my phone of 4 yrs died and was all set to get a cheap fast replacement…read morei was a;ready not in a good mood becauase it seems that existing customers are not a big deal. i like the serice so i said i have no choice. just need a replacment phone under $50. after speaking with ashraf g at store in north ridgeville he pointed out all the pros and cons of all the phones, i settled on the moto g stylus @ $169.00 he was very attentive to all my concerns. long story short he explained all the benifits so well i decided on getting a new phone for my wife even though it was still fine. he even talked about all the add ons . i ended up spending more on the case than my origanal phone, he set them all up with all are contacts and photos. $550 dollars later me and my girl were all set . with no regrets ash is the best he deserves some kinda of bonus. i was in customer service for 30 yrs and have not seen this level of help in a long time he did your company a great service . will be back and tell all my friends about ash in north ridgeville. and on a more direct note i wish you and your family the best ASH STAY STRONG. a+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ service.

They talked me into trading in my current phone and upgrading. They priced everything out and the numbers were good. They also said I would be receiving a $200 bill credit and a few accessories with a promotion they were having plus I was switching from a competitor. I thought awesome these people are being so helpful! Well the told me how much my phone was going to cost with the contract and we were good to go. There were several times they said something that I didn't understand and I asked them to clarify and they did. They mentioned the edge program and I told them that I did not want to do that and wanted to do contract. I told them that several times and they confirmed that they weren't. I pay for the price they gave me for the contracted phone and sign the contract, which they told me was a 2-year contract. I find out two months later that it was all a lie. I check my bill and I am getting billed monthly for the device, which is edge and they told me that wasn't what they were doing. I call Verizon customer service and they have no record of me paying for my phone, yet I have a credit card statement that says otherwise. I went back and looked and they charged me for all of my "free" accessories to make it look like I was paying for my two year contract phone price and slipped the edge plan in very VERY subtly because I was very adamant that I did not want edge. I do not recommend going to this store unless you want to get ripped off and lied too. I have NEVER had this problem before and have always believed what a company told me. Plus they had this promotion posted in their store. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

The store employee told me it would only be a $20 monthly line fee added to my account. In reality they charged me $40 a month and put me under a two year contract like I was purchasing the phone. When I realized this I went back to the store, they said they would correct the mistake. The employee never corrected the mistake and after going back to the store month after month for several months it only got corrected when I had to upgrade to a new phone with a two-year contract because the old phone was no longer working correctly. When asked to speak to the manager they told me that he was fired and expected me to except that as a reasonable answer, I then had to ask for the regional managers contact information which they reluctantly gave me. I was never credited for the over charges that were made to my account! Do not go to this store!

Rick charged me $140 for a new screen. That same screen had multiple functional errors. Let's start with the fact that it was thick and didn't fit the screen, which messed up my touchscreen accessory. The camera looked dusty and adjusted my pictures to be super bright. Also, the screen's backlight didn't adjust to sunlight as the normal screen would, causing the battery to die more easily and faster. Then, after some time, the whole screen would jump while I was typing, so I got used to locking and unlocking my phone as a way to briefly fix it. Overall, it had multiple faults that it didn't originally have, which I thought was weird. Then, on January 28th, 2026, the whole screen went completely black. Randomly. Unfortunately, I moved out of the state, so I couldn't bring it in since I'd have a "warranty" with Rick. I took it to a new shop in my area, and they let me know that the screen used was a Dupe or a dupe of a dupe. It's made out of the country, and they explained it is a 3rd-generation fake screen and is one of the most terrible fake screens to put on a phone. The lighting was different than what I needed, and they even mentioned that those screens come with touchscreen accessory problems as well because it's not meant for my phone. Anyhow, I paid $160 for a new screen in a new place for a quality screen. Only $20 more for something that lasts. I am very disappointed that I wasted $140 here for a fast fix.

The business is in his house and the parking is around the corner on a side street. I missed it and had to turn around. The owner met me at the door because I told him I was coming, but I'm not sure I would have known what to do if I arrived and he wasn't there. I think you walk on the porch and ring the doorbell. (Or just call him) However, now that you have that info- you should be good to go. He guarantees his work- so I feel good about the work that was done. I'd go back for future cracked screen (though hopefully no more).
