This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

They called and left a voicemail letting me know that was not repairable. While being told that news was frustrating, the main issue is what happened next. After returning from a vacation, I went to pick up the device, I was told they had already gotten rid of it - without ever asking for my permission. This was only a couple of weeks after drop-off. The Joy-Cons were still fully functional, and many other components of the device were intact, that could have been salvaged. Regardless of how a repair turns out, this shop has no right to get rid of a customer's belongings without clear consent. I was never asked, never notified, and given no opportunity to retrieve what was still valuable to my wife. I paid for a diagnostic, not for my belongings to be taken and sold for their recycling parts, for the shop's benefit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their electronics being treated with basic respect.

My previous experience at a Verizon store near Cincinnati, OH was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I had dealt with (gave wrong phone, charged for insurance without permission, the list goes on...). Due to COVID, there's been a delivery delay and items in stock, so I decided to visit the store in hopes they'd have the phone in stock. First off, I'll say that the person I worked with with very friendly and helpful. The other two staff couldn't have cared I was in the store as they were glued to their devices. We went through the process of device upgrade discussion, etc. We made some changes as per my request. I found it frustrating that most of it took place on my phone...something I could have done it all at home.... I walked out with confidence. Sadly, I got home and reviewed my order email to find out that the they had set up my device repayment for the incorrect months. I had to contact their Verizon customer support, and as anyone knows, it's like talking to an inanimate object - helpless and gets you nowhere. I then was able to get in contact with a chat customer support. They told me that they had to cancel my order and restart. Not a problem. Thought things were good to go. Now, I just logged into my account and noticed that they doubled my monthly charges for my phone plan. It's been a nightmare, to say the least.

When I arrived, two sales associates were helping other customers, so I understood there would be a wait. I was happy to be patient. What was frustrating was that during those 45 minutes, multiple employees came out from the back room, looked directly at me, and then walked away without saying a single word. No one greeted me, checked me in, let me know there would be a wait, or even said, "We'll be with you shortly." After waiting that long without any communication or acknowledgment, I finally gave up and left. A simple greeting and a quick update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Verizon store. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to at least be acknowledged when they walk through the door.

I had to come to the Apple Store because my fell out of my hand and ended up having green light on…read morethe screen. Thank goodness I had apple care, so I had to go to the Apple Store but before going I had made an appointment. I only had to wait about 5-10min from when I walked into the store and told them who I was and what I was needing until the person came to check out my phone. They had noticed that didn't have the part to fix my phone that day but said the item would possibly be a week or so before it came in. The employee was great at explaining everything to me. It ended up being two days later the part was in and I was able to get my phone fixed. I didn't have to pay anything due to having Apple care. It took them about 2 hours to fix my phone so I left the store and came back. They had my phone ready and the screen looked like it never was messed up when I picked it up. I was happy about the wonderful customer service and also how organized the store was. I had bought wall cube because I noticed my phone had been charging slow which the guy explained to me what the issue was and recommended for me to buy a cube in order to assist with that issue.
