I bought my phone online, not even in their store, but when I had a problem, they spent a half hour figuring out what was wrong and correcting the problem. Being a 25 year loyal customer, I must say I got screwed by Abid on 07/04/2020. Went in to get a new phone, explained that I do not want my bill to go up, he sold me the IPhone 11pro max, with a $500 credit for my 8+ trade in, I said that there is a small crack in back , he looked at it and said it would be fine. Made the deal and he said I had 30 days to turn in my old phone, he did not want it than , told me to come back, had to come back the next day anyway because he screwed up my phone number, gave me a new number which I said I have to keep the same number, so the Manager waited on me after standing there for 29 minutes I told him why I was there . He looked at phone and said he could not take it because of the crack, I argued my case and sorry to say he would not give in, I have gotten over 7 phones and iPads there and I will not get anything there, they will tell you anything to make the sale, Abid did a fine job at that, that's why he wouldn't take the old phone than, buyers beware find another I did try reaching out to business Manager, sent email , never responded back. went into this store a few months ago, and worked hand in hand with the district manager whos name was Martin Hanna. By far the worse experience of my life. I was better off getting a pre paid phone. I was promised a price of $220 a month with the plan that i currently have right now with BOGO deal. A couple months went by and i reached out to the district manager and told him that my bill wasnt corrected. He stated that it should be. I waited another month and reached out to at&t today. they stated tht there is nothing they could do to help me and that i am now stuck paying $400 a month. I reached out to the district manager once again and he stated that he made it aware to me before the switch that it would cost that much. Sadly that is not the truth. i would have never bought out of my other contract where i was paying around $250 a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET HUSTLED. You would think that the district manager of 10+ stores would want to look out for you and make sure that you would be guaranteed the best plan. That was not promised. Now i am getting stuck paying a crazy amount for no reason. for a 24 year old college student it is hard to commit to such a high rate. They offered m a bundle price to go with DirectTV since I already had ATT wireless. They said they would credit my account for installation and credit my account for my DISH cancellation. They have not honored their promises. I should have a credit for my first several months based on what they told me and instead I got a $220 bill. They will not answer their phones so I have had to make numerous trips to the store and still do not get any follow through. Beware of these people. They will offer you things they cannot or will not make good on. read more

I had a good experience this past Friday with my sales person, Jamal. I had two old iPhone 5's and needed and upgrade. We discussed the iPhone 8 and I picked out two. We uploaded stuff from only one phone and I tried to upload the other backup myself. It didn't work so I had them transfer everything on my phone on Saturday afternoon. I went back to pick up my new phone and a cover that was stated to be $15. They paid me $30 per old phone. I picked up my new phone and then was told my case was actually $30 not $15 as stated by Jamal the night before. Nadine, Naddy, is the manager and told me it was $30. I reluctantly said ok but didn't feel right inside. She said she scanned the box but never did. I looked up the cover online and found out that it sells for $14.99. I was furious and asked for an explanation on why they sell it for $40 and I can get it for $14.99 all day. She handed me back my phone and wouldn't buy it as promised for $30. I am now contacting AT&T and filing a complaint. The sad part is she works for an authorized dealer but not AT&T directly. She lost my business and gave AT&T a bad name. Went in to see about adding a line. The associate, Felicia was very helpful. She told me about a deal with HBO max. I decided to pay a bit extra to get that service as well. She was instructed by her manager, Aaron, that she needed to put in a fake email address for me because it wouldn't let me use my email associated with my account. Never asking if I had another email I could use instead. When we set up the account and I could not log in, Aaron instructed Felicia to click "forgot password". I told him that he made her use a fake email. He sarcastically said, "it will take less than 3 minutes to set up that email!" Well, the fake email she used (which was my email with the number 1 at the end) was in use by someone else. When Felicia went to tell Aaron he was very quiet telling her to just send me away and they will try and figure it out later. After not hearing from them for 3 hours, I went back up. Felicia was very helpful again trying to get it sorted out. Aaron was terrible. Kept telling Felicia it was an easy fix, but would not elaborate. She tried her best. Aaron ended up leaving the store to go take something to another store. I was in the store, the second time, for 3 hours. When Aaron came back he was sarcastic and dismissive to both my husband and I. We asked for the district managers number. My husband called before leaving the store, it was a fake number. I don't know who thought Aaron should be a store manager. Terrible customer service. Will not be back to this location. read more

I just want to let others know about my experience with the store. Due to all the commercials in December 2016 about free iphones by switching to AT&T and for having Directv. So we went into the store at this location and was told we would get free iphones (both myself and my husband) as well as 2 ipads and a free AT&T Tablet. I was also told my bills would be just a little more than when I was with Verizon ($120.00). I have the AT&T rep's writing that shows bills should be around $132 per month. We made it clear to them we could not afford any more than that. Ever since January, my bills have been $193 - $250 per month. This has been a financial hardship for us and I have gone into this store every month. In the last 6 months, the store managers have changed 3 times and the division director at least once. Every time I am told they will fix my bills and enter adjustments. I have also called AT&T 1-800 and it took the rep 1/2 hour to realize he was looking at my internet bill and not my cell bill. The call was dropped and no one called me back. I still have not gotten reimbursed for one of the iphones and the prior manager entered two data share plans on my account in error. The new manager assured me I would see an adjustment and the other fixes by this week. I have not received a call from her (I left 3 messages) and my adjustment has not been entered and the bill is due tomorrow. They are now not answering the store phone, it just rings and rings. I have been very friendly every time I have interacted with them, so I am very disappointed that it appears they are now ignoring me and my issue. I just want others to know if you plan to buy AT&T services, PLEASE GO TO AN ACTUAL AT&T STORE and not an authorized dealer. I have heard many bad stories now of authorized dealers and I have to say I agree with them based on my factually experience. read more

Switched over to ATT and added four lines. I explained to manager (Nadene) and staff (Tariq) upon signing me up that I had a budget I must stay within. Manager and her staff assured me that the plan they had set up was a certain amount. They had me in the store for over 4hrs and before leaving I asked the manager for a print out of plan and with amount. She stated there isn't a print out and proceeded to assure the quote is accurate she gave me. My first bill came and was more than double what I was quoted. I went back to store to cancel services while still within grace period. The staff led me to believe they were resolving my overcharges and fixing my bill to keep me from canceling. I later learned that all they did was call and had an adjustment made to my bill. My 2nd and 3rd bill came and it was not the price quoted. It was more than double. I went back to the store and complained and once again I was lied to by staff and manager telling me that I needed to wait for credits to show up. Meanwhile customer service had already confirmed with me that there was no way that my recurrent bill would be what I was being quoted in store and if I cancel now that I would be charged over $3000 for phones. I asked for DM name and staff stated that they could not give it to me because they don't know who I am. I asked for them to have DM contact me and that has yet to happen. If they were doing honest business there wouldn't be a need to conceal DM name nor contact. The staff and manager here work together to sign you up by intentionally misquoting and adjusting/crediting acct to get you past the grace period. After your grace period is up there is no accountability of staff and as the staff stated to me when called "we don't know you". This is the treatment received afterwards. Its unreal. I have multiple services with ATT and direct tv. This situation has motivated me to cancel all services when able and not to recommend anyone. I was left to file a formal complaint with BBB and FCC since staff isn't trained to resolve matters nor direct matters as such to DM. read more
