently in dispute now for a refund and have a half working cell phone. Guess I should have gone with a more reputable and professional company - lesson learned. I just hope this review helps others from being taken for an unpleasant ride. -Matt
