    Service is the best. Marco did a fantastic job and even added a spam app to my phone to block my phone from receiving spam calls.

    I spent over five hours at this location the day before we were set to leave on a two week family…read morevacation, and it was one of the worst, most dishonest experiences I have ever had with sales and customer service. I was misquoted at multiple points during the experience (for actual hours of time, only to have to start completely over when it was identified by a manager passing by) and even had things added to my account that I stated I didn't want or need and never agreed to -- the sales person upgraded my plan as I was purchasing a new phone, and despite me saying I didn't need to upgrade my plan, I later found that my plan had been upgraded anyway. When I noticed the plan upgrade on my app, as I was waiting for the other device activities for our account to take place, he insisted he'd discussed premium data, and I'd said yes. What I'd actually done was explicitly state I didn't need a plan upgrade or the additional features, but I'd nodded my head and said okay in understanding when he'd discussed it. When I directly asked if he'd change my plan on his end, he became smug and told me that I'd agreed to it, at which point I told him that simply because I signed for the purchase of the device didn't mean I'd agreed to an upgrade. Otherwise, why would it be a shock to see on my account less than 5 minutes later? The manager came and sent the rep to the back after our discussion became noticeable to others, and as I watched other customers being assisted, I realized that he'd failed to show me the final screen that would have explicitly stated the changes that were being made to my account, and I simply thought I was signing for the payment of taxes on the new device because he'd taken my card to pay for that at the same time. There were so many other issues that occurred throughout our time there (again, this turned into 5 HOURS in the store!) as we worked to accomplish very basic tasks for mobile phone carriers (transferring lines and purchasing new devices), to the point that I was still communicating with their manager the next day. I asked the manager no less than twice for the contact information of their regional manager or their next level of leadership beyond the store and never received that information either. Steer clear of this store. I am still working to undo some of the things that occurred that day, well over a month later.

But TJMaxx surprised me & didn't have any cases for my particular phone. I was nervous having my beautiful new phone without a case, and after checking another store and not being wowed by anything they had, I ran into this Verizon with just 6 minutes to spare before they closed. The gentleman who helped me, Graham, just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I told him what I needed and he didn't seem hurried at all or stressed out that they were closing soon. He gave me lots of options to choose from and he also said he could throw in a charger and a protective screen cover- I would get all three for $100. Not cheap, but certainly very high-quality and protective, 2 things which are very important to me when I invest in a phone. I used to run a retail store so I hate keeping workers after store closing- I know how annoying that can be when you've had a long day and are just so ready to go home & relax. I quickly paid for my stuff and was about to leave when Graham asked me if I would like him to put the cover and the case on my phone. I was so blown away by his awesome customer service! That he would take time out when he was closing his store & spend a few more minutes on a customer was really above and beyond. He was so nice and accommodating (and even got my protective screen cover on without getting any visible bubbles in it- that's tough to do!)     I would like to begin by saying this has little to do with this location. The people are as helpful…read moreas they can be. My issue is with those we need to call for support. I was charged $49 when I paid for the stupid mobile protect plan because I was told it covered damages like a faulty battery. Apparently there's a hidden restocking fee that they don't tell you about. I was at no point in time told about this restocking fee. That makes the $19 device protection bullshit. Don't offer something if you're not going to apply it. Yes, i'm incredibly pissed off and dissatisfied. Customer service is an absolute joke. I called to get options to fix the battery on my phone. Was not told repair was an option. Just replacement. Got the replacement. At first they said the package with the old phone was lost. They found the old phone at their warehouse. Restocked the malfunctioning phone apparently and applied a $49 restocking fee to my account. I'm livid. I'm done. You've lost a customer today because one of my biggest things is if you do me wrong, I'm not trusting your service anymore. You can expect my current phone back after I get my new phone with another company. Disgusting behavior on your support teams part. You're not hurting for money, you're tricking people and it's just gross. 26 minutes on the phone for them to tell me I was lied to and lied to again but told they'd reassess my account and apply "loyalty discounts."

The real kicker just happened Wednesday when Monday my account said I owed the normal amount and then Wednesday they charged me over $350 more and caused my account to be overdrawn. I have been trying to get my account corrected but to no avail. Verizon customer service is the worst, when you ask for a manager they never get you to a manager just keep shuffling me around to other foreign staff on the call in line. Last month I had no service for 17 days . Even though $290.00 was paid . Service restored by Liberty store. After 3 hours til 31st. At 12:25am service was discontinued again.
