I've been chasing after AT&T for the past three months to get credit credits on the three lines 3 devices that I have and they still give me the runaround. Had to stop by to pick up something and there were 3 people in front of me, but upon entering, I was greeted by the front counter service attendee and she placed my name on the list. The wait was around 20 minutes but it didn't seem that long while I browsed around the floor to see the latest and greatest. The Heat game was also on so that was definitely a plus. I was assisted by Smiley, (yes that's his name) a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service rep and he was able to take care of my needs and within 10 minutes, I was on the way. They broke a good working phone and her only explanation was that she does this 15-20 tImes a day. Well, you broke a phone! And charged for a line I cannot use. DO NOT GO HERE! And if you have to purchase an iPhone just purchase it from Apple. I purchased an iPhone Saturday 4//29/23. By Monday, two days later, i found it to be defective. I dropped by Monday evening. And spoke with JASON. I showed him the phone and he agreed it was defective. I could either return the phone with a $55 restocking fee or exchange the phone with exact same phone. I chose the latter. Jason proceeded to the back to grab the phone and make the transaction. He comes back and states that he spoke with his manager MELANIE and we would still have to pay the restocking fee. I was floored. I asked to speak with her and he abruptly said she went on lunch break and to come back in an hour. Are you kidding me? What a LIE! I asked him to ask her if she would make an exception and come speak with me. To no avail. Then JASON proceeded to change the story and said he wasn't initially sure if he could do the exchange transaction. Another lie! Or he is just untrained on company policy and procedures. I have been a AT&T customer for 23 years. Guess what! Not for much longer. This sealed the deal. Avoid this location and avoid JASON and MELANIE altogether. Great store, it's big and clean but customer service is sub par. There defiantly is not enough employees working here. I went in here to solve an issue, they couldn't help me. Went back outside and called the customer service, they told me to put someone from the store on the line, they spoke and problem was solved. I had an extremely positive experience with the sales associate here. This store deceitfully sells damaged/refurbished iPhones as "new" and will not accept returns after you leave the store. Went into this store and bought what I thought was a "new" iPhone X. Once I got home, I quickly realized the screen was raised on one side and defected. I went into the store the next day to exchange the phone. The store manager, Cristina, told us they would not accept the exchange because the phone was damaged. After explaining that I had not damaged the phone and this is how it came out of the box, she then proceeded to tell us, "Once you leave the store it's your responsibility" and said, "I hope this was a learning experience for you." I then brought the phone to Apple. While there, they not only undoubtedly agreed that the phone was sold to me damaged but it was also a refurbished iPhone X and not brand new. I am writing so that this is a learning experience for any potential customers to not go to this store and instead go to Apple. read more

It's a shame that ATT hides behind their store because my issue is with the main corporate clowns. I was with ATT for many years and had 4 lines along with their internet and TV. I got sick of paying $200 a month for phone service and over $300 per month for the net and TV so I looked around to find something less expensive. TMobile has a plan for the over 55 crowd which is $35 unlimited text, data and talk. I got rid of two lines and kept two so I'm at $70 a month with free texting in most countries also. The best ATT could do was $130 a month for two lines with same plan except they'd charge additional fees for all texts outside the US. ATT doesn't give a damn for the senior crowd. They have a four phone plan for $140 a month but all I want is two phones now. I tried to work with them before I left for TMobile and I called them back a month later after I was with TMobile but they're stubborn headed and refuse to match the deal. ATT sucks for customer retention. I downgraded my TV to basic and still have their fiber optic internet but I'm still paying $165 per month for the simple stuff. I'm trying to find a good deal for the net and TV so suggestions are welcome. read more

