We called after 5 and no one answered, voicemail box was full so we couldn't leave a message. 2 other families were also waiting, and as a group we decided to hit up the store in Creekside. Thats like 6-8 people you just lost business from because you can't open on time and there is no way to contact. As a Store Manager for a different retail company, this is pretty sad. Although my first time in this particular store, it was a game changer for me. After dealing with numerous Fuck ups on my account due to the sneaky business that both the seguin att and customer service (611) were Conducting, I finally found someone who was patient and honest and helped me fix my billing and account issues. Jason was great and helped me deal with the issues that took upwards of 3.5 hours to resolve. He assisted me while I inevitability had to call 611 again. He knows his shit. Wonderful customer service!! We visited this location to get our cable and internet bill corrected. Scott helped us get everything fixed and even stayed an hour past the time he was suppose to get off work to make sure we were taken care of. AT&T needs to hire more people like Scott! read more

Date December 19th at 7:21 pm your manager on duty greeted me well but when I asked about making a payment stated I could use a kiosk or wait for someone. I asked him to show me how to use said kiosk (as though I've been a customer for 22 years I've never used one. ) he informed me it's point and click without walking me to a kiosk and taking the time to provide basic customer service to show me. I then replied I needed to then wait for a representative. At which point without taking down my information only my name he said ok. To which I replied f-Ing lacksadalsicle employees here. He in turned asked me to leave to which I stated no I'm allowed to say what I want, he then tried once again to tell me I don't have freedom of speech in this store. Mind you I'm merely stating a fact. I absolutely want a district manager to contact me over this. I pay AT&T nearly 1,000.00 a month. I've been a loyal customer for 22 years. When I walked in the store a lady took my name and my concern and put it in an iPad. I thought cool. There's a cue. A take a number system. Then I see a couple that came in after me getting service. Then a guy that came in after me getting service. Then, a young couple came in after I was already mad, and they got served. I was trying to make eye contact with the lady that took my name, to give her a dirty look, but she was busy talking to an older gentlemen that looked like the owner. Brittnee was SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING. She answered every possible question that I had. The new iPhone I bought took a while to update, which ended up taking until about 30 minutes after closing time. She was so supportive and did not have a bad attitude for being kept there after closing (most businesses and employees would become rude and short if they were stuck at work after closing time; I am sure we have all experienced that at some point in our lives). She was so positive, interactive, entertaining, and did not make me feel bad for (my new phone phone update) keeping her there after closing. Brittnee has such a great, positive attitude and is 100% management material. I will definitely recommend this location and Brittnee to my family and friends! read more

Do not go. They will just try to sale you. I went in because I got a new IPhone and it wasn't starting. Immediately they pull up my account to see if I'm eligible for a new phone. I explained I just got the phone less than a year ago so I didn't want a new phone. I needed help figuring out what was wrong with current phone since I hadn't dropped it or any other trauma. Their version of troubleshooting before telling me I'd need to buy a new phone was plugging it in. I left. I went to the Apple store to see if they might help even though AT&T was adamant I needed a new phone. Apple employee presses 2 keys for a while and suddenly it turns on. Come to find out the new IPhone had different buttons that needed to be pressed than previous version. How does AT&T have salesman that pretend to be knowledgeable on phones yet can't help with the most basic troubleshooting. So disappointed. read more

Worst customer service of any company. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Switched family of 4 to T-Mobile and got 20 times more data while saving $65 per month. Switched from AT&T isp to Spectrum and my download went from 3.5Mbps (with AT&T) to 165Mbps with Spectrum and saved $5 per month. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AT&T they will lock you into a contract whereas T-Mobile and Spectrum do not need contracts (it just goes month to month) because the sell a VASTLY SUPERIOR service. read more

Please check your connection and try again" Call AT&T and they say "Restart your router" Just like 2 days ago. Just like last week. BUT when I signed up they made me sign a contract. Called to try to get released from the contract and I get put on hold for 42 minutes for the "Customer Retention Department." NEVER ANSWERED. Other ISP's in my area don't require contracts. Only AT&T. Now I know why. Scammers and cheats. DO NOT USE AT&T. And regarding cell service... TMobile is 8 times the data for $60 less per month for family of 4. Upgraded iPhone from 6 to 8+ for my son. Overall faster than I expected but customer service was poor. Chase could hardy be bothered to make eye contact and was condescending. I asked for a screen protector and didn't get one. That's fine. Amazon will send me one. We needed to get to a volunteer event so we chose to finish setup later. Well Chase didn't activate the phone. No service. So we had to take it back to the store. Then I had to get back in line for service and wait again. Then I got backtalked by Chase. "Yeah I activated it." Um no you didn't. That's why it says no service. Even after rebooting. Then another employee, Eric, accused us of swapping out the SIM card. Omg. Not cool. Terrible experience. read more

