I have been trying for months to settle the issue regarding the iPhone 13 Pro Max I traded in for a 17 Pro Max with you. I've made numerous calls; I paid more than the agreed amount, yet you showed absolutely no regard for the problem. Check the call recordings--I stated that if this wasn't resolved, I wouldn't pay for either device. I'll just throw them both in the trash. It's been a total disaster in terms of customer service; you only applied two discounts, meaning I'm stuck paying for one phone while losing the other. I had to go 4 times to get my phone ordered. The 3rd time they had their door locked during business hours. They added on extra charges without my asking, they didn't give me a terms & conditions to sign (they signed it for me, apparently). They didn't confirm my email and all info was going to an email that was incorrect. Customer service was not helpful at this location. I called AT&T and they explained how this was NOT how business should be done. My phone loyalty person was very helpful, I just wouldn't suggest coming to this location. read more

Scam Deceived Misrepresentation AT & T Wireless Service (Not Store) 12/26/23 Call with John, Philippines, AT & T offered to change my service to Bundle: Internet + Phone Service ($65 +$45 +0 for phone). As a teacher, I would get a discount as well as if placed autopay on debit card I would get another discount ($5). 12/31 Received Samsung S23 FE phone & activated it. 1/6/24 made an international call using WhatsApp. I received a text re: possible charge of $470.00 for phone call from AT & T. Called ATT & they offered me $15 International plan solution to retro fix that problem because I never requested to have international phone service on the phone. They explained it was the only option so I accepted to get ATT to remove $470 + international tax charges. 1/8 TC with ATT Re: phone not working. ATT stated no worries still under 14 day warranties/replacement period and a new phone would be sent, I would get a shipping charge and that is the only option they had in order to send me the new replacement phone under warranty was to set up a monthly charge of $36 a month on my new bill. I didn't understand, agent spoke to supervisor and was informed only way to send and approve warranty phone was in that manner but that I can call back, dispute it with them and my bank. 1/10/24 received new Samsung S23 FE under warranty, activated new phone and returned non-working phone via mail, confirmed AT& T received it. 1/22 Telephone call to AT&T re: bill issue, phone issue, lengthy call, was offered supervisor, never got a call back. 2/26 AT&T charged $902 on my debit card. Telephone call to AT&T, call with 2 agents, 2nd agent reversed the debit card charged, asked to pay only for the difference of the bundle service, internet and phone $129.12 (when bundle is supposed to be $86 a month). 3/4 credit was posted by AT&T on my bank and charged me only $129.12. 3/20 There is still an absurd charge of $902 by AT&T and AT&T plans on charging it again on 3/24 simply because AT&T agents/supervisor have not corrected the international call charges with their own charged solution of $15 charged to my account. PLEASE HELP. Thank you. Today I don't spent 4 hours: 30 minutes on the phone being transferred from one agent to another as I have spoken to a total of 14 agents/supervisor(s), spent 11 hours on the phone without any resolutions. Just now, I got transferred to another agent, total= 15. After all this, Vanessa, the supervisor, along with the "Resolution Team" Gene, stated the phone is under $23 installment plan or pay it off for $565.00 as a final bill because is under a contract (What???), the $902.40 International Phone Call is valid even after I used WhatsApp, I was offered and I accepted the International Call Plan but because the 1st free phone didn't work, they sent me another similar phone within the 14 day phone warranties/return policy (12/31 New Phone, new service, 1/8 Phone not working, 1/11 Replacement Phone; 1/4 New Bill, 1/4 International Call using WhatsApp + added International Calling Plan). However, AT&T decided to change the plan because a Replacement phone was being sent, and applied the International Calling Plan, according to supervisor Vanessa, to only cover the new Replacement Phone not the prior non-working phone provided by AT & T (absurd), nor just applying to the phone service provided by ATT (unacceptable). The call was released by AT &T, Supervisor, Vanessa, while I was requesting clarification, total=16 now. Total=17 now, agent calling agent to get to Vanessa. Speaking to NEW agent, very caring, listened carefully, trying to reach out to Vanessa, explained also she, NEW Agent is talking to her manager, took notes and has me on the line under the Loyal Department, waiting on Vanessa. Instead, Shay, Supervisor, took my call after Maya tried to help, and was explained that old phone and new phone were never under a free phone status, I would need to pay an installment for the unit each month and it would cancel out each month while in phone service with AT& T. Then, she explained that the International Call Plan was not applied to the new phone because the international call was pending in January but they billed me for both the international Plan and the call $470+ international taxes= $902 in January. Therefore, after speaking 11 hours: 30 minutes with AT & T with its various agents, I have received no resolution but to pay for the invalid charges: phone $565.00 + $902 for the international call. It all started as $20 bundle discount and now AT & T has charged me instead $1,467 for the phone service when all I had with them before was internet service for $65 a month without a billing problem. Again, please help me, this is wrong, a scam, I have been deceived and misrepresented. read more

I'm not gonna get on here and give a fake review but it's upsetting that corporate has not done anything about this situation. The manager Naomi or Nayomi insensitively fired a girl because she wasn't feeling well. There were many alternatives that could've been taken. As a manger it's your job to deal with these types of situations, if your employee is not feeling well drive to the store and do YOUR JOB, or you could've asked Jared since you both are obviously very close. As for corporate it's upsetting to know that you do not value your employees and you don't take the necessary steps in order to support and protect them, especially in a time like this. read more

I walked in the store hoping to get a new phone with a case but I sadly had to bring my pet rattle snake cause I needed to take it to the orthodontist that day.
