They will lie to you about how long and how much it costs, and then when they have your belongings, they hold them hostage to get more money out of you. Currently, they lied about my repairs taking 3 hours, and said they would call us back with updates. They never did. We had to call them, where they told us it would take 3 more days. I asked for a refund, and they said no. The clerk is snarky, and unprofessional, and will take advantage of any weakness you show. She is very detailed oriented in her Work, and will have your phone back to you in no time. Now Pop's a Wiz with a long lists of devices & tech stuff, he's likely a cyborg himself [definitely not a rusty one, he keeps very updated]. ... when I really go full 'Baka' on my phone or tablet, he'll step in and in MOST instances has resolved my worse for 'ware problems... some things can't be fix'd, though I will always argue otherwise ... The guy who gave me the phone gave me the one that he was showing us, not even a brand new one in stock, the one he uses to show other people which just makes me question if that's right or wrong. On this phone specifically from them, it has bad connection I can't even text anybody when im not at home depending on my cellular data. On my old phone (Samsung Galaxy A12) it has spot on connection and works great when im not at home and it's LTE network type, the same as my iPhone, it's not 5G. Experiencing overheating issues as im turning on my phone or just simply being on the YouTube app. I feel like it's fake because of how easy it broke even when it had a case on it. Maybe Im wrong though and thats just because of the old screen and old back glass but if im right, possibilities are that it's fake because I've seen people do worse with their iPhone X, an older iPhone. I went to fix it for about $110 and after they fixed it, that's when I started experiencing overheating issues which makes me think the guy who fixed it wss the one who sent back the phone to me with another issue so they could keep fixing it and earn more money from me because they always fix it well. Makes me think my phone was sent back to me with the heating issues. It makes me really disappointed that im just one iPhone model away from having wireless charging and all those other futuristic features people have now with their newer iPhone models.