I was a little tentative coming to this location after reading previous reviews, but it was my closest store and I needed to upgrade my iPhone 7 to the XR. I was met immediately by Anthony Morales, who helped me get everything I had already researched and decided on. He made my upgrade so easy and pleasant, with feeling as if I was stopping by a friends house. (Frankly, the store even had a really good music track playing too. ) I've been a customer of ATT since the days when they were Bellsouth. And this was one of the best experiences. He was knowledgeable and helpful down to the accessories I needed. This is the worst ATT store to come in to!!! You get treated bad from the person who is doing the check in to the store manager. Today I came into this store to claim 1 free giga of data offered to Uber drivers for my account (a picture of the offer is attached). The associate did not have any idea of what the offer was about nor how to solve it, at that point the associate and the manager started cracking jokes on me making fun of me extremely disrespectful to me a customer of over 8 years. I'm Hispanic and they were making fun of my request and my accent. The manager does not know how to treat customers which trickles down into how the associates treat their customers. When I told them why they were making fun of me, the kept cracking up and I grew upset and told them they were disrespectful and the manager asked me to leave the store. Very rude, unprofessional, and ignorant of their partnership promotions. This is not to mention other two times I have gone in and got really bad service from the clerk doing check in who took my name down, I waited 30 minutes for an associate for the associate to tell me they did not have the phone I was shopping for. Could the check in clerk tell me they did not have the phone available and spared me 30 minute wait? I'm about to cancel ATT and go to Sprint who was my previous service provider. Krystine was an incredibly friendly and helpful customer service rep. I have never met anyone at AT&T so invested in the customer. Not only did she help my grandmother get a new card for her go-phone and offer options that saved us money; but when my purse was stolen a few days after the new year, she helped me get a new phone and made the process easy and fast. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. She offered a variety of options and solutions for different price points and she was patient while i translated into Spanish for my grandmother. I went to this store about six times during my visit to Miami and none of the times did i experience a wait time longer than 5 minutes. Marcus, the manager was also a big help. Everyone was courteous, professional and on top of their game. As far as AT&T stores go, other locations across the country should look to this one as the pinnacle of customer service and all around success when it comes to customer experience, and management. I will recommend AT&T to my friends and family over other competitors and this is particularly because of the personalized service I received from Krystine during every one of my visits to the store. read more

Not only did the rep have an attitude because but he offered no help in finding the very poor choices of iPhone cases (almost no selection) but he offered me no help in installing the glass shield. Personally I think this hipsters pants are too tight cutting off his circulation for him to actually be somewhat accommodating, being that he is in a CSR position! I really hate that I even have to reward them with a star in order to share this warning because this store is literally the Worst place ever!!! Not an exaggeration. The prerequisite for working here must require a lack of professionalism and people skills. First of all their kiosk Never works, at this point it's just a decorative piece (of crap) in the store. Instead of delegating someone to tend to the customers who are there solely to make a payment (a 5 min in & out process) they'll have you wait nearly an hour before addressing you. Furthermore they stop taking cash payments at 7:15pm yet the store closes at 8:00pm. I wonder if corporate is aware of the lack of organization & inconvenience they're causing loyal customers. I literally live in the estates behind this store (Keystone Point) but from this day forward, I rather make the drive to another branch in Aventura (in the Burger Fi plaza) where there's an actual functioning kiosk that shuts down just 5 minutes before the store closes. The employees at that location are refreshingly much more pleasant to interact with & don't appear to hate having a job that enables them to accommodate their Financial responsibilities. read more

Andrew checked us in 10 min after we arrived. We just wanted a SIM card replaced because it wasn't being read. We spent $600 every single month on bill from just ATT phones. And to get that type of customer service at check in is definitely makes us not feel welcomed and unappreciated. We asked to speak with manager and Andrew never got the manager for us. Manager never showed up. People work at this place as if they are doing us a favor by being rude. Saying the services they are able to provide are limited, so we have to tell them upfront what we need for them to pre qualify to attend us. I have never felt such judgement at a place as a customer. My husband said the manager here is nice, however he never showed up, he sat in the back as per Andrew who stated and "went to get" him. Anyways we finally got attended by Christopher who was virtuous and helpful and was nice. If it was not for him I think we would have cancelled our service in all honesty. Then got put on a two person waiting list that lasted 45 minutes o oh to sit down finally with somebody and have them tell me I can't get a new phone today because my screen is cracked.
