RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I was sent here from Ann Arbor because the guy couldn't do what needed to be done for me without manager approval. I was told the store didn't close until 9, we walked in at quarter to 8 and were immediately helped. I explained that my phone had been stolen and the old phone I was using to get by no longer functioned correctly because of its age and lack of memory. Isa, the lady helping me opens the phone and finds zero pictures on it, telling me all my photos had been erased. I was upset and flustered from losing my phone and all my pictures. She gives me the options that I have, I can pay $260 to do the next upgrade on my phone or I can leave. Upset I said that this was ridiculous (pretty sure my exact words were, "I think that's bullshit." Especially since I've been a loyal ATT customer for almost 20 years.)and her response was, "Well I didn't lose your phone, I've given you your options, pick one." My option was to leave before I got myself in trouble. We get to the door and they'd locked it. Apparently they close at 8, not sure if the attitude and crap service I got was because she was done for the day or is she doesn't know what customer service actually is. read more

Customer service is so so, they are ALWAYS misquoting prices and the bill is never correct! They don't honor it even when I have it WRITTEN DOWN by them. Long story short, that agent was fired and they wouldn't let me return to my old plan because I spent so much time fighting it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's really pathetic that I was denied service over the phone without the individual even letting me come into the store to check my account to see if she could pull a bill from 2016 when the Westland store told me they would try bc they were able to see bills dating back to 2016. I was 5 minutes away I was met with nothing but excuses essentially telling me I'm SOL and not to bother coming in bc she isn't going to waste her time trying to see if it's possible. PLEASE PULL THE CALL!!! I ended up going to Westland after. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes bc Shauna and Jac actually PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SIMPLY TRIED TO HELP! There is no better ATT customer service representative than Kevin. This is the third iphone he has helped me purchase and set up for me or my family. He helped me select the best model, best plan and made sure everything was up and running before leaving the store. Considering I had 1200+ contacts, he was incredibly patient and thorough when it took a little extra time to transition to a new phone. Stop in to see Kevin! read more

Liars took a credit card payment and said to go to best buy. Best Buy said it was an ATT problem. Stay away from sales rep. Bree she lies to get your money than turns her back on you. Took advantage of my 90 year old mother. People if you are over charged or are charged unfairly please contact your credit card company this store is known for bilking their customers and refusing to refund unauthorized charges. Capital One immediately reversed this charge. read more

I went in on a week day and the store was busier than usual. I checked in and was told I'd probably have a 20 minute wait. After about 40 mins, and watching employee just having normal conversations with their customers while they were waiting for products to 'upload, download' I became frustrated. One customer was on the phone with what I assume was customer support. Instead of the employee helping one of the other 4 patrons waiting, he was chit chatting with the customers husband. All I needed was a quick sim card and to purchase a phone case. After asking a manager if someone could help me, and to see why everyone was just walking around having day to day conversation I was told that their past experience was that customers got upset if they started helping other customers while 'waiting for their products to finish whatever they were doing'. Although I can appreciate that, when you have 4 people waiting, 2 of which were simple things (me- just needing a sim card, and another lady just needed to return a case). they agreed to help me quickly as I had a 4 week old child at home. I find that the business practice should be evaluated on a daily basis based off of the customers currently in the store. read more

I'm not happy with that store.Every time you have to wait at least 20-25min to speak with someone.They're too slowly...I bought from them a new Samsung Galaxy 7S phone for the full price (more then $800).At home I found that phone has limits of the languages...does not have my native language.I called Samsung customer service...they didn't help.,I called to ATT customer service-they didn't help me either.I decided to return them their Samsung Galaxy 7S phone and go back to iPhone which has all languages.The salesperson of the ATT store did inform me about $35 of restocking fee.....but they did ask me to come back because they have no cash (I paid by cash).Now I have to come back wait a long time then to be charged $35 fee and to be not sure if the'll have a cash to make me a refund.P.S.I'm very disappointed with that ATT store and services. read more

Do not shop here. My defective i phone would not be repaired or replaced. It is 5 days old! Rude staff pointed me out the door to go to the Apple store in Novi, who, in turn, said it was AT&T's responsibility. I now have a $500 paperweight. THE WORST. read more

My sister and I went to this location and received "superior service" from a sales representative (Che) who acknowledged that she was quite new...well, we couldn't tell. The service rendered was supreme! Being in sales myself I'm aware how complaints are frequent than praise, ergo, read all the complaints currently posted...well, we were pleased kudos to Che and the supervisor Steve really cool people! read more
