The prices are competitive with big box stores, but the service you get is in a completely different league. I was referred to them by my real estate agent who has been a client of them for years and I can see why. There is no other company I'll need to talk to again. While there was some delay with having the particular unit I wanted in stock, their team communicated this with me clearly and kept me up to date on their efforts to secure it. They were proactive with communicating delivery windows with me, called with reminders, and then again when they were on their way. While everyone says they will do this with deliveries, I have had plenty of surprise visits or people dropping by way out of the planned window, so I appreciate the professionalism shown here.
