Avoid this location. Poor service from the floor to the regional manager. I walked in and stood unacknowledged for 5-7 minutes, despite two associates being present, one of whom wasn't engaged with any customer. I had to approach the available associate myself. She put down her phone and asked, "What do you need?" with visible reluctance. I was there to discuss an upgrade after cracking my phone. When I asked the price of each model, she repeatedly quoted the monthly payment instead of the total cost. It took five direct requests to get a straight answer. The visit went downhill from there. She made an error exchanging my SIM card and couldn't fix it. She called another associate who wasn't in-store, then her own store manager, before finally reaching regional manager (RM) as a last resort to cover for her mistake. When I spoke with the RM myself, he was dismissive, condescending, and rude, offering no real accountability for the store's failures or my time. Between the wait, the runaround on pricing, the hours I can't get back, and a regional manager who couldn't be bothered to treat a customer with basic respect, this was the worst service experience I've had. I won't be returning to this location, and I'd think twice before trusting this team with anything. read more

Avoid this store. I gave 2 stars only because they were polite in their incompetence. Other than that, it took me 5 hours to transfer my iPhone to a Galaxy. I asked for a 1TB version, and 5 hours later I had a 256GB version. They also slapped on two maintenance plans that I didn't ask for. They actually use Moe's wifi, which is next door. Also, after a couple of hours I had to use the restroom. They directed me to Moe's again. This place is a special breed of incompetence. I quickly deleted the maintenance plans when I got home and realized what they had done. Also, I was going to try out their new internet package since Comcast irks me. They sent two modems in two days. It was only good for 1/4 my throughput, something they could have checked in the store. In short, they did EVERYTHING WRONG. But...they were polite. read more

Bait and switch scam! They said I would get $350 credit for my trade in Iphone when I upgraded. Once I had the new phones, they told me there is no credit for my old phone. Total scam! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. They also screwed up my new phone order. I ordered a 256 memory phone but they ordered the 128. They couldn't help or were not willing. Location: 3636 Dallas Hwy Suite 302, Marietta, GA 30064 If I could give negative stars, I would! I have been an AT&T customer since October 2007- 16 YEARS. I have several phone lines, purchased several phones and equipment over the years and have proven my loyalty to AT&T. Unfortunately, during a visit to this store on Nov 6th and the 3 subsequent visits to try upgrade two phone lines, I experienced the worst customer services in the 16 years I have been with AT&T. Each visit (Nov 6th, 8th 13th AND Dec 8th) I was told I needed to come back another day because it "takes too long to transfer and upgrade the data". One visit, Brittney told me she wanted to get off on time so that her daughter would have to wait in the back(?). Another visit, Ian said he couldn't stay late per direction of the store manager policy, 3rd visit, just flat out told me they were too busy and 4th visit, Omar, who probably shouldn't be working with customers as he seemed to not be able to make an independent decision, struggled to understand the process to upgrade as phone via NextUp plan. During this visit, the manager came out from the back (she didn't have on a name tag and wouldn't provide her name but appeared to have fake blue contacts) inserted herself in the conversation, took over Omar's transaction and told me and my son she couldn't and wouldn't help us because I questioned her decision on the condition of our phone (which had no damage, or cracks). She told us to leave, tried to intimidate us by stating we were being recorded and was extremely confrontational- again I think it is because they do not want to go through the upgrade process because it takes a while. I could not believe AT&T hired this level of incompetence as management! After leaving the store, from the parking lot, I called AT&T and was told this location was "not a real AT&T store" and was advised they do not have the same level of professionalism and standards and should "close all of these types of store" because they have a lot of complaints. I was able to complete my phone upgrade over the phone with the REAL AT&T representative and will have my phones mailed to me. PLEASE, TERMINATE THESE LAZY, INCOMPETENT, MENTALLY LIMITED people from your store or simply close this location. I am now wondering why I have been so loyal to a company that clearly doesn't appreciate 16 years of business. I requested for the district or regional manager (Ozich?) to call me to discuss, over a month ago, and surprise, I haven't received a call yet. My iPhone died. (Stopped charging). Went in to replace it. Natara helped out, asked me some questions about whether I use the phone while it's plugged in. I replied no. Was gonna buy the phone and go. She asked if we had the "old chargers" (type with the USB) and I replied yes. She then told me that if I charge my new phone with the old chargers, or cords it would ruin the phone and ruin the life of the phone. $100 more later, I left with my new phone, new charger, and new wireless charging pad. Just got off a chat with Santiago from AT&T. Santiago said "As long as the plug, cord, etc is (From Apple) or it's (For Apple)it's fine. So dopey me, I thought Natara was helping me, however, she was padding her bill and made sure to tell me to give her a high rating on the survey that was to come. BTW, Santiago just did the same thing while trying to backpedal on all the information he shared with me when I shared this very experience with him. I won't ever go back to this store. The worst service, customer service, and equipment EVER!! If I had known I was going to experience what I have since being with At&t, trust me, I would have stayed with Comcast. Both my fiance and I work from home so we need good internet service and since February, we've experienced nothing but issues. Slow speed instead of the high speed we pay for, most days we are unable to connect. In addition to that, for the last month we have not been able to watch recorded shows, nor record them. We haven't bee able to watch television in the privacy of our bedroom because there is an error message that keeps us from doing so. Called At&t this past Friday to address our concerns, they put in an order to replace modem and dvr to be delivered the next day..... Well nothing, not even a phone call to apologize for the inconvience. I then called last night, just for them to tell me again that they are going to put in the order and have it delivered on July 21st. So once again the wait game!! I then asked the rep "Mitch" MW538X about prorating our bill because it's extremely unfair to have to pay a full bill for 211.00 on services we hadn't received for a month. To add insult to injury, she states that she can knock off $40.00 (Are you kidding me)? $40.00 is supposed to make us happy?! So moving forward, we are canceling our contract and going back to xfinity. I'd much rather pay more and receive good service then pay more AND receive bad service, any day!! This store makes mistakes and then does not do anything to work with you to fix the problem. The manager couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and talk to me regarding the mistake. I had to go back to the store just to talk to her, 5 days after leaving the store and being told she would call me and would be able to help me, and two phone calls with messages left for her to call. I'm paying for a 2nd phone line that I'm not using and everyone at this store keeps passing the buck, saying my only recourse is to call 611 (Retention), then Retention says the manager can make the call and make it right, then the manager says call Retention. Back and forth was all I kept getting. If I could pick zero stars I would. Be warned, the employees at this store make mistakes and add things to your account that you did not authorize and then they are not willing to work with you to fix it. read more

