Decided to move my account from AT&T to T-Mobile to get that promotion. I arrived Wednesday around 5pm. I first arrived just to see what promotions were available. I was greeted by a store associate (which would later learn she was only 4 months on the job and created a hassle with my situation). I began the process to transfer my line and get a new phone. ALEX took over my situation and he was completely the whole reason why I continued this with this transfer. He was there until CLOSING to make sure we had a good start to continue the following day. Arrived Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving and they were closed). The first woman who assisted me continued to where Alex left off. She asked for a receipt that she gave to me that had the numbers for the specific individual. I thought this was necessary to continue and I went to two of my homes to try to fine this paper - took 1 hour of my time. I was unable to locate it and headed back to the store to see if there is a way around it. This is when ALEX noticed me and picked up my "case", HE WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT INFORMATION IN SECONDS. This showed how experienced he is. He took care of everything and stuck with me for HOURS until everything was taken care of. He also was assisting his coworkers - multi-tasking without a hitch!     This Best Buy in Culver City is a nice one. It is spacious, has a decent (not great) selection and…read moresuper nice sales people. We have bought from them quite a lot and have never had a problem with returns or any purchase. They are super nice. Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. The place is spotless and their prices are usually the best in town. When you walk in you are greeted and it does not take long to get help. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.

He gave us the next delivery date of 7/8/26. We wanted a date sooner but that was the best he could find. On 7/7, an email was received reminding us of the delivery the next day. On 7/8 no delivery occurred. Nobody called. We called to find out it had been cancelled. The delivery date was now 7/18!!!!! I visited the store where the purchase was made and found only one employee left to handle the register and customer service. The other employees were running around in service to the merchandise and the store. She let us know that the store employees have no way of talking to the delivery people. We asked for and received our items and took them home. I found Best Buy to be focused on their sales with no emphasis on the customer. This was evidenced by the lack of communication with the delivery workers. It was also evident in the fact that there was nobody to interface with except the young lady at the register. She was exemplary in managing the situation that a lack of staffing and systems on the part of Best Buy put her in. I looked on line after the fact and found that these were wider issues that had already been reported on line. I wish I had checked first, but I thought I could trust them with the basics. Never again!!

And when you file your claim this lovely CPR business is a place you can go. The customer service was top notch! I made an appointment and they were ready for me. The whole repair took about 40 minutes. At the end of the service I was offered a screen protector that has a price tag of $40. It's a nice glass one and best part it comes with a REAL warranty. So if you crack it, just go back and get a replacement protector. But from the quality, it doesn't seem you will be making many visits to utilize the warranty. Pro tip: schedule this service around lunch time and go to the restaurant across the street for yummy eats while you wait.

When I called CPR, they were very pleasant on the phone and did not hesitate to fully answer my questions. They did something other repair services did not. CPR provided me with various options and even when I visited the store without making an appointment, the person I had talked to on the phone much earlier had remembered our conversation and provided me with the options as discussed. They did not pressure me into the most expensive option and even recommended a less expensive one that I had already chosen in my head as the best way to go. They completed the work far sooner than I had expected and did an amazing job. My phone looked brand new. The level of customer service they provided me was exceptional. I already started telling friends I know about how good the service I received had been. It was not my closest option but it was well worth going out of the way. I hope everyone else has the same level of service and feels as I do!

My phone needed to be replaced. I did my research and decided what I wanted. I walked in and got lucky with the most wonderful salesman. His photo is below. Wait for him to take care of you. He went through all the features of my new phone and put everything from the phone I was tossing into the new one. All of my photos, everything. I told him I was not good with phones and had little understanding so I wanted him to do it all, even put my wallpaper back on. He was patient and kind and explained things to me more than once and then showed me. He suggested other apps I should download and did that for me as well. He did everything I asked and more. I wanted earbuds--know nothing about them and he showed me how to use them, what would be best for me and I bought them. I also bought everything else he thought I would need and I love my new case. He was so nice and paid attention to me, not my know it all husband. He helped me. He was so great. He is the only way I will deal with again, so give the guy a raise. I wish I could recall his names, but I forgot. But he is adorable. He spent over an hour with me and never rushed me when he saw I was confused. We went to this Verizon and I am so glad we did. They had a great selection of phone and everything you need to go with a phone. We did not have to wait long and the nicest salesperson helped me. I told him he would be doing a lot because I knew little. He spent an hour with me. He got my phone working, was able to take everything off the dead phone. My photos were restored and he showed me new apps I would want and need for the moved stuff. If he helped me get the wallpaper I had back on to the new phone. When I left I had a working phone that I was able to use right away and I was able to figure out what I needed to know. I was so lucky to find this salesman.
