No one greeted us. Very slow service. Had to leave because no one was helping us or telling us they'll be with us in a minute.

The service at this AT&T store in Jacksonville Beach was unbelievably awful. My senior mother and I stopped at this store on a Saturday morning to address services with AT&T mobility. The clerk, Christopher, was very rude. When he realized that I was not going to buy a new phone, he took out his personal phone, clicked on an incoming text message, clicked on link, and he began to online shopping. I could see the clothing item he was looking at on his screen. I asked him to stop using his personal phone as I had additional questions, and he told me to have a nice day. I am canceling my AT&T mobile service which I was going to switch to and I'm going to stay with my provider, T-Mobile who does not treat customers in this matter. read more

Dishonest and unhelpful. Just needed to switch out a broken phone. The lady said the only way I could get a new phone is if I added a line? She said I just had to wait out the contract (and pay for the line) on the broken phone and then had to add a new line... not true. I ended up paying the small balance left on the broken phone so I could get a working one. This should have been the first option offered but I had to suggest it and push for it. I went to the local store to speak to someone about switching from Xfinity wireless/Comcast internet to AT&T fiber and wireless. I had to wait a little while but everyone was with customers so it's fine to wait my turn. Someone kept making sure I knew they would get to me as soon as possible. The asst. manager, Carissia, came over and we sat down and went through everything, she was knowledgeable and thorough. My husband and I came in the next day and worked with her on getting our wireless transferred. It takes a while but we got it all done. She explained some of the defaults that would be there so we weren't surprised and we could change them. I really appreciate her great attitude and friendliness. She is an asset to their store and I highly recommend her and this store. So far our wireless service and fiber internet is awesome. read more

Came here the end of July to get a new phone and unfortunately was taken advantage of and basically manipulated by a younger female employee forgot here name. She behind our back changed my family's plan without permission and now our bill is double for no reason. All because she wanted to sell us a phone and not actually help. Beware... they only care about making commission and taking advantage of you when they can. Have to leave AT&T now because no one can give us our old plan back and they seriously have found every way to charge us and drain out every penny from us because YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!? Don't trust anyone. Been dealing with this for two months now and the bill I still showing up with charges that we were told will be removed. Nope! taken literally 4 whole days and dedication to figure this out with AT&T and it's only gotten worse. read more

I went into the store with my son yesterday to upgrade our iPhones to the 15 and 15 Pro Max. We had the pleasure of working with Travin H. He gave us a complete overview of the latest features, processed both of our old phones to insure everything transferred, and erased them. We were in and out in less than an hour! He was professional and courteous. If he's there in another 3 years we'll be lucky to work with him again. read more

This is the second time I've been to this store and each time I leave disappointed. I was not greeted upon arriving in the store instead the lady was in her phone and didn't even look up until I basically walked to her table. Also, I go into the bank to pay my bill in cash and she was very snippy when I only had cash to pay my bill. If I wanted to use my card I would have done so online and not wasted my gas to come to the store and pay cash! read more

I am a senior citizen .A week ago i stopped in at this store wanting to buy two new iphones.The salesmen sat us down my wife and i we began talking.We had two old phones .Not eligible for trade in.Donald told us we could get two new iphone 14 for $5.99 ea.per month.Only if we agreed to get a extra line,would that promo apply.[first outright lie.]I insisted we didn't need an extra line but he showed us his math and we would be paying much more for only two lines. This is also untrue .I also explained the plan we had was 55+ for seniors, which i had for years.Instead he gave us two useless promo lines at $20 ea. added to our bill.When we noticed this we began inquiring.It took probably 8 different people at different stores and with AT&T to finally resolve. I've had cell phone service with AT&T for two years now, after switching from Verizon. Usually, I'm satisfied with the service I receive. This time, it was amazing, earning five stars, but later, it turned into a nightmare. I visited this location twice in one day. The first time I visited, I was in and out really quick. I had to get a line added and a new SIM card. Upon leaving, I was not given any paperwork telling me what my new monthly bill would be. I left with nothing but a new SIM card in my hand. I came back later that day to try to get a new phone for that SIM card I purchased, because I found out that one of my older phones that I intended to use wasn't working. I'm not going to go into the whole story, because it's a bit confusing and it aggravates me to think about it... But the employees did NOT know what they were doing, did NOT give me what I asked for, and failed me as a customer. I was highly disappointed in the fact that they were not knowledgeable AT ALL on their own company's policies!!! Eventually, after trying to explain to them exactly what I needed, I gave up and left. Nobody walked me to the door and said have a great day, like usual, (proper sales etiquette.) I guess it's because they didn't make a sale, but that wasn't my fault... It was their incompetence that caused them to lose my business at this location. read more

