He helped us get rid of both Comcast/Xfinity and Verizon. He was fun to work with and very knowledgeable. It took several hours to complete all of this, primarily because Verizon took some time to let us go. His lunch was delivered, and he refused to stop to eat it, although we wanted him to. By the time we were done, he was left with an inedible lunch, but we were all thrilled, including Mike. What a great guy.. The manager was dealing with a customer situation that had taken hours and was clearly stressed but still made sure we were taken care of. Dakota helped us to port my number over from Verizon to T-Mobile and gave me all the information I needed. The whole process took some time but she made it easy and comfortable and when I walked out to the car, I immediately received a call on my new service. Moe was also a joyful presence in the store. We didn't work with her but hearing her conversation with her customers clearly showed she cared. If you need to visit a T-Mobile store, this team will take care of you.

At this location, 1 employee (Ryan) was capably and cheerfully managing 2 customers at once when I came in. He managed to make all 3 of us feel welcome and well-served. At 82nd and Allisonville, I saw 4 employees and only 1 other customer. Despite the favorable employee/customer ratio and the wad of cash I had in my purse, this location just couldn't manage to take my payment without being snotty af and so ineffectual that I left in frustration. Hint to Verizon: if anyone comes in and wants to pay the bill associated with my phone number ALLOW IT without further ado. Today I needed batteries for two key fobs, and the batteries were available. The employee quickly installed them and explained the lifetime warranty. The employees are always knowledgeable and they quickly locate the item or items I need. The variety of decorative light bulbs is impressive. I'm going to stop back in and choose some to brighten up my decor. Besides batteries and bulbs this store has so much more. Today I noticed the Rain-X windshield wipers that I prefer. After examining and diagnosing my PowerBeats Pro ("device") MacExperience breached a written…read morepromise to repair my device. On August 15, 2024, I brought my device into a MacExperience shop with a pairing issue. The clerk observed the pairing issue and advised that my item was under warranty and would be repaired. The "system" was down, so I hand wrote my name, email address, mailing address, and phone number on a sheet of paper that contained no disclaimer or "fine print." More importantly, the clerk, after examining my device, wrote "won't pair" as my device's issue. As detailed below an shown in the exhibits, MacExperience (1) confirmed the diagnosis and (2) provided written assurance to repair or arrange for the repair of my device. On August 16, 2024, I received the following update from MacExperience: "Our technicians have diagnosed your repair and ordered part(s). Once the part(s) have arrived, the technician will begin the repair and you will be notified when the repair has been completed." (See Exhibit B). On August 19, 2024, I received the update that, "Our technicians have shipped your device to one of Apple's repair centers for repair. Most mail-in repairs take 5-10 days from the time they are shipped to be completed and returned to our store." However, MacExperience, notified me that would not honor their written promise because an Apple technician detected "liquid damage" with no further explanation. Neither the MacExperience clerk nor I observed any liquid damage when the MacExperience clerk examined my device; again, after examining, he wrote "won't pair" on the intake form. When pressed on honoring its written promise, MacExperience blamed "automated notifications." Keep this lack of integrity in mind when determining where to go for a Mac repair.
