My experience with Brionna was fine first time around . She tried to help with a problem with my present phone but could not. (Turns out it was a simple case of having run out of storage space which should haver been diagnosed easily but was not). Went back another day to buy a new phone. Brionna's attitude towards me the second time around was unfriendly and non helpful. It was clear she did not wish to help me. She said they did not have either phone of my selection in stock. Said I would have to buy the phone elsewhere but I would still have to come back to her store for set up. With her off putting behavior that was not an option for me. One quick trip to Walmart, got the phone I wanted and they set it up in an hour! The gal there was patient , friendly and professional. I could have weeped for her kindness to me. The price for that same phone at AT&T was 80.00 higher. AT&T staffs their stores with many who should NOT be working in customer service. When I got there was literally hardly any body in the store, except for one group of people. And the lady came up to the front from the back of the store to help us with an unwelcoming attitude, body language said it all when she came through the door in the back of the store, and it almost felt like like we weren't welcomed at all or wanted to be helped at all. read more

Worst customer service ever! We bought new phones from this location and they made a rookie mistake of not changing the SIM card. One of our phones continued to receive a SIM error, so we call AT&T customer service and they told us to go to the nearest location to get a new SIM. We went to this location and each worker was with a customer, which was fine, but no one acknowledged our presence. I understand you are busy, but a simple greeting and saying we will be right with you would be awesome! I decided to leave after no one said anything to us for 10 minutes. We left and went to another location in West Chester Commons where they were also busy, but they said good afternoon, I apologize, but we will be right with you. Review is for New Town, VA location. We've gone there a couple times and each time we are disappointed with the service they provide. Most recently we went because my husbands phone was not working (no sound). The rep played with it for a minute or so and then said he couldn't fix it. He then tried to sell us a new phone. Despite the commercials on TV saying no matter what the condition, you could trade in for a new phone, he said he wouldn't take it as a trade in. We left, took it to a phone repair and for $45 we picked it up the next day working fine. AT&T has the worst Customer Service. We only keep it because it's the only service we can get at our 2nd home in West Virginia. The monthly costs are also outrageous. Can't wait to get rid of them with a new service. read more

Wife decided to get me an Apple Watch 3 with data... out of the box, it didn't work. I contacted the online chat were I was ASSURED I would not have to pay a restocking fee because it had not even been 12 hours. Took my printed copy of the chat, and LOW & BEHOLD, the AT&T store would not take it back with out charging me 45.00 to restock the item that never worked for even the first time. I called and spoke to a " supervisor " who told me that AT&T was not responsible for what online chat reps tell customers even though I had the chat print out. I was offered a measly 25.00 credit and some free data. Gee Wiz AT&T , thanks for the extra data I could care less about and the 25.00 credit that managed to merely insult me as a loyal and never late on my payment kind of customer. WILL NOT REFER ANY FRIENDS OR COWORKERS TO AT&T. read more

Terrible customer service and false advertisement. My wife and I bought (2) iphone 7's on a bogo deal. Turned out the bogo offer was not valid through AT&Ts corporate office by the terms & conditions the store informed of us. We're still paying off one of the phones despite paying for one upfront.
