The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

Nothing has been as worse as it has been this week. The customer service at this store is nonexistent. I recently had two different encounters here with two different employees. Both were bad. The first encounter the store was supposed to open at 10 AM and the employee lost their keys and they told me to wait until somebody else gets here. There's nothing else I can do to help you right now. There wasn't an offer to give me a call when they opened it was just a shrug followed with a half hearted apology for their negligence. Today, I go back to the same location and hopes of buying a watch. As soon as I walk in the store I'm not greeted with a "hello" or "how are you doing?" Instead it's "what can I help you with?" I told Employee I'm here to buy a new watch. Her response "which one? "I wasn't quite sure. I wanted to look through them and go through the pros and cons with the employee. That didn't happen. The watches are unavailable to be viewed on the sales floor for some unknown reason which I suspect is theft. The expectation is for me to purchase a watch without physically being able to see it. I decided it was best for me to take my business elsewhere and not return back to this location. I usually just let stuff like this go. The employees are young and working retail is hard. I know because I did it myself for many years. However, It's important that T-Mobile understand how the ambassadors of their company are interacting with their customers at this location because it's awful!

How do you sleep at night by knowing you took advantage of an elderly gentleman living on a fixed income? I have the receipt, and my account statement showing what happened. We chose to move to T-Mobile after hearing about quality service, and seeing an attractive promotional offer. That has turned out to be untrue. I called T-Mobile customer service for assistance, and after 45 minutes on the phone, the only resolution offered was "too bad". I am disgusted with T-Mobile.

Because I had to order the phone, I returned to have the information transferred and turn in my old phone, and she assisted me with that also. She listened to my needs and was very gracious.