Horrible customer service. Bad sales practices. Dmitri, the "manager", writes his own reviews and gives them 5 stars on Google, is beyond rude! James Bishop and Carly Fennel also work at the store and have given 5 star reviews, as well as Carly's husband, Joshua Fennell. Don't be fooled! They apparently know their practices are poor and will inflate their rating by posting bogus reviews by employees. Today, June 30, 2018, Dmitri hung up on my husband when calling the store this morning. In store, he cussed him out, kicked him out, banned him from the store AND called the police. He also disconnected the store phone line so all incoming calls went to the call center. All of this after spending over $600 out of pocket the previous day. All we were trying to do was get a return on an iPad that we were told we'd get a credit for (not true - according to a core store). AT&T is appalled by this "service" and a complaint has been made with corporate. We will also be calling Spring Mobile's corporate office on Monday to report Dmitri. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

I loved the customer service I got today at the AT&T store. I was really frustrated as I had been to 3 stores and told different information , so I decided to go in to that store. It was my first time . They greeted me as I walked into the store. Kayla explained everything , got a new phone and she walked me thru all the process and Was very patient and polite. I could not ask for better customer service. I asked about a few other products and all of the employees were knowledgeable and nice. I had a bad experience here and rude customer service unfortunately. I ordered a new phone still in package that was shipped to my home. My husband and I downloaded only all the pictures and videos to the memory card.We went in the store and we explained to representative that all we did was that and anything else should be transferred if it can (she was the one that took phone out of new packaging). She stated to me that apps could not be transferred, so we said ok and please transfer anything that could be. We had to go back to the store after already making it home because the representative did not transfer SIM card to initiate the switch from to AT and T. When we arrived home, we then noticed that contacts were not switched over either. I called the store and spoke to the manager Liana who stated to me that she heard the conversation between the representative and I and I stated that we had transferred everything which is totally untrue. She was dealing with her own customers and was never near us. Liana did not try to help us in any way at all. Now I have lost so many contacts because of bad customer service. read more