If I could give the store a zero I would. This is the worst business I have ever been in. I've gone in numerous times to pay my bill and I've been ignored for 10, 15 or 20 minutes at a time. The people there I'm sure they just want their $15 an hour because that's what they feel they're worth and I guarantee you they're worth not even a dollar an hour. There's no customer service, they don't acknowledge you when you come into the store, they stand there and chat with friends and each other and ignore you. Honestly I can't even believe that these employees keep their jobs. That goes to show you just how bad our workforce is. Do yourself a big favor and save yourself a lot of grief and do not go into this store for any kind of service, whether it is to pay your bill or get a phone... go to somewhere else. I'm seriously considering changing providers because of the horrible service I have received at this store. The staff is absolutely rude, lazy, and disrespectful. read more

We've been with AT&T and their predecessors for over 30 years. Always had consistent service, sometimes the store could help, other times they directed us to a department that could serve us better. Staff usually willing to help from explaining plans, offering solutions or even installing screen protectors we purchased there. Well, seems those days are long gone. After an unusually poor service call with an AT&T rep. my husband stopped by the store to see if anything could be done on the local store. He was greeted by a man who turned out to be the manager, asked how he could be helped and before my husband could answer he interrupted him and told him he had to sign in. Ok fine. Well, not fine. Things got ruder from there. Got signed in, check. Told someone would be right with him, check. Asked what the problem was again... before my husband could finish, interrupted again, told no one could help him. Why? Because those charges are always charged and can't be reversed. Husband gets frustrated after dealing with a bad phone rep and an even worse store manager and let's out an expletive. Let's call it "poop". That sets manager off. Goes on and on about language and proceeds to go out of his way to agitate husband even more. Husband asks to speak to someone else, manager refuses, continues to berate hubs about language, ignores the problem, ignores hubs telling him he's making the issue worse, refuses to recuse himself and let cooler heads prevail, have to say he probably deserves a few more expletives. He certainly has no place in management. I honestly wouldn't want this guy flipping my burger or dropping fries. Don't know his name but he has a European accent. Until this guy moves on and settles on a new career where he doesn't have contact with actual people, I would avoid this store like the plague and honestly, Verizon is probably your better choice if you're at the Beaches. read more

To be honest, most of my dealings with AT&T tend to be online or over the phone. On rare occasions I find the need to actually venture into a store. However, I'm finally glad I made it into this location and will definitely remember they're here the next time I have any questions. We knew we were due for an upgrade and with the new iPhone 6 we knew we could get a decent deal following our 'one generation behind' motto. We ventured into the on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by Jess. She was super friendly and able to answer all our questions. Unfortunately they didn't have any models in stock of what we wanted, but she said they should have some delivered on Tuesday. She even called - after we had left - to let us know she had made notes to put two of the phones aside for us so they would be there when we came in. To our dismay - not Jess's fault at all - they didn't get the phones like they were expecting. Christian was helping me this time, so we went ahead and ordered them to be shipped directly to us. Why couldn't I have done this from the comfort of my own home? Because my account is set up in such a funky way (legacy employee discounts, etc) that it's a lot easier to have an account manager do it for me to make sure I don't 'lose' anything in the transaction. Ran into Jess on our way out the door and she was super apologetic about the mix-up. We weren't concerned and were satisfied with the way everything worked out in the end. For all the flak I know AT&T can get, this is a stand up shop. read more

I've had AT&T cell phone service for at least 15 years now and have visited this particular store in the past. All visits have always been pleasant. Employees were always friendly and helpful. But yesterday was outstanding! I had originally gone in to purchase a new cell phone for my daughter, but was surprised, actually shocked, to discover that I had been paying for an iPhone 8 on credit for the last year. Nothing unusual there, you say? However, it was not my phone. An employee by the name of Lamar last name unknown, had discovered that this phone and mine, had different IMEI numbers, but was billed to my phone number. Lamar then advised that I should call AT&T fraud department to report the incident. He then asked if I wanted to call them from the store and that he would provide all the required information to the agent, if necessary. I called the fraud department and spoke to Ray, who took the call. Ray asked for identifying information that I could only partially recall. He hesitatingly then asked to speak to Lamar, who reassured him that I was who I identified myself to be. Ray asked a lot of questions. I answered the best that I could, with Lamar always hovering close by to provide assistance. Long story short, Ray, Lamar and I were on the phone for over an hour and had the matter resolved. I can't thank Lamar enough for his assistance in this matter and believe he went over and above to help me out of this predicament. Kudos also to Ray, who turned out to be a great guy. As for my daughter, she decided to forgo a new phone for the next generation iPhone. read more

I went to this store to upgrade my mobile phones for the family, the salesman Todd Mugford is the best. He is very customer oriented and has a great personality and sense of humor. He takes a personal interest in what the costumer needs are. He goes over and beyond his job to make the costumer happy. We had a very pleasant experience during this time.
