Long story short, after spending $300 on a front screen and $150 on a back screen I went through 2 different replacements for the front because the first was faulty and barely covered by their "warranty". The second replacement also had issues. Genius Phone said it was "user error" why I couldn't press the buttons that were not working... clearly it was not because i had multiple people try with no success and in all my 10+ years as an iPhone user I never had this problem. Genius gave me the run around a few different times and told me to to come back on Monday. Well over the weekend i got a tiny crack on my phone and noticed a ton of scratches. So I knew they they wouldn't cover it through warranty. So I was screwed with the junk they put on my phone. Bottom line, the screens they use to replace your iPhone screens are TERRIBLE QUALITY. They crack and scratch SUPER EASY. I went over 10years without breaking an iPhone screen and I barely went 10days without scratching and cracking this "Genius Phone Screen". Tbh I feel like they intentionally dumb down the quality so you have to keep coming back and back for another $300 replacement. All in all, I will never return to this place. You're better off getting a used screen that is iPhone brand and not the cheap Genius Brand. Or just go to Apple, they will do it right unlike these guys.

David Pope from this store was advertising the exact same PS5 console version a few days later on FB Marketplace. We messaged him to let him know we believed he was trying to sell our stolen property. His only reply was to ask what the serial number was for our console. We did not have it and the PlayStation did not have the serial number because they ship consoles randomly. The store and David hit the jackpot when a thief brought in an unopened console with TWO tamper seals. One clear seal that all PS5 console boxes have and a holographic tamper seal that PlayStation Direct puts on by a person, not a machine. The photos show that our box and the one this store sold were positioned identically. A person we know went into the store and made a comment to an employee about selling PS5s. The employee said they do sell consoles, but this was the first one they have had that was unopened. It's a sad day in Muskegon when you cannot even trust stores in town to do the right thing.

After spending an hour trying to get it upgraded, Kennedy said that the tech-support said the only way to upgrade it would be to disconnect the second number and then reactivate it. She said there was a slight chance the second number wouldn't reactivate but that she had done this before and it shouldn't be a problem. After the upgrade went through the number did not reactivate. Kennedy told us to come back tomorrow or on Monday and we should be able to fix it. She said the problem was probably that the tech-support person just didn't know what they were doing. We came back on Sunday and worked with Erin. She got to a level two tier person who said the problem was just that it required 24 hours after deactivation for the number to reactivate. She said that they should not be a problem for us to come back on Monday and everything should reactivate super quick. I just spent two hours there with a new person, whose name I did not catch. At first he tried to be super helpful, aggressively going through several tech agents who did not know what they were doing. Finally, we got to level two support and a supervisor and we were put on hold while they were working on it. I told him it was OK to help someone else while he was on hold. Then, for some reason, the call disconnected. I got a text message saying the call had disconnected and immediately told him. About 10 or 15 minutes after that he came to me and since Kennedy had told me there was a chance the number might not reactivate there's nothing else he can do. He did not offer to call tech again or work on this with me. I asked him I should've done differently with degrading my wife's phone other than disconnect the number. He said he didn't know. After two hours, I feel absolutely abandoned by this company. I want to be clear, some of the staff here are excellent. I've worked several times with Josh and he is absolutely fantastic and sticks with things to get it fixed. Erin was able to really quickly get us with the right tech-support person who seemed to know what was going on and told us everything would be OK on Monday. Kennedy was super friendly and I do think tried her hardest... But at the end of the day, it shouldn't be this hard to upgrade a phone with the second number. And for the person today to know that I have spent three days here, doing two hours today alone, and to just give up on me when the call disconnected is absolutely unacceptable. I guess I'll just stick with corporate Verizon stores from now on. It's a bit more of a drive but I've never had an issue like this there.
