I asked for monthly pay & no contract but got roped into 2 years because if I left before then, I would have to pay a huge way overpriced lump sum at once. Then, after I was unable to use the 2&3g phone at all in a year, because 2&3 g was being shut down, is when I found out from another Co. the phone I got from T-Mobile was obsolete 2&3g but still had to keep paying their overpriced plan for another year & buy another phone which I got unlocked from Best Buy a 5g pixel but still could only sometimes get 1 bar because of nearly dead zone at my address, but they kept saying I had their blazing fast internet at my address. When I proved to them the poor to nonexistent 5g, they kept saying they were making upgrades in my zone for nearly 2 years. So to have reliable service, I had to keep my old mobile co, while still paying their twice as high plan or have my credit ruined or pay for overpriced lump sum. I am writing this on my other plan to be sure I have a connection to finish. I still have a few more months before I can finally get out of this bait & switch scam Co. for good. Hope they don't continue charging me after I cancel like they have done to others. There is even more lies & stuff but they deserve a -5 instead of a 1 star.

I was offered $600 for it because it is in mint condition, with original box it came in, original manual, original charger and case. It was out of the box once in 2013 just to activate it. The person I sold it to said if i replace the dead battery he would pay me $600 for the phone and brought me cash. I left the phone at this business for repair. Finally went to pick it up, paid the bill of $85.59 for the battery. Put it in the box and got home and noticed there was a tear on the right side. Called the store and they asked I bring it back. Mean while, I called the guy who bought it and he no longer wanted it, so I drove the same night over 100 miles round trip to give him back his cash. 05/28/2026 Took the phone back. They offered to repair it for free and refund the battery money, but after checking, the part they need will not be original and wil be after market, which kills the value of the phone 100 %. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local news station. I am a Disabled Veteran and will make sure the 2 military base web sites have this problems posted on their web site. I am also filing a complaint with Asurion Corporate Offices in Nashville TN. I will be posting everywhere not to use this company around here. owner didn't seem to care when I talked to him.
