Scam. Avoid this place. It's just an authorized reseller. Not a real Tmobile store. Went in to add a line on my phone. They added two lines but I shouldn't worry because one line is free. I wouldn't be charged for it and it's not active until I use it. It's a free line incase I ever need it I knew right then it was a scam. And as soon as I get my bill there it was. 30.00 monthly fee for a line I didn't want or ask for. I told them I didn't want it. I want to add one line. Unprofessional, uninformed and unmotivated sales people. You'd feel better buying service from T-Mobile on the web and waiting for your SIM to arrive in the mail. The dodo literally remarked that screen protectors would help prevent scratches to save the trade in value. If I wanted technology advice from my grandma I'd ask my grandma. I have been a happy TMO customer in the past and only wanted to switch and trade in/buy phones. Horrible experience. The salesman lack of knowledge is horrible. He was misrepresenting his products. And tried to convince me a lower quality phone was as good as a more expensive phone to get me to qualify when I did not have phone to trade in. I dislike salespeople that mislead you about a product only to make a sale. Went to san marcus the next day and got great service and new what they were talking about. I had spent 3 days online trying to log in to my account which I have done for years. They could not help me. So, I went down to the T-Mobile on IH 35 & 306. Jen Villegas was my customer service representative there. I was very impressed with the service I received at this store with Jen Villegas helping me. I don't know if this applies to T-mobile because of the sprint merger but I was suckered into a contract at the sprint location by target on the other side of the highway. Anyway, if you go in there for a specific reason like me, which was to purchase two lines. Do not accept free offers of things for some crazy promotion. They will make you pay for it one way or another. Just get the lines you need and get out. They will keep information from you about the promotion that if you heard, you would not get the promotion they are suggesting. Don't do it. read more

They're cussing, talking about what they would rather be doing with their time, even complaining about how long it was taking to get all my info transferred to my new phone...I guess she had something better to do. As a long time customer with this phone company, I have never been disappointed with their service. My last visit to transfer my contacts and apps to replace a broken phone with a new one was no different. Frankie at this T-Mobile was very helpful and efficient with my transfer dilemma.
