I asked a sales clerk where they were and he told me Samsung quit making them. I told him I knew that was 100% not true. In actuality they are the main manufacturer of frame TV's even in 2026. We then went to a section and saw what we thought might be a frame TV but we it was advertised as an art TV. After looking around and obviously needing help, I decided "no, I'm not giving these people $1000! 3 men stood less than 10 feet away, 2 on phones and one just looking around. I let her know I just need to hand this to her & get a receipt. Not the employees fault, if this is Cox protocol, she is just doing her job. I walk to another desk , where 2 more employees were talking, I was about to set the router on the desk & snap a photo, and one of those gentlemen took the router & scanned it. Cox, if you are going to make it so inconvenient to return your equipment, you need to have a home pickup service where you deploy a truck to do so. That is lunacy to expect someone to sign in over equipment return- and wait for other customers to complete things that take awhile. While I sit there & wait for who knows how long to just hand you something.

They kept insisting until i asked if I needed to go somewhere else due to them not understanding what I wanted because they were trying to get $40 extra bucks out of me. The girl ended up bothered and was pretty rude to me because wasn't going to pay her $100 for a free device. My total ended up being only $56 dollars after all that arguing with her about her not adding extra stuff to my account.
