I sent a message through the GC website to this location to get some more information on the guitar since it was hard to tell exactly what the condition of the guitar was based on the photos. Their sales manager, Ben, emailed me back the same day and provided very detailed information about the condition of the guitar. He even included additional photos that were very clear and he indicated in the photos where there were any cosmetic imperfections on the guitar. Although I did not end up purchasing the guitar, I was extremely happy with Ben's customer service. He really went above and beyond. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider a used gear purchase from this Guitar Center location in the future.

I wanted this $700 PRS so bad that I said screw it and swapped it (They took it for $700, woohoo) for the PRS. I knew I could've easily gotten over a grand for it if I wanted to wait a few months online if I waited a few months for someone to even offer me something for it), but the LTD was just too thick and didn't feel right in my hands. I brought the PRS home and it was perfect. Easily the best Guitar I've played in my life. That said, they were complete asses and ripoffs. I understand trying to get a lower price on what you're buying if you can, but they tried to give me almost a quarter of what it's worth used, in which they eventually got the better deal ONLY because I wanted this guitar so badly and didn't want to wait. I hated dealing with the staff, they were terrible and I was probably in there for 2 hours standing there with my guitar. They did have some decent pricing instrument wise though all things considered. I'll never think of selling them anything again, but I may go in for a new guitar if I have the money or a setup. Still, if I can get something from somewhere else like Sweetwater, I'm definitely going that route.

Worst cell store ever dealt with. This store is advertised as a Verizon store. My father took my…read moreson in to have his phone fixed. Battery expanded and popped open phone. Said they cannot fix and it is not covered by warranty even though I have full warranty coverage even extended and the website states the insurance does cover repair/replace. My elderly father helping me out to bring my so was lied to by sales associate Nick P. Instead of explaining how to go through ins they LIED. As I explained my father was just scammed into upgrading just to get a sale rather then doing the proper thing or giving a choice. Made it seem the best choice was upgrade to save most money and less problems. My father went ahead with upgrade and after all said and done the salesman Nick told my father they couldn't take my sons phone for trade in credit because they are only an authorized dealer for Verizon and need to take to a corporate Verizon store and they will take the phone and issue the credit. After being told this I reviewed invoice and first I notice they had the sale listed under my name but an incorrect address in NC. No trade in credit so billed 1110.00. I spoke with Verizon corporate and was told cannot bring trade in to another store and esp no credit will be given due to the battery busted and popped open part of phone. They also told me INS WOULD COVER THAT AND THATS HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AND ADVISED. I called this cellular sales place and spoke to the Manager, John, who insisted I was told wrong and all my father was told by them was the truth. When I questioned about invoice showing wrong address but with my name for billing he insisted it was an error. I told him my dad had pointed it out to salesman and received an explanation stating it's not anything to worry about. It's their system and as long as my name was correct that it was fine. (UHM WHEN DOES A COMPANY ALLOW ENTERING INCORRECT BILLING INFO ON A SALES INVOICE FOR NEW MERCHANDISE AND NOT WANT TGAT CORRECTED TO MATCH FOR THEIR OWN ACCOUNTING OR TO AVOID A PROBLEM IF EVER I NEEDED TO CALL AND THEY ASK ME TO CONFIRM WHO I AM FIRST AND I GIVE MY ADDRESS BUT IT DOESNT MATCH WHAT THEY HAVE? THE AMOUNT OF HASSLE AND PROBLEMS TRYING TO RECEIVE HELP?) I pointed out the problem with this to the manager John and he then changed his story and said oh yes it happens with our system but it's ok as long as name correct. I pointed out all the problems and deceitful wrong doings and he just got annoyed and didn't want to explain anything else and just offered with nasty tone if I wanted to bring phone back and get refunded. I wanted to find out what happened and how to fix and he wanted nothing more to do with the situation. I then asked if I called corporate would they agree to this billing issue being blown off. He just again got nasty and said how he has customers to help. I explained I was a customer but he didn't want to bother I asked for corporate phone number and he was annoyed by that. I also asked for district manager name and contact info and he immediately sounded worried and then got nasty saying oh no I'm not giving you that information. After a few exchanges he finally gave me the email for his district manager. Then when I wanted to confirm name he said a few things about wasting his time and then hung up on me. I will be contacting both district manager and corporate company to let them know the kind of people working and representing their stores reputation and reporting them to Verizon corporate. The manager is a joke. Even tried telling me to call back and speak with nick the salesman and got annoyed when I told him HE is the manager why would I go to nick just for him to need manager to help fix. Horrible, uneducated, manipulative, ignorant, useless manager who doesn't give a crap about policies and customers that aren't just a quick upsale unspoken person. Do not go to this store. You will be ripped off or manipulated by probably most who work there. If any honest good people employed there you deserve better! I wish I could rate this store a 0. Cellularsales Verizon authorized seller and promoted as Verizon store. Follow their own corporate rules and do not follow Verizon's corp rules so you will not receive the service you are entitled to from Verizon. You will lose out on many of benefits and service you pay for because not an actual Verizon corp store!! Make sure you deal with a corp store not third party or this is what happens. I explained that i was not returning it because i had a change of mind, it was obviously distorted (not fit for its purpose/defective). They did not care! This was dangerous, they don't stand behind their tools. I actually got hurt from this tool and didn't complain about it. Now, instead of switching it out, I still have the defective tool. Hmmmm!
