At the time I purchases the phone, I told the agent, it was too small. He did not offer me the buyer's remorse. In fact, he told me to upgrade my phone through their upgrade program which ATT does not recommend. I had to pay approx. $200 for a restock fee. I paid $55 for a cell phone screen that I do not have use for now and they will not refund me. This company is interested in profits and dont care about customer service. If you call ATT for help, they will tell you this is a private store and they can not interfere. Run While You Can. - I used another cell phone provider and changed because of promotions being offered by ATT. I regret doing it because the terms change and they do not inform you of them. The manager of the store told me that the agent did me a favor by not offering buyers remorse. She is Wrong and trying to cover up for her and her staff's mistakes. And they will not let you speak to the owner of the store. Run While You Can. I made a big mistake choosing ATT for my cell phone services - do not become the next victim. I am sure they are going to respond with some crap but I stand behind my opinion and am willing to protest this business if I need to.

This is September 11 and there is one person in the store and she is an employee playing on her phone. I walk in the store crying and she tells me I need to go to a corporate store without even listening to what my problem was. I told her I couldn't go to another store because I didn't have it in me. She said I told her I was very distraught. My husband had just died of cancer and she said my dad died of cancer so she knew exactly how I felt. ‍. Go to another store and the gentleman tell me this was just something that I needed to fill out online. Anybody could've helped me. Thank you Waterford Lakes for finally helping me and AT&T. The manager apologized for the delay which wasn't on their end. Asurion customer service is horrible and took 3 reps before it was resolved which took approximately an hour just to get a repair ticket number. I watched them deal with other customers and gave great customer service that I'm going to shout these gentlemen out. Thank you thank you thank you guys for taking that extra care and talking with Asurion and getting my son's phone fixed.

But beyond that, my experience was very bad. I first went in there for them to look at my son's Xbox, which had been broken for a couple months. As they were looking at it, the employees at the front desk sold me on a monthly repair plan that was around $50/month and included 5 devices in my household. If any of them break, I bring it in and they repair it at no additional cost. Seems simple? Not so much. After about two months, I brought my son's iPad in which had a very cracked screen. I was then told that I needed to submit a ticket through Asurion, which I guess is the third-party company that they use for the insurance (I was told nothing about Asurion when I signed up for this service). It was implied when I signed up that I would simply come in with the broken device and they would fix it. Once the ticket is submitted, I then leave the iPad and they fix it. It took me about 30 minutes to submit the ticket and everything seemed to go through fine and I dropped the iPad off with them. I came back a week later and was told that there was an error in the system so they weren't able to do anything with the iPad and I needed to cancel that ticket with Asurion and resubmit another one. I did this exactly as they said and submitted a new ticket which also went through fine. Another three or four days went by and I went into the store and they told me that my new ticket also had an error. They sympathized with me that they were also frustrated with asurion but offered no help whatsoever to get this situation resolved. I then called asurion and asked them what to do and they told me that the ticket was perfectly fine in their system and to talk to you break i fix about it. After a ton of back and forth, I had no option other than to give up. At this point I have paid for three months of the monthly service and wasted over a month of my time and the iPad was not fixed and they offered no help in getting it pushed through. Nor did they offer any kind of help with working on the iPad. I would not necessarily avoid this store, as they probably do good work, but I would strongly recommend DO NOT sign up for any of the monthly repair plans. They seem to be a scam, or at least in my case they were.

The employees multitask and will sometimes take two customers on two different registers if the request is simple. They will also help you through the process if you're missing a label, etc. It can be a little hot inside but since I wasn't there long I didn't find it to be a huge deal.
