I visited this AT&T location while traveling in Las Vegas after my work phone unexpectedly stopped working the same day I was scheduled to fly home. After spending hours trying to resolve the issue with Verizon, I decided to switch carriers and completed an online order with AT&T for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, my experience began very poorly. Upon arrival, I was assigned to Tehani. From the start, she was dismissive, impatient, and seemed irritated that I was asking questions about my order. As a new customer preparing to purchase a brand-new phone and switch service after nearly 19 years with Verizon, I expected basic customer service and professionalism. When I tried to explain the information I had received from AT&T's online and phone representatives, I was repeatedly told, with noticeable attitude, that "online, over the phone, and in-store are all different" and that what I had been told elsewhere "didn't matter." When I asked reasonable questions about pricing differences and promotions, she rolled her eyes and stated, "I'm just going to email it to you. You can interpret it however you want." Rather than helping me understand my options, she made me feel like an inconvenience. She was unwilling to answer questions, interrupted repeatedly, and showed little interest in assisting a prospective customer. Eventually, her computer froze, and I decided I was no longer comfortable continuing the transaction with her. I requested another representative, even if it meant starting over and waiting longer. Thankfully, I was then assisted by Dylan, and the difference was night and day. Dylan was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He listened to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. During the transaction, we discovered that my number had been incorrectly ported by Tehani, creating an issue that could have left me without access to my longtime phone number. Dylan immediately took ownership of the problem, contacted the appropriate teams, and worked diligently to get everything corrected. Despite inheriting a complicated situation, Dylan resolved the issue and completed my transaction efficiently. He turned what had been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had into one of the best. AT&T should be grateful to have employees like Dylan representing the company. His professionalism, patience, and customer-first attitude are exactly what customers expect when making a major purchase. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Tehani. If my experience with her had been my only interaction, I would have walked out and remained with another carrier. This was my first visit to this location, and it was late in the day. A representative greeted us when we walked in, but we had to wait a while before a customer service representative met with us. However, once we explained the issue and asked for available options, the rep patiently explained all the options, answered our questions, and even made a recommendation that we ended up preferring. This put us at ease and helped us make the best choice for us both practically and cost-wise. The office is spacious, and the waiting area is comfortable, so we sat comfortably and chatted while waiting. After finally being helped, I leave thinking I have new phone on the way. A week later? Nothing! Look up the receipt number? Nothing! This place is a joke: I started in March 2025 I Switched over from verizon just to see if better. I was to get 1600.00 credit from ATT to cover cost of switching from Verizon to ATT and that still has not showed up year later. I even went to verizon got the invoices they required and submitted in their store with agent. I got watches phones and home internet. Since then I had one phone get destroyed and had to replace at my cost because the insurance I was supposedly to have was never put in. I am also on a business plan which I did not want and have tried to change to residential. I have dropped my home internet because it was too slow. And now they are charging for 3 phones instead of two I have tried numerous times to get people to figure out my account. Hell almost year in they did not even have an account for me set up and could not answer why I am being charged every month. Unlimited Data is not Unlimited they throttle you so bad your phones and tv barely allow you to watch or do stuff. A person who supposedly works for corporate AT&T came to our door to try to get us to switch carriers, his name is Fred phone number is +1 (301) 655-8085. He sold my parents on the plan having FREE data usage internationally, even pulled up a list of different countries saying we can use our phones over there for free when we visit. Even had details on how it will be 5g service, and not 5g+ because it's international. Swore up and down that our service plan included this perk because of a special promotion they have going on and assured us that this is the top of the line plan. Also that they put up new towers so the service would be impeccable. After signing a 3 year contract and switching over from Verizon, my phone does not get service In my own home, I have to use FaceTime audio on WiFi to talk on the phone. The phones do not work internationally it's $12/day. The phones are locked until you pay them off so you can't use an ESIM while traveling. And now they won't even let us cancel the line because we have no proof of all the things Fred promised us. Poor Customer Service Experience with AT&T. I've had a highly disappointing experience with AT&T's customer service and their associates. From the moment I reached out for help, I encountered long wait times and unhelpful responses. The representatives seemed either untrained or uninterested in resolving my issue, which only added to the frustration. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, I was passed from one associate to another, with no clear resolution or accountability. The lack of communication about getting my fully paid I-phone unlocked got me so frustrating, and at times. This is going on for almost a week. I feel as if these companies that have had long time customers really mistreat their long time customers. A couple days ago brought my phone in because I wasnt able to unlock my phone using my pin# because the ok button was not lit up and would not allow me to open my phone. The first representative that we encountered gave me three options. 