A five star rating for a T-Mobile store? When compared to other T-Mobile stores which I called or…read morevisited, this one was by far the best. I was able to speak with someone immediately, on my first call attempt. They explained how they could change my plan, and discussed the phone promotion incentives. We were assisted immediately when we arrived, Anthony was polite and professional. He changed our phone plans and offered the phone promotions to which we were entitled. He switched our SIM cards and we were operational immediately. Then he had to call in to T-Mobile support to change our billing rate. He said he could do this without making us wait in the store, which we appreciated. About 30 minutes later, we received a text that our plan changes were complete. He was very helpful, patient and customer service centric. Compare this to T-Mobile in Millbury (separate review coming). We spent 30-minutes with their customer service person. She reviewed our plans, and offered the phone promotions. We were ready to move forward. She went to check if the phones were in stock. When she came back, she said the manager would not approve the promotion. We left - not a good experience! And lastly, compare this to my call with T-Mobile Auburn Mall. They said I couldn't change my plan in the store (incorrect) and that I had to call customer service. Your experience may vary, as I've seen some negative reviews, but based on our one experience, this store was far better than any other T-Mobile or Sprint stores we've used.

I am very dissatisfied. There was a male employee (I would know if I saw him) that sold my twins…read morenew iPhones around the tax-free weekend time last year. He tells me that the insurance is great I should get it as a family that it's only $100 deductible I just bring the phone in they swap it out at the store. I can give them my old phone. He tells me my Moto Z4 was a dinosaur that if I wait a month after getting an insurance I could crack the screen and bring it in and they could just swap it out for a more updated version. Of course I didn't do that I held on to my phone until recently after owning it for years the screen was broken and it turned blue and I can no longer use it. I go into the Verizon store where that employee was working that day and another employee tells me I have to go through asurion to use the insurance. My phone broke on a Friday. I went in first thing Saturday morning. They tell me I cannot get an overnight on the weekend that I had to wait until Monday so I went from Friday night until Monday around 4:00 pm without a phone. The phone I received was the same dinosaur still a 4G and it works way worse than my previous phone worked glitching out shutting off when I push on things and not responding. When I called up asurion they said oh we have a one year warranty as long as it's not damaged but will again send you the same phone. Keep in mind this was the same dinosaur of a phone. Long story short it's not worth getting the insurance in fact I would recommend you going to Walmart buying $100 or $150 phone and not getting locked into one of their contracts. Just get the insurance from Walmart and in fact you can sign up at spectrum where it's cheaper to have a phone plan than Verizon they just get you looped in so you can never get out of there plan with these contracts just deception all around if you have insurance trust me it's not worth it. I give him two stars because it's clean at the store.

Stay away and avoid a bad experience. They will promise you the world and not back up a word they…read moresay. Totally blew my mind. They must get incentive pay based on what they can sell you. They are very deceptive, do not care about you, and have no clue as to what customer service is all about. They convinced me to purchase their internet air Wi-Fi device for only $17. The monthly internet charge would be a significant savings over what I am now paying from my current supplier. They said to give it a try and return it if it doesn't work out for you. It was easy to install as you just simply plug it in. The Wi-Fi worked fairly well with devices that were within about 30 feet but would not work well throughout my entire home. So I returned it to the store and they said there would be a $55 restocking fee. I said I was told that I could return it and there was no mention of any restocking fee. He said, sorry but that is store policy. When I told him it didn't work well in my house, he said, oh no we would never sell it to you without knowing your location and knowing it would work well there. At this point my blood was boiling, it was not just the $55 but the overall scam. I grabbed the device and walked out hoping for a clearer head once I cooled off. The next day I found AT&T's customer service on line and called them. They were very helpful and said that I was entitled to a free return. They sent me a free shipping label and that was it. They were very respectful and they renewed my faith in the company itself. They really should do something about those workers representing them at the Blackstone Mall in Millbury Ma.
