I wanted to see if they had better offers. Walked in and was offered help right away. I needed to provide my ID, so I ran out to my car to grab it. On my way back in, I held the door for an older gentleman who proceeded to tell me how great the staff were. He lost his wife and business partner many years ago and needed technical assistance, so the staff in-store helped him. After speaking with him for a few minutes and going back in, the staff person who was helping me did a great job explaining the offers to me. The store wasn't too busy and the staff around were also really pleasant. The manager was walking the floor and helped answer a few questions that I had as well. They were really patient and overall just really nice people.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I…read morewas sent here from Ann Arbor because the guy couldn't do what needed to be done for me without manager approval. I was told the store didn't close until 9, we walked in at quarter to 8 and were immediately helped. I explained that my phone had been stolen and the old phone I was using to get by no longer functioned correctly because of its age and lack of memory. Isa, the lady helping me opens the phone and finds zero pictures on it, telling me all my photos had been erased. I was upset and flustered from losing my phone and all my pictures. She gives me the options that I have, I can pay $260 to do the next upgrade on my phone or I can leave. Upset I said that this was ridiculous (pretty sure my exact words were, "I think that's bullshit." Especially since I've been a loyal ATT customer for almost 20 years.)and her response was, "Well I didn't lose your phone, I've given you your options, pick one." My option was to leave before I got myself in trouble. We get to the door and they'd locked it. Apparently they close at 8, not sure if the attitude and crap service I got was because she was done for the day or is she doesn't know what customer service actually is.
