So I'll just drop this picture of the Groupon they are selling which is clearly for a "glass replacement" only and tell you buyers to beware. I took a 41 minute drive to Hillcroft for some shady business to bait and switch me. So I still have a cracked screen and Apple here I come. The results were shocking: the glass backing was visibly lifted and detached on all corners, causing it to crack immediately after I set the phone down at home. When confronted with these two failed services, the staff blamed me for the damage and only offered a discount to fix their own mistakes. If you ignore this warning and still go here, DO NOT pay with Zelle or cash. Use a credit card so you can actually dispute the charges when the repairs fail. When I came to the store, it appeared as though the outside shell of the console had been wiped down with a rag or something, while the inside of the console was very clearly still dirty. The employee than graciously decided to not charge me for the "cleaning". 2 weeks later, and I was in the exact same spot as I was when I walked into the store for the first time and was told the wait was 2-5 days, rough.
