I was referred here because I needed a plumbing part and did not want to risk my health to go…read moreinside a big box store. I knew exactly what part I needed, so I was able to call their number and place my order for pickup within a couple hours. The person I spoke to on the phone was at a national call center in another state, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me the hours of the physical store and the pickup procedure. My lack of star is for the disconnect between the Call center and the actual store. I arrived at 4:05pm to find a sign on the door saying they closed at 4pm, when the call center told me they were open until 430pm. I was not the only person there at 4pm who'd been told the same thing. I came back the next day for pickup and had to walk inside, where as the call center told me there would be a contactless pickup table out front. I nicely let the guys in the store know there was a disconnect, and at first they got defensive...but I let them know I wasn't upset just letting them know so maybe they could correct it. After that they were very nice. Grabbed the part quick and left. They have the store roped off as there is no on site purchases at this time.
