    Two thumbs down for Tmobile! Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years…read morenow! in that, I have had my fair share of experiences with this company. Nothing has been as worse as it has been this week. The customer service at this store is nonexistent. I recently had two different encounters here with two different employees. Both were bad. The first encounter the store was supposed to open at 10 AM and the employee lost their keys and they told me to wait until somebody else gets here. There's nothing else I can do to help you right now. There wasn't an offer to give me a call when they opened it was just a shrug followed with a half hearted apology for their negligence. Today, I go back to the same location and hopes of buying a watch. As soon as I walk in the store I'm not greeted with a "hello" or "how are you doing?" Instead it's "what can I help you with?" I told Employee I'm here to buy a new watch. Her response "which one? "I wasn't quite sure. I wanted to look through them and go through the pros and cons with the employee. That didn't happen. The watches are unavailable to be viewed on the sales floor for some unknown reason which I suspect is theft. The expectation is for me to purchase a watch without physically being able to see it. I decided it was best for me to take my business elsewhere and not return back to this location. I usually just let stuff like this go. The employees are young and working retail is hard. I know because I did it myself for many years. However, It's important that T-Mobile understand how the ambassadors of their company are interacting with their customers at this location because it's awful!

As a result, rather than getting a free phone with the new service, s/he conned my father into another phone with a higher price, not telling him that he would owe almost $1,000 for that phone! How do you sleep at night by knowing you took advantage of an elderly gentleman living on a fixed income? I have the receipt, and my account statement showing what happened. We chose to move to T-Mobile after hearing about quality service, and seeing an attractive promotional offer. That has turned out to be untrue. I called T-Mobile customer service for assistance, and after 45 minutes on the phone, the only resolution offered was "too bad". I am disgusted with T-Mobile.

    If you've never had an audio system put in your car than this review is not for you…read more So I was looking around for audio system for my motorcycle this time around. I usually go out of town to get stuff like this done on my car. But I figured I try in state. Seen another guy had what I was planning on getting done to my bike. Asked where he had it done at, he said extreme audio. Crazy thing is, I had already look in to them online. But after he gave me the info on his set up, I said ok cool. Called the shop, asked the normal questions they were answer. I went up there, no bike cuz it rained. Heard a couple of setups and was convinced I was gonna work with them. Now let's talk price, I had no idea bike system would hit you for the prices they do, aftermarket especially. So I still said ok. Made a down payment to hold my appointment. Took about a week to get in cuz of work of course, no fault of theirs. Said they'd been done in a day. Ok, drop bike off, done the same day. Now let's talk about the stares and thumbs up I get. Both are telling me my system is nice. I pull up to the screen, and it's like a bike show vs a meet. Now I don't have the baddest or the greatest, but I can say this, it's loud clear and ppl are dancing n singing as I ride by. I'd have to say overall this will prob be one of the best purchases I'll most likely make for my bike. It's just that great.

    not impressed. sat there for two hours to be told they did not get my parts needed. waited two more…read moreweeks and the new faceplate was wrong color. then had a blown speak. was told it would take four hours of labor at &135 an hour plus &90 for speakers. That $640 plus tax. did it myself in two hours at home and got the same speakers for $26 cheaper. sounds like price gouging to me.