1) reset the entire phone but then I would lose all my data he said especially since there was no way to get into the phone to back everything up. 2) pay off the balance on my phone and then I would have to purchase a new phone. 3) Get in contact with Samsung and tell them the problem and see if they could send me a new screen, but that would be a lot of money and would probably take a long time, or they could send me a new phone. Not once did he mention filling out a claim form and seeing if the company you are contracted through youbreakitIfixit could fix it. So the second rep whom we know did help us file the claim and we took it down the street to have them fix it. The second rep assured us that this youbreakitIfixit place could fix my phone. They were able to get me into my phone BUT THEY DID NOT FIX IT. Two days later it is back to the original problem. I think that it is time to leave att and move on to another company. I dont like sneakiness, and lying and I feel as if all the time that I have been with att that is all that I have gotten. I am two payments away from paying off our phones and it seems that the closer I get to paying them off the higher and higher my phone bill gets. What cheats they are. I also feel as if they know that this company that they suggest can fix your phone is just as shady and underhanded as they are. I do not recommend att to anyone ever. Alejandro was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. The day before our appointment with Alejandro, we went to the store as walk in to pick up a new phone and waited an hour and a half only for one of the associates to tell us that the order was canceled cause apparently the rule is if you are not able to pick up your order the same day you ordered it, AT&T will cancel the order and you need to start over again. Wasted an hour and a half. After we left the store, we called AT&T and the representative was able to confirm that our order is still, in fact, valid, and that the order was ready for pick up at the said location. I'm not sure if that associate made up that rule. Very disappointed and almost canceled our line with AT&T because of that. 5 stars for Alejandro! read more

What an absolute joke of a company. I want to preface by saying it's not the employees fault in the store. They are forced to follow some horrible process AT&T has set up. I ordered two phones online. Paid the taxes. While ordering these phones, I spoke with an Antonio who is probably in a call center somewhere. I asked Antonio "once I buy these phones, mew new service will only be activated once I turn them on." Antonio stated yes So I ordered these phones. Both arrived quickly. Then the fun begins 1) I turn on both phones to complete the service. It doesn't work. Cool. No problem. I go into the store right next my house. They tell me to call. Cool. I call. They tell me I have to go into the store. Go back to the store. They tell me to try the corporate office near Boca park. 2) next day go to that store. Will and I spend two hours on the phone. WE GET TRANSFERRED DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT FOR EVERY LITTLE STEP IN THE PROCESS. Every department had a wait. How does AT&T function? Why would their employees work here when their corporate set up has a such a negative in the customers experience and THEY get to be the people dealing with it. I digress. I'm told to call the porting department the following morning as by the time we go my to them in the process, they were closed (imagine that). What kind of company puts work into their customers? How horrible is that? 3) next day, call the port forwarding department. They can't figure it out. They say go back into the store they can take care of it. Let's do this together 4) I go back into the Boca Park store. I work with a manager named Gus (who is awesome and I'd like to poach from AT&T). Gus does everything he can to help me. Where we land is there is an error on AT&T's end. They can't figure out how to port it. Finally they tell us "the customer will have to ship the phones back THEN process the order AND pay the taxes again." AGAIN WHY IS THERE WORK PUT ON ME??? THIS IS AN AT&T PROBLEM. ITS IRRELEVANT TO ME WHAT THE ISSUE IS. FIX IT. I'm then told I can't return the phones. Meanwhile during all of this, my wife doesn't have a phone as she takes care of our toddler. Thanks for the piece of mind with that one at&t. Where we leave it is: Bring your trade in phones tomorrow. We will unwind everything and do it in store. I think, "hey no problem. I'll take the hit on the taxes. They will be reimbursed. Gus has worked hard for me. Meanwhile, T-Mobile has now told me they are charging me another month since AT&T can't figure out how to conduct business. Great 5. I go back in today. Everything seems good. Numbers won't port. The store associate Monet calls. She gets informed that I have to return everything before we can do it in store. Completely different versus what I was told the day before. AGAIN PUTTING MORE WORK BACK ON ME TO FIX YOUR SYSTEM BUILT BY A TROGLODYTE...I then call to get a shipping label. THEY CANT PRINT ME A LABEL BECAUSE NOW THEY CANT FIND ANY ACCOUNT. From there I called back in to speak with Gus. I asked for the regional vice president's information. I am told that he will even tell me to call in and deal with everything over the phone... What kind of company has the policy? It doesn't matter who or where. I'm a customer and each person I speak with represents at&t. Absolutely nobody, and I mean nobody wanted to say "we will deal with this and follow up with you as we go along." No one wanted to take ownership. Everyone wants to put their work back on me. If you want me to do the work an AT&T associate should, pay me. During all of this, I discovered my social isn't correct, I never signed a retail installment contract or any agreement of any kind. Meaning I have two(2) phones worth $1500 a piece I could sell with absolutely zero consequences. And still the collective attitude is 'meh' I hope whichever customer relations representative sees this 1) calls with a solution 2) is actually wanting to help instead of grunting over the phone like I've gotten. Worst experience ever. I am an AT&T costumer since 2003 and never had this horrible experience at any other