They told me someone would be with me in 2 minutes, but I ended up standing there like an idiot for 30 minutes, even though I explained right away that I have an infant at home and my time is very limited. This place is great BECAUSE of Simone. Maybe she's been promoted or moved on but I'd recommend only visiting when she is available. About a year ago I had to move a family plan of six people from AT&T prepaid to postpaid. This is VERY complicated, even more complicated than moving from another provider, believe me. Simone spent probably 2 hours helping us get this done. She was AWESOME. I'd already been to two other AT&T stores who said they couldn't help or sent me somewhere else. It's because they knew it was complicated and just don't want to deal with it. Not Simone! So I hope if she's there she helps you and if not I hope she's moved on to a better job, which she deserves. read more

I had what I thought was a complicated issue to fix, but Jeremy Melsh was able to get my Voice Mail problem solved in about two seconds. It took me longer to explain my problem! Jeremy was so very helpful and knowledgeable, and he gave me some good advice about using my new iPhone and AT&T service. So far, the worst. At first I thought this is great, no lines, no wait. Transferring Data to new cell service with AT&T and new I phone. 8 hours later, my new phone cannot access or send emails or log in to data saved on apps. I went back to Strawberry location twice with no success from manager Max. I should have gone to Apple. read more

Nice shiny stars for helping me rescue the numbers from my dead phone (something the losers at the Verizon store on Chestnut were disinclined to do), for hooking me and the mister up with a new service provider pretty much seamlessly, and for making sure we got the best deal going for our devices ($99 after rebates for Blackberry Curves), and for being patient, kind, thorough and thoughtful and hilariously funny. Srdjan Zizic, the manager of this AT&T only store, is the master you should bow down before, just don't ask him if he'd like to buy a vowel (SO not funny). read more

I had the best experience yesterday at this store because of Jeremy Melsh. I needed cellular for my ipad as power was down. He was fast, so helpful, found a plan that was inexpensive, gave me unlimited access (who knew) and hooked me up in less than 15 minutes. He was so helpful with filling out all we needed to get me started. I also met a wonderful dog in the store while waiting only 5 minutes till he was free. Ask for Jeremy. Wonderful. read more

Just left the store. We went there with the intention of changing over our phone lInes with the new promotion they are offering. There were three salesmen helping other customers and in the 20 minutes that we stood there, with our baby in her car seat, not once did any person look up to acknowledge us. No one said hello. No one said sorry for the wait we will be with you in a minute. They just left us standing there. All we could think was that at Verizon at least they had greeters to welcome us and let us know that we would be helped soon. Its very disconcerting to know that this store could care less as to whether we stayed or left. read more

Terrible customer service, downright rude. I would stay away and go to a real AT&T store.

I went into this store on 3/16/2017 to move my phone number from a corporate account over to a go phone account. Dude spent over an hour messing up my service, so all I had left was a voice line. No data and no texting. Then he told me I had to go to a corporate AT&T store to fix what he had broken. Upon arriving at the corporate store in San Rafael, I was told that this messed up account that this guy had created would have to wait 3 days before they can try again to fix it. On my way home, stopped into a Verizon store (my phone is unlocked) and they had it hooked up on their prepaid plan in 15 minutes! The whole experience with this "Authorized" AT&T retailer was a hack job. Very unprofessional. Save yourself some time and heart ache and go to directly to proper corporate AT&T store. read more

The employees told us that at and t would cover our old bill from T mobile, and they lied. The bill was $900 and we got ome of the deals that was for 4 samsungs note 10's. At&t never answers the fucking phone when we call them about this they scammed us saying they would pay the old bill, and charge us way more than we were told we would be charged for each billing cycle each month. I have gone twice for customer service type calls. The two salesmen were knowledgeable and so helpful. I ended up buying some accessories that turned out to be great but I did it just hoping to pay for all the free service I have gotten.
