    I have been a happy customer of Access Technology, ever since the mid-1990s, when they were still…read moreknown as Internet Creations. I had dial-up service for over a decade, because DSL was not available at my address. Access Tech was always a quick, local phone call away, and I always got a live technician. Only once were they not able to completely solve my half dozen problems in twice as many years. And then the tech completely diagnosed my situation, and his prescription, upgrade from Win 95 to Win 98, completely fixed everything. After I graduated from VCU, I needed my own high-speed internet service at home. Access Tech set me up with Clear, which was only down a few hours, during thunderstorms, maybe 3 times in 5 years. Then Clear was bought out by a big cell phone company, that kicked them off their network for more cell service. Now I have hosting for my web comic site through Access Tech, and they even created an updated, improved version of my site for me. Their service has been everything I've ever wanted.

    Two thumbs down for Tmobile! Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years…read morenow! in that, I have had my fair share of experiences with this company. Nothing has been as worse as it has been this week. The customer service at this store is nonexistent. I recently had two different encounters here with two different employees. Both were bad. The first encounter the store was supposed to open at 10 AM and the employee lost their keys and they told me to wait until somebody else gets here. There's nothing else I can do to help you right now. There wasn't an offer to give me a call when they opened it was just a shrug followed with a half hearted apology for their negligence. Today, I go back to the same location and hopes of buying a watch. As soon as I walk in the store I'm not greeted with a "hello" or "how are you doing?" Instead it's "what can I help you with?" I told Employee I'm here to buy a new watch. Her response "which one? "I wasn't quite sure. I wanted to look through them and go through the pros and cons with the employee. That didn't happen. The watches are unavailable to be viewed on the sales floor for some unknown reason which I suspect is theft. The expectation is for me to purchase a watch without physically being able to see it. I decided it was best for me to take my business elsewhere and not return back to this location. I usually just let stuff like this go. The employees are young and working retail is hard. I know because I did it myself for many years. However, It's important that T-Mobile understand how the ambassadors of their company are interacting with their customers at this location because it's awful!

    Sales Rep #****768, on July 10th at 10:58 am, at register #27, provided inaccurate information to…read moremy father when he went in to move his service over from Verizon. As a result, rather than getting a free phone with the new service, s/he conned my father into another phone with a higher price, not telling him that he would owe almost $1,000 for that phone! How do you sleep at night by knowing you took advantage of an elderly gentleman living on a fixed income? I have the receipt, and my account statement showing what happened. We chose to move to T-Mobile after hearing about quality service, and seeing an attractive promotional offer. That has turned out to be untrue. I called T-Mobile customer service for assistance, and after 45 minutes on the phone, the only resolution offered was "too bad". I am disgusted with T-Mobile.