location. We went there to upgrade my daughter's phone . Sales rep was extremely rude !!! I even had to ask for a receipt !! I tried asking questions like how my bill is going to change or how much will be the tax what i have to pay or is there any one time connection fee will be added to my bill ??? Are they supposed to help me with these questions? Sales rep wasn't even pay attention to answer it. I went into this store to return the equipment and was informed you can only cancel online or by phone. Not as nice as when opening an account. Cancelled business account 08/25/2023 - cost to keep my phone and number $691.60, THEN charged 545.66 10/03/2023 (still was on autopay per agent). Was told 10/04/23 a refund would hit my account within 3 days. today: 10/16/23 I just made another call (40 minutes) listening to another csa telling me she will handle the refund, but could not guarantee this nor is any kind of upper management available (told that every time I need to handle something big). After being a business client of AT&T for quite a while, also being charged over $100 a month for one cell phone with poor cell coverage/service. As a flight attendant you must be available to reach at all times thought I had the best company from research in NV. My cell service has been sketchy since moving from Reno to Summerlin. After being written up for an unable-to-contact occurrence (jeopardizing my employment), I contacted AT&T customer service for business. It took three calls to handle the situation, another 5 hours invested in customer service calls (or non-customer-service service I should say). Long story short, charged for another phone and sim card, paid more for service I never got, had to install a land line and change providers... lots of time on the phone trying and trying to finalize. I upgraded my phone from an 11 to a 14 yesterday. I made an appointment to come back at 10am today. Certain things on my phone weren't working properly. The same gentleman who initially upgraded my phone yesterday, helped me today.... for less than 4 minutes. Before we could get into the issues on phone, he took a phone call and disappeared into the back. Mind you, I told him I had a disabled sister waiting for me in the car since I knew what needed from him wouldn't take long. After almost 15 minutes, he never came back, so I left. I couldn't leave my sister in the car any longer. I later called Apple, after going through some diagnostics, they told me the way he transferred my info from my 11 phone to my 14 phone caused me even more problems than I knew. Some of the issues Apple was able to correct over the phone, but I have an appointment with Apple Genius Bar to fix the other issues. read more

After being told by the ATT rep on line I could close my mothers acct because she was deceased at the Downtown Summerlin location I was surprised that when I went there I was told they aren't really a ATT store but a contractor with no affiliation to them. They only use the name to att react customers and don't actually do ATT stuff. The Boca park store was clean, and efficient. I had the documents I needed and 5he rep took care of my request in under 10 minutes. Good job. ATT isn't my fav because of their Direct TV bait and switch routines with offers. After David looked into my bill n saw what I was paying, AT&T have something called The FirstNet & Family thru AT&T. I have 2 other family on the plan n with my profession David & Julie worked with me for almost an hour n were able to reduce my bill. Do not get talked into trying a trial period for Direct tv from this AT&T store in Boca Park. In my opinion a total scam. The streaming service constantly buffers on other TVs in home and on main tv it does lose the internet connection, whereas other WiFi devices in my home are not an issue. They give you a trial period of 14 days to try it out. I came back to return it after 3 days. They tell me I have to call the 800 number to cancel and until I do that they cannot do the refund. Not what they told me when they talked me into signing up. Also the high definition tv loses its sharpness with DIRECTV streaming. Cable is way better in my opinion. read more

I have never given a Yelp review but my experience at the ATT store on 920 S Rampart was so exceptional bad, I feel obligated to warn others. I went to the store to get a discount on my service as an emergency responder, which took over 3 hours. During this painfully long process, I was convinced by over 4 employees, including 2 managers to take a " free" Apple Watch, though I told them I already had an Apple Watch. Later I received an activation fee for the watch, though I never intended to use it as a phone, then I received a $311 charge for the phone. It took 3 visits to the store to return the phone and have the charges cancelled and this only happened when I called the AT&T billing service from the store. My activation fee was not returned and I was charged a $45 restocking fee. I will never return to this store. read more

One of the best cell phone shopping experiences I have ever had! I went in to upgrade my phone. I wanted an educated opinion on the difference between the iPhone and Samsung Note 3. After speaking to Corey, I learned they will be releasing a new Note phone in a few weeks! He advised me to come back then... My wife had questions on a different phone, and decided to upgrade her phone, when I do. We had a very long wait, which is why they only got 4 out of 5 stars... Next time I'll make an appointment. The store is located very close to my house, in a shopping center that's easily accessible! I'll never go to a different store, because each time I've been there, the service has been impeccable. The AT&T rep suggested that he can lower our bill since the plan we have is outdated so we trusted him of course because he works there and should have more knowledge about other plans that we don't know about. That was the WORST thing he could do because not only did we think we were going to save money instead our bill went up $20.00 a month. That's $240 extra a year!!! Please be cautious, the people that work here are trained to get incentives for themselves and not look out for the better good of their customers. We came back after we saw our bill fluctuate higher and they said there's nothing we can do to change it back to your old plan.
