I stopped by to have Fernando take a look at my phone. It was working perfectly until suddenly I received a static screen. I did some research online and had my diagnose but wanted someone else to take a look at it. He opened up my phone (I guess this is what makes him a phone surgeon) and says that it's my phone screen and it needs to be replaced which will cost me about $110. This was way more than I was planning to spend and was not the diagnose I was expecting. Keep in mind, my phone worked perfectly fine until the static screen popped up. There are no cracks or scratches on my phone. Not agreeing with Fernando, I took the phone to another shop and only had to pay $59 for my repair. I had to get my usb flex cable change. This was almost half of what Fernando quoted me. Maybe Fernando honestly did not know what the issue was, and was just taking a guess. Maybe he saw me as someone he could make easy cash from. Make sure you do your research before you get anything fixed so people don't take advantage of you. I felt I would have been taken advantage of if I didn't know any better.

He opens the iPhone and then realizes he does not have the appropriate battery. Asks me to come back at a specific time and he's not there. After that I come back for the 3rd time and he's off to lunch. Finally the fourth time (I called before going over) and he opens the iPhone to realize he does was given the incorrect battery. At that point I went elsewhere - where they did it right and that too the first time. Went back to change phone service - told me he's done it before (which I should have realized meant that he'd considered it before) but had no idea what he was doing. I finally got the service provider to help resolve the issue (with no help from this guy - he wouldn't even call to make sure the issue was resolved). On the last time I called there he hung up and refused to pick up when I called. This guy has no idea what he's doing and I would recommend staying away. He is learning the business ..... and that too ... slowly ... very slowly.

My less than perfect credit and I were having a bit of a difficult time getting a contract with a phone carrier without a deposit and an over priced phone. I went into this store last Saturday to buy a charger for my broken crappy phone and the guy in the store was very friendly and informed me that I could get a line with Sprint and a Blackberry for $50 more than the price of a charger for my cricket phone.. The guy even transferred my number to the new phone and got it all set up, so all I had to do was stick the battery in my new Blackberry and it was ready to go!! Sweet!! I also noticed the guy behind the counter spent 45 minutes on hold with some phone company to correct this customer's broken SIM Card, when every other place in town will tell you to go figure it out yourself... I also like the fact that this store carries every phone carrier on the planet literally! They have Sprint, T Mobile, At&t, Verision, Virgin, Boost and Cricket, that way they sell you the best phone and carrier for your needs and not whatever their company tells them to sell you.. Outstanding job guys keep you the good work and thanks for helping me out with a new phone!! My new BlackBerry and I are in love, thanks a million!!

I had to get one of those truly hideous bluetooth headsets (not because I wanted to, but because work made me... and don't worry... if i am not in the car, I don't wear it as a fashion accessory nor am I too lazy outside my car to just lift the stupid phone to my ear)... Um... ya, sorry about the rant. So I had to buy this thing, but I was also having problems with the software on my phone. The guy in the store, when he found out, called up customer service and stayed on hold with them until he could have them help me fix the phone.
