How does a customer walk in to buy a gift (pink) phone for his gf and pay his bill, just to walk out and have his number on the gift phone and no other line insight. To be honest they weren't in the best shape a couple of them really looked like they could use an extra hand. He did however make sure the only time he wasn't rude and loud and ghetto was when I mentioned a manager. Still wishing we could get the managers name, even Human Resources but I'm sure that's still the only way he stays quiet!!

I talked to Abby and Garrett and told them I needed headphones that went over my head. Garrett knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. He found me the best headphones that I absolutely love. He gave me color options and told me all about them, including the fact they are solar! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was happy to buy from Abby and Garrett. They were both kind and fun to talk to. I will definitely be back.

Her story was that store was a third-party store for Verizon and unless you pay $40.00, they can't help you. As a Veteran and a senior citizen, I was appalled that they would even ask for more money after the phones were sent to me from Verizon why doesn't Verizon honor there own phone at a store that says Verizon on it. I did return the phones back to Verizon this morning and told them I would do juts what I am doing let others know how it went with Verizon, and it was horrendous dealing with their customer service. I rather stay with T-Mobile. The service might not be as good as Verizon, but the customer service is a hell of a lot better. If I was you, I stay away from this Verizon store, better yet stay away from The Verizon company all together. In the long run, the lies Verizon sells you isn't worth falling for and their customer service for Cell phones is horrible. Take it from me, I've been run around for days now because of their BS.

There's usually not a wait, the staff is always friendly and they can usually help me with any questions. The last phone I purchased was at this location. I picked my new phone, give the clerk my old phone did all of the paperwork and went shopping. Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case.
