    I got some good service today. Mike was helping me upgrade my iPhone. Att may be pricey but they have the best phone service & quality . IMO

And unless you , too, are Latino and young you will not receive any kind of assistance. If you are a young female and have particularly large breasts, you may receive useful assistance, no matter what your race. In addition to this, employ at this location claim to have absolutely NO connection to anyone or anything that takes place via phone with T-Mobile customer service. They actually said this to me on May 4, 2026. No name or identifiable customer service agent numbers of whom you talked to, matter to them. Oh...and they never, ever answer the phone there, so don't bother to call. They've not answered for year, for no other reason than they simply don't want to. This location is useless.

    Experience: I didn't want to drive to the USPS by my house, so came to this spot, which is a couple…read moreminutes away from work, in hopes of dropping off a package and receipt. I got off, asked them if I could get a receipt, man said they don't do that but that I can leave the package in this white box with the other packages. I didn't feel comfortable and ended up driving to and actual USPS. I was annoyed, and wished I had called before going. I gave it a second chance on a separate day, I had three cards to send out. Very low cost and risk. Since it was so close to work, I just wanted to drop them off. I needed one stamp, so I went straight to the back, the woman was behind the counter. I told her I needed a stamp and to send three cards out. She got me my 68 cent stamp, and told me to put the cards through the slit. I'll find out early next week if they make it to their destination. If they make it, which I'm sure they will, it's a decent place to go to for low cost things. But I, as of now, wouldn't trust the place with expensive packaging. Service: Not friendly, not rude, just strictly business. Looked like a husband and wife run business. Parking: Located in a small shopping center. The two times I've gone in the afternoon around 3pm and have always gotten parking right in front of the store. Parking spots are almost all filled but it's a quick in and out type of environment.

Plenty of parking in the lot. Plenty of employees onsite to help. Service was great, fast and they were able to resolve my issue. I hope they don't close it down.

    (5/4) On Spectrum's website, I signed up as a new customer on 4/27 and selected 'use my own…read moreequipment' during checkout -- meaning my own router. I don't own a Spectrum modem. A week later, I received no modem, no installation kit, and no communication whatsoever. When I contacted support on 5/4, I was told to go pick up a modem at a local store. No apology for the delay, no explanation of why nothing was shipped, and my request for a modest one-time credit was denied. As a new customer, before service even started, this is already a poor experience. The only reason I'm staying is that AT&T's alternative in my area is 18Mbps at $60 -- so Spectrum has no real competition here and apparently knows it. Hope the actual service is better than the onboarding. --- **Update (5/22):** Since posting this review, my connection has been dropping intermittently -- cutting out suddenly for anywhere from a few minutes to 10-15 minutes before restoring on its own. This has affected me and my family repeatedly. I can't say with certainty whether this is simply Spectrum's service quality, or something else. But the timing -- starting after this review went up -- is worth noting. Will continue to monitor.
