I had a Scheduled Appointment at the Eastgate Store. Upon arrival I noticed that there were NO SIGNS for promotions from Verizon's Ads! There were very little people inside besides the Verizon employees maybe one or two customers. I was greeted by an employee who said he could help me. He escorted me to a table. I told him who only identified himself as "TC". (I noticed on the way out none of the employees had name tags). Anyway, when we sat down I noticed Regular pricing on a sticker affixed to the Table. Still NO PROMOTIONAL PRICING as seen on TV nor Online! I told TC I was wanting to Come over to Verizon from AT&T because my daughter wanted a New iPhone & I was bringing over my iPhone 13 Pro Max to Verizon too. I told TC about the Promotions that were being advertised, but he didn't say anything. TC just started asking me my name, address, and what plan did I want. I informed him I wanted the plan I seen on TV &/ or on the internet for bringing my phone to them along with 2 phone numbers. There was a Gift Card, pricing to be around like $50 a piece w/ unlimited data all on The internet, but with me going into the store I got offered NONE OF THAT. When I inquired about that, TC said I would have to go Online for that. I asked TC so what you're telling me by coming into this store I have to pay FULL PRICE? He Said "YES" Even though the Ads and promotions don't end until January 31st? He Said "Yes". I asked TC does Verizon have a Discount for Disabled Veterans or Veterans? TC said yes he thought but I would have to go ONLINE to get that Promo. Why does Verizon have these Stores if they're just going to tell you to go to their website? I felt like a fool! I got up and walked out. Still NO CUSTOMERS except one or two (Probably complaining about their bills). I drove over to Beechmont and I saw that Verizon Store's parking lot filled with Cars. However, I didn't go inside because ONE I didn't have an Appointment and I can't stand for very long. I saw an AT&T store on the same side of the road so I decided to stop there to see if I could lower my bill. That woman helped me lower my bill! So I will not be going to VERIZON!!! And I will never step foot in the EASTGATE VERIZON STORE AGAIN!! And when I lived in Florida I was a customer of Verizon Cellular Service and I had Verizon's Internet and DIRECTV combo. I raved about Verizon, but never again! The Employees at that store ruined Verizon's Chances of me coming back to Verizon. I know I'm just a NUMBER to Verizon and Verizon really don't care about their Customers at least that's the way I felt at the Eastgate store!!

Now I have 5g beautiful Internet. This young man was excellent at answering all of my questions. I cannot say enough about this amazing service that Grant provided at the Milford Verizon Store. We will see Grant soon to upgrade my Dad's phone, iPad, and now Internet! Great job Grant and the Milford Verizon.

    This business scammed me by charging me for an unauthorized service and then demanded payment for…read morework that I never gave the okay for. They also never asked me what the issue was that I was having and assumed very incorrectly about prior damage that had occurred more than a year prior. My computers worked perfectly after those spills because I was able to do a cleaning of them all those months ago. Their forced cleaning of my computers didn't resolve my issue at all because my actual issue was electrical issues we had been having in our home, and if they had asked me what problem I was having with them in the first place they would have known this and could have earned their money legitimately instead of scamming me for it. I ended up having to pay them $150 just to get my computers back with the same exact problem. The issue wasn't with them at all but was with the monitors. If they had spoken with me we could have figured this out before this unneeded cleaning service was forced upon me to pay for. I signed up for a free diagnostic and then he called to tell me I owe $69.99 per computer. What a scam! The front desk gentleman is very nice, but the actual repairman is a scammer. They also won't refund me the money! So now I have to buy new monitors which is more than $150 on top of the forced cleaning fees! Unbelievable! This is shady business and they shouldn't be allowed to keep scamming people. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought this was only a misunderstanding, I reached out very kindly to explain all of this and ask for my money back. They only ignore me like I don't exist anymore. Of course, because he knows he scammed me!

With computer repairs, I always expect bad news across the board: cost, timeline, actual…read moredamage, etc. While they can't completely fix something that's totally dead, I am quite impressed with how well they do with equipment on all three counts (time, cost, function). Have had several visits to them in which I was really expecting something bad, but each time I've come away with fully functioning equipment at a very acceptable price.
