James,Jose and Andrew were awesome. I came looking for a screen protector for my I-phone and James showed me a new gold screen protector that looks super cool and matches the color of my phone. As soon as we walked in; we were greeted with a genuine smile and soon James came over to inquire how he could help us. Jose, the manager showed us the gold screen and he was so graceful and installed it on my phone. I paid $45 plus tax but it has a life time warranty so it's worth it. Friendly service and a nice group of young guys that focus on customer service. I will definitely come back to upgrade my husband's I phone. Keep up the awesome job! read more

Honestly, After my ordeal at the Canal St At&t I was a little weary walking into this store. I was immediately greeted by a rep Juan, who was cheery and happy unlike the imbecile I had to deal with before. I actually had some optimism and believed that my issue could be resolved. So being annoyed from the previous rep, I immediately went to business. I asked him to pull my account and provided all the pertinent information, Viola it only took two minutes. I mean really if he can do it, why couldn't the previous person do that? So Juan takes a look at the bill and goes over everything with me. Figures out the issue within minutes of looking at my account. Heck he even gave me a better rate, I spoke with retention on the phone and they were telling me "Well you can switch to a 1gig mobile share and pay 20 dollars less" which I was simply dumbfounded... How are you going to tell me to switch 4 devices from a 10 gig to a 1 gig plan to save 20 dollars? Really?. Anyways Juan finds a new plan for me which cut my bill down by 70 dollars. I mean going from almost 250 with tax to 180 with tax was simply amazing. The staff here really care about their customers unlike other stores i've been too. They make the extra effort to ensure you know what you're getting and are extremely patient people. I definitely a lot more happier, after dealing with them. If anything I rather deal with them than the morons on the phones that put me on hold while they read through their book to find the appropriate response. read more

I hate AT&T. They have terrible customer service. I lost my phone and so I called in to report my phone lost and to suspend my service. I was pretty busy so didn't get around to paying the bill or bringing in a replacement phone for about 2-3 weeks. When I went into a store to get it all sorted out, they had cancelled my account and sent my past due amount to collections. I told them I never received a notification. They said they texted me a notification. WTF? I reported my phone lost and suspended my account, how the hell would I receive a text message? They never sent me an email either. So now I have a ding on my credit report because of them. So I paid the late bill in full at the store and wanted to get my line reinstated. They made me wait 45 minutes, and then told me that they couldn't reinstate it for 30 days because they sent my bill to collections. Furthermore, I couldn't get the cell number that I had back because they put a hold on everything related to my account. They told me they would call me back at my home to figure out the whole mess, and surprise--surprise, they never called me back. I hate AT&T. I should have never left Verizon. read more

I came in here to return a phone case and it took the staff 20 minutes to process, get their ipad to work and open the register. There were 4 staffs when I walked in, yet only 2 were greeting customers while the other 2 were just standing around with their phone. I also saw two people walked in and out of the store because no one were attentive and greeted them when they walked in. Customer service needs to improve here. read more

Walked into AT&T on Delancey St, with 2 sitting duck employees. One on her phone and one staring into space, after about 45 seconds, someone uttered how can I help and I was motioned to be assisted by the older white man with glasses. I mentioned to him I needed to just get my temper glass replaced since last week HE was the one who told me to get the replacement via my insurance. Got the new glass, went to the store with help for putting it on.(Something I have never had an issue with when I had TMobile for 14 years). This lazy pig, while not moving, told me..."Oh we cant touch phones with everything going on." OK, PUT ON GLOVES. Or, surely you would have helped with me had I been purchasing something or the HBO Max. Then he mentioned, " Well since you didn't get it here, we cant put it on since if it breaks we cant replace it." Hmmm... I have AT&T, my iPhone 11 is from AT&T. Not cheap, and the temper glass was purchased from AT&T insured from the manufacturer. AGAIN, what kind of service is this? However, my umbrella got stolen in the store on a raining day when l was completing some forms on the screen. l was also told new iPhones would be delivered to the store every night so l came back to visit it the second day only to find out there's no iPhones to be displayed. Amazing experience at this AT&T location. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Andrew, the sales associate. He was extremely welcoming and personable. He knew so much about the products and services att has to offer. Andrew didn't seem as though he was trying to push a product on me or force me to leave with something in my hand. He was more interested in helping me find a product that suited me and my needs ! I loved it !! I left the store with a new iPhone, a phone case and a tablet ! All I walked in to get was an iPhone ! Today i went to upgrade my phone, and let me tell you i was excpecting a quick thing maybe a bit less then an hour i knew which phone i wanted and how much it cost ( spoke to customer service a day before) and when i came in they started taking care of it for me and then said the phone isn't working and that it's their last one and all that stuff. so they sent me to a diffrent stora not too far away and there i had to wait in line to get attention. but when i finally got someone to listen especially since iv'e been specificly refered to one person they got the new phone i picked set up and ready to go. so i guess it was just a misfortion. :/ at&t is usually pretty good and quick. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and totally screwed up the settings on my phone. I have been a loyal At&t customer for 10 years. I usually have only positive things to say about my wireless provider. Recently, I went into my local store which is in downtown, Manhattan 144 Delaney St. I only went into the the store to pay my bill with a cash. The kiosk was "out of service" so I asked the representative to please take my payment at which time I was told rudely that they no longer accept cash. I can't fathom that the store will not accept any cash what so ever. I'm very busy and went out of my way to a different store to make my payment without a problem. Which lets me know that At&t stores definitely do take cash payments. Point is that the reps in that store were unhelpful and lazy and refused to assist me. I have never felt more mistreated at a store. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any wireless company ever. I'm seriously considering transferring to another provider. read more

After my blackberry died a tragic death last night at a party (too much tequila for him, I think), I needed to go see about either bringing mine back from the dead or getting a new one. The reviewers on Yelp were dead on: this is absolutely the best AT&T store I've ever been to. When I walked in at 1pm, it was quiet, spotless, and all three guys on duty were super helpful. I spent the most time with Chris and (oh god I forgot his name! sorry dude) and they were both rockstars in helping me pick out a replacement phone and transferring everything (contacts, texts, pictures) to my new bberry, even when it was a pain in the patella since my keyboard was fried. Chris was nice enough to call me afterward to let me know he'd changed my data plan to save me some cash, and they were totally gracious when I walked in a second time half an hr after I left when I couldn't get my email account set up. I've had experiences at AT&T stores that made me want to bang my head against the wall repeatedly (Grand Central and Bryant Park, I'm looking at you), so to have super helpful, funny and genuinely nice sales reps to work with was a fantastic treat. Really, this was a far more pleasant experience than I ever thought possible at a retail store. Definitely a hidden gem on the LES. read more