LONG STORY SHORT (within a 24 hr span) Was sold a brand new iPhone that wasn't working properly. Went back to ATT and they confirmed that it's malfunctioning. Sent me to Geek Squad at Best Buy because NOW "it's an Apple Warranty issue and not an ATT issue." Best Buy confirms (in writing) a defective phone and advises that I go back to ATT to get a new one. Go back to ATT and they refuse to replace phone unless I pay a $45 restocking fee. (Hmmm...restock a defective phone?) Or, I can drive to the Apple stores in San Antonio to take care of this warranty ( No, Thank You). The employee kept saying that "it's all in the contract." Okay...so it may be in the contract...but there is a difference between being contractually obligated and "doing the right thing." Just give me a new phone! Simple! Ended up going back to Best Buy, they agreed ATT screwed me. Went through their warranty. Now I have to wait a week. I will NEVER shop at this ATT location again! We came in inquiring about the different plans because we were looking to switch from Spectrum back to AT&T. We were planning on going back home to signup for new services after getting clarification about the different plans and packages. We wanted to do it that way because they were offering special promotions ($35 activation fee waived and $200 visa gift card). Our representative to help us was Micaela. She assured us that if we signed up in the store, she could waive the activation and offered us a $300 credit on our account. We accepted that offer and allowed her to sign us up. After we signed the documents she then told us we would have to wait until we got the service installed before they could waive the fee and that we'd need to call them to remind them. She didn't tell us that beforehand but okay. After the installation was done, I text Micaela and asked her about the fee being waived. I didn't get a return text back until the next day well into the evening. After calling and speaking to a manager, the story had changed.... we would need to wait for the first bill to come before we could get the fee waived. We would need to come to the store with the bill and they'd adjust it. Had we known we would've had to be this inconvenienced, we would've declined her offer and just went home and placed our order online. We wasted time with calling them and going back to the store to remind them of an offer they promised to give us. We will never do business with this location. The representatives need to be upfront with their customers and be honest instead of telling us what sounds good at the time just to get a sale under their belt. read more

I was having trouble with internet billing, I was on the phone with AT&T for a few hours today and 2 hours last week. Both times the service providers could not help me and the call was lost. I came into AT&T NB today and spoke with Clemente Zuniga. Truly a pleasure to work with. My reason for 4 stars is because of the horrible over the phone customer service AT&T has shown. But one person, Mr. Zuniga showed me that not everyone at AT&T is bad. Thanks again for helping me as much as possible, sadly my issue wasn't resolved to the fullest extent but I was pleased with my in-store customer service because he did everything he possibly could to help. I have had a business plan now for over a decade and there is not a single connection between the retail facing stores and the ATT Business site Premier language and the unusual terms this store seems to apply. I bought the device online to have it waiting for my employee to swing by after work. When she arrived they said they could not accept her DL as proof of her identity to pick it up(that she has had for 5 years through ATT). Because of Fraud? How would someone know the order number, account number and be named as a "COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR" and randomly walk in and guess the name? C'mon ATT please don't make mobility plan's administrators for business so hard. I will be evaluating other options next week. Can't believe all the bad reviews about this place...I have had my cell phone with AT&T since flip phone days, maybe more, come to think of it, remember when cell phones were the size of a brick? This is the place for all my questions about my iPhone (which drives me crazy) and iPad ( which I love). Yes, you may have to wait if it is busy, but the most I ever waited was 15-20 minutes ,max. Once it was my turn I had their total attention. Workers take their time to answer questions and help you troubleshoot whatever ails your phone. I love the gentleman who greets you as you enter and puts your name on the waiting list. One day he helped figure out what was wrong so I didn't even need to see one of the salespeople. He has been there since the AT&T store opened and he is really such a sweet guy he brightens my day. This store is very conveniently located at Creekside shopping area by Subway. Parking can get pretty full but I always find a space. The only thing that bugs me is the soft sell for U-Verse. I know that this is just what they have to ask you. read more

These used car salesman, I mean att sales reps, coninced me that my iphone was the reason I was dropping calls, so, I bought a samsung galaxy 5, and the day after, I had to replace the sim card, now, im on my 3rd sim card and they are now telling me that I have to send phone to.manufacturer. Can't stand being disrespected by the door greeter (Marshall) and then being told he's getting a manager to help me out. A representative from this store came to our work and gave information about AT&T. It sounded great, so we I came by to take a look. After talking with the rep who came to my work, it sounded like a great comparison to Verizon. AT&T gave us a good amount back for out 5 Verizon I Phones all which were newer phones. The phones were placed in a bag and put in a blue metal container located in the rear for the store. We were issued our new phones and a phone plan that was almost half the price of Verizon. We walked out feeling like we made a good decision. Well when we got home, which is just up the road off Hwy 46, it was quickly apparent this was not comparable to Verizon service. I had no reception in my drive way and the one bar in my house. The data was very slow inside my home as well. The next day as I traveled around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, I noticed that places where Verizon worked. Later that day I spoke to my wife and son about their phones. They stated they had issues with the service as well. We gave it a few more days to see if maybe it was just a activation issue. It wasn't. We went back to AT&T to see if they still had our old phones so we can go back to Verizon, they didn't. Go figure. This is how AT&T get you stuck with them. They mention you have 14 days to bring back the phone, but they don't mention they send your trade in phones out the next day. AT&T did offer to switch out the sims card to see if that would help the issue, it didn't. So them moral of this long review stick to Verizon, it's worth the money or if you are thinking about switching carriers, stay clear of this one. read more

Started service earlier this year (2020) and after selecting my phone & options was quoted a monthly price of $104.90. First bill was $199.89, second bill was 109.40, latest bill is $127.17 which I'm now being told is my reoccurring monthly due amount. After contacting "customer service" (terms I use VERY loosely) I was offered to downgrade my plan options in order to get monthly bill closer to originally agreed upon amount. So apparently their representatives are allowed to verbally quote you whatever price they want and if you don't catch it on your first bill then your forced to continue service at your newly discovered amount! Having talked to SEVERAL members up the management ladder NONE of them acknowledge or own the fact that the people representing their company are falsely quoting potential customers. Over the 2 year contract at $20+ over what we agreed to monthly is over $500 they're STEALING! Not only will I NEVER be an AT&T customer ever again but I'll get the word out to as many potential victims as possible to avoid this store & company all together! Unless you enjoy disgusting, slimy business tactics & complete lack of accountability then AT&T is the company for you! read more

I have had to conduct business with this store on numerous occasions and not once did I walk away satisfied. Information was entered in the computer wrong, incorrect activation dates were issued, and once they even managed to shut my phone completely off from service after I left.
