The first time, I had a billing issue, and Anthony was exceptionally helpful in working with me to get it resolved.

The owner is absolutely really friendly and truthful. I did not like my first new aftermarket replaced screen, and he helped change it to a used original one without any additional charges. I also have my mom's phone battery replaced here, and it works wonderful as well. Highly recommended for all tech repair works that you need for your gadgets. Thank you!

The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

Worst experience I've had at an AT&T store. Came in because I needed to return my old phone from a…read moretrade in I had done and the young girl that was working on 11/30/24 (not sure of her name) took a few minutes to finally put her phone down and stop texting and do her job (not sure why employees are allowed to be on their personal phones while working?). Anyways, I explained to her I was a couple days behind the 30 day deadline but was told at the other store I bought the phone from that if that happens they can still help me I'd just need to come in. Her response was extremely condescending and rude, I'm guessing since I interrupted her screen time, as she said "Oh you're past the deadline? Well we can't help you then, you can't trade it anymore." didn't even bother checking anything. Then once her manager comes up beside her, her entire demeanor changed as she asked for my info to look it up in the system, tells me "oh well I don't know let me ask my manager what we can do." Shows her manager the screen, and all he tells me is "yeah I would recommend calling 611 while you're here and telling them the situation to see if you can still do the trade in" still no direction other than that, nothing. So I go and sit down, call 611 (mind you it's an automated robot) get sent a link to my phone and hung up on by the service center while the two of them are just sitting there watching me from the stand. After this, I decided to just get up and leave to the store I bought the phone from (4920 San Felipe) seeing as these people are clearly not in the business of helping people and was able to get my trade in done with the help of the San Felipe team literally within 10 minutes as they actually took the time to walk me through what to do and also how to get past the automated robot to speak with someone to explain the situation. I recommend anyone seeing this to save yourself the trouble and go to the store off San Felipe so you don't waste your time with the incompetence of the people working at this store.

This place is great! Customer service was superb. When you first walk in, you'll think "oh this…read moreplace is small", however don't be distracted by that! It has a clean, modern feel and all of the agents were welcoming and knowledgeable. I even overheard some of them answering phone calls while waiting for my phone to be fixed and they were very nice, honest, and helpful. They answered all questions no matter how silly or ridiculous. The wait for my phone was no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of phone repairs. It is hard to find trusting, knowledgeable, and honest people when it comes to repairs/services of any kind. For me at least, I am always scared of getting charged extra or overcharged. I never once felt that way because they were so upfront about all costs. Have a phone in need of a fix or tune up? Go here. Pros: Very fast, great customer service, phone looks brand new. Cons: There was slightly funky smell but that went away after a while. Overall: Honest and upfront about everything which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

We talked a bit and I showed him my phone screen that was broken while we stood outside waiting for his boss to arrive with the key and when he finally did at 10:20 to open his business that has posted hours of 10am, but hey who's counting, I was sooooo excited to get my phone fixed with the Groupon I had purchased a couple of days prior. We go in they take my phone to the back to open it up and check it out to make sure that it is only the glass that is messed up ****now I know it is only the glass because I had just taken it to Apple and had that verified but didn't have it fixed because I didn't want to spend the 149.**** well of course they came back to the front and said my LCD was bad too and had to be replaced, so I say to him "I just took it and had it checked out and they said the glass needed to be replaced but the LCD was fine" then he tells me "well we do not sell just the glass, it is a glass screen/LCD combo we sell. So I'll just drop this picture of the Groupon they are selling which is clearly for a "glass replacement" only and tell you buyers to beware. I took a 41 minute drive to Hillcroft for some shady business to bait and switch me. So I still have a cracked screen and Apple here I come. I should have saved my gas and the two hours of my life I wasted and just paid the legit business to fix it.

Cesar was my technician, and he was beyond kind and helpful. He diagnosed my phone had a software problem stemming from the beta program and tried to fix it. Sadly, my phone died completely during this process, so I had to purchase a new device. I was able to snag the last phone of the kind and color I wanted that they had in stock. While it wasn't the outcome I originally hoped for, Cesar's friendly attitude made an otherwise frustrating situation easier to deal with, so kudos to him!

I love Apple, ya know? I have the entire ecosystem...all the tech. Fun fact about me, I love tech…read more I've been asking and receiving tech gifts since I was a kid and it seems that has not stopped well into my (young) adulthood. I'm a real adult, but forever young. You know what I mean, right? I use my Apple Store app a lot! This is my second time purchasing the 80-pack of FUJIFILM INSTAMAX Mini Film. Great value for a great price (67.95), this shall last me well until mid-2026 maybe? My job has a ton of wellness programs and I'm able to use my "health points" for cool things. And if you're guessing the cool thing is my Polaroid then you're absolutely correct! I should have added a photo here for visuals. Anywho, buying film by the 10-pack is a waste of my time and money so shoutout to Apple for their great value and product! I also purchased a new phone block for charging purposes. I can only use "cheaper" blocks for so long so I decided to bite the bullet and get a real one. My experience was great, and the pickup was a breeze. They provide concise/clear instructions on where to pickup online orders. In addition to that, customer service was great! Shoutout to Bria! She answered all of my questions and walked me around the store to look for wall blocks, cords, and all the things. I shall return. And if you're reading this Bria, thanks again!! I had lots of questions and she was very patient and helpful. Give her a raise.
