Even though the account manager says he can see the amount their representative told me to pay was incorrect, and their company ap also advised me to pay this amount. I escalated up to a manager, Alan, who advised me that AT&T had no other higher point of complaint than him and refused to do anything to correct what essentially was their error. Please beware of paying you bill going by what is quoted on the ap, or what their untrained agents disclose.

I came into the store at 5:45 PM on Tuesday, January 13th, because my phone was intermittently disconnecting from Wi-Fi and briefly showing "SOS." My phone was fully functional before I arrived -- I could make calls, text, and use data both on and off Wi-Fi. Matthew told me he would "try" to fix the issue but that Apple might be needed if he couldn't. Without clearly explaining the risks, he deleted my eSIM, and then was unable to reconnect it. He called customer support, and after nearly three hours, just before the store closed at 8 PM, I was told they had done "all they could." At that point, I was informed that: * My phone was now completely unusable * I could either wait until Thursday to get a replacement OR * Upgrade and buy a new phone immediately At no point was I told that "your phone will not work at all" was even a possible outcome of this visit. I explained that I was far from home, had no GPS, and now had no way to get back safely. I had to call my grandmother to come pick me up. What happened next was unacceptable... Because the store was closing, Matthew treated me as if I were an inconvenience. He told me that unless I wanted to buy a new phone, I would need to wait in my car, and if I needed anything I could "bang on the door." After spending three hours in the store only to leave with a phone in worse condition than when I arrived, I was essentially kicked out so he could leave on time. This was dismissive, unsafe, and wildly unprofessional. My family and I have been loyal T-Mobile customers since 2000, and this experience alone has seriously damaged my trust in the company. Turning a minor network issue into a completely unusable phone -- then abandoning a customer without concern -- is not customer service. It's negligence.

I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

He not only downloaded and transferred her contacts, etc. but he also gave her mini lessons on her new iPhone! He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He also speaks Spanish which is a plus! Social distancing markets on the floor, and masks were in place. Cris also explained all the plans, assisted us with the accessories, and he didn't try to up-sell us to buy things we didn't need. My sis got an awesome deal on a new iPhone and we were impressed with the service we received here! The inventory, however, was rather skimpy ... they could increase their cases, chargers, and phone stock. I deleted a star because the store itself isn't very aesthetically appealing. They could use some better quality and matching furniture (the table in the waiting area was in poor shape) and a paint job.
