I just needed my screen saver changed out, I know my account had to be pulled up and checked I have the screen saver plan. Once done it took 10 minutes. The wait was 45 minutes. Landry took time to assess the issues and taught us how to fix problems at home. Not only did Landry help us. The manager also made sure we were getting help. The lady helping claimed that the last store I went to was in the wrong to let me access my account (I only came to this store because of inventory). Where to begin. I made an appointment online to visit this T mobile store because I believed I had a crack on my screen. At the appointed time I showed up. I went to the back of the store and told the team member I had an appointment. He inquired how he could help. I told him that I thought my screen had a crack and wanted to replace it. He asked if I had insurance and I replied yes. He looked at the phone and told me that the cover was scratched and that the screen was fine. He promptly replaced the screen at no cost. At this point, I was impressed. When he finished, I inquired about the Air Pods. I told him I had a pair of the previous version and I had difficulty keeping them in my ear. He stated these were a newer version and were adjustable so it would not be a problem. I inquired about a different pair and he told me that the Air Pods were better especially since they are made by apple for apple. I asked specifically what made them better regarding the functionality given the price difference. The Air Pods were $250 and the other Bluetooth headphones were $50. He again stated that the Air Pods had more functionality. THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY AND LEFT ME THERE!! As if I couldn't afford the $250 Air Pods, I wasn't worth his time. Given this T mobile location is near Beverly Hills, I would think the team members would get some pretty well off customers at this location. When he looked up my account, if he looked at it, he would have seen that I have a current account with an unlimited plan plus a subscription for my iWatch. Or that I've been a faithful customer for years. I get it, I dress pretty simply. He didn't see the German car I drove to the store. He didn't notice my Cartier watch I was wearing and that I could VERY EASILY afford the $250 for the Air Pods. It wasn't the price, I simply wanted to know if I should get the Air Pods, which I had previously and was unhappy with or should I get the less expensive pair. However, even if I couldn't afford the Air Pods and drove a POS, he should have still treated me like a valued customer of T Mobile with an account in good standing, which he did not. I don't know if he works on commission, but he and T Mobile lost a sale today. Update: I bought a pair of AirPod Pro. T-Mobile, you just lost out on a sale. read more

This isn't for this location but instead for Tmobile overall. I've been a customer for over 15 years and now after one and a half decades of loyalty I received an email that if I don't change my payment method to a debt card or bank account, then my bill will go up $20 a month. That's unacceptable. My American Express insures my phone against damage at no additional charge just by paying for the bill with my Amex. This is a low blow by Tmobile and is making me seriously consider leaving for another phone company. Spectrum offered me a free year of phone service so I might just go there. She upgraded my phone with a trade in deal to a brand new iPhone 13 pro for only $35 dollars. I didn't even know the promotion existed. I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars. The promotion code wasn't going through at first but she spent a lot of time making this work for me and getting a manger involved. Hats off to Alexandra at the La Cienega T-Mobile. I had negotiated prices with two different customer service reps on the phone and gotten a good deal for my daughter, who needed a phone ASAP. But the phones were not in stock and would not be available immediately -- but I was told that the model I needed was available at the T-Mobile store. But when I got there, I found out that the information I had gotten on the phone was incorrect. I spent two hours at the store while Alexandra very patiently and professionally talked to several T-Mobile supervisors to get me the right deal. Mariana was really great. She was the only representative out of 3 different T-Mobile locations (1 Lakewood, 1 Cerritos, and 1 Long Beach location) who gave me an actual option. I have the 360 insurance plan which allows me to replace my privacy screen whenever need be. Sadly, each location I went to would just tell me they didn't have it.
