So the store is limited as to what it can do for a customer eventhough it is a corporate store. Verizon service is not up to par. I was told that I needed to purchase a new phone because my phone was not keeping service after several times on the phone and visits to this store. I purchased a new phone to have it do the same thing. Poor service and dropped calls. Verizon service has declined tremendously. I am stuck in 3 years basically or pay out $900. Its really nice folks in the corporate store but be mindful you could be sitting waiting awhile before seen. I dont know what company is better but Verizon doesnt seem like the company for me.

They told me that the digitizer board had been damaged and that there was also damage to the digitizer and display cables as well. It will now cost me more than the unit is worth to buy on Ebay or second hand market to fix the damage this SHAM place did and return my surface to working order. A lady walks by I ask if she could assist me. "No. I work here but I don't do sales. I'll call someone to come assist you." She did but no one showed up. I ask the guy who's by the door. I don't know what his function is but he's definitely rude. and full of self-importance. I asked if he could get someone to assist me, I wanted a tv. I had already picked out two online before I came and wanted to make the final selection in the store because I had questions. He said go over there under that sign and someone will help you or just grab a tv off the shelf. I didn't want to just grab a tv, I wanted assistance. I was in the store because I needed help, not because I worked there. Not to mention, I had already been under the sign for almost 1/2 hour. I had questions. I ended up going to my car and placing an order online. It took about 5 mins to get the tv, but I didn't get to ask questions or ensure that I would be happy with the selection. I got absolutely no customer service, and they all seemed like they didn't care about customers or what's going on in a store. You'd think if they see someone for looking around in the same area for 1/2 hour not purchasing, someone might say "May I help you." That never happened. I don't know what the problem is with the employees at this location and I will never, ever consider spending a dime at this particular Best Buy. I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.
