Do not go to this store to activate a new phone line! I recently discovered fraud against my social security number thanks to a Verizon employee who opened up a second account in my name under my social security number who placed a new iPhone on the second unauthorized account. I am still fighting with Verizon to have the second account removed but the company already sent me to collections and my credit score has already been hit thanks to the fraudulent activity from THIS store. To go further into the details, it all started when I began receiving collection notices through the mail that my account was past due for $1,311.23. I immediately called Verizon to ask how it was possible because I didn't owe any balances on my account and was even on autopay....well that's because when I would call and verify my information, Verizon would look up my account under MY phone number I ported in, not realizing they should have investigated under my SSN to find the second account I didn't authorize to open (it was under a different phone number I obviously didn't have access to since I didn't request or open a second phone line). For years I have been attempting to dispute this claim with Verizon who just continues to tell me I owe them for the iPhone under the account that the Verizon agent created, and not one person from this entire company was able to catch on to what the issue was (until June 2026) so instead they sent me to collections. I have never wasted more time on an issue I didn't even cause and will never give a single penny to this corrupt company. Amanda, the current store manager at this location (as of June 2026), WAS incredibly helpful in helping me figure out what happened and was able to provide me with the second account so I could potentially resolve this..... unfortunately it is too late for my credit as I'm now filing a fraud claim and a police report to have this erased from my credit history. I'll never come to this location again, all employees were standing in a circle talking, not helping customers until we asked. Then, the employee helping me stopped helping me and ordered food for him and his employees. That took forever. He was very rude, as were all other employees standing over us as we're sitting trying to upgrade my phone. I felt like a burden the entire time, as they obviously had better things to talk to each other about. Took my old phone in for an appointment in April to trade in and get a new phone. I decided to go in person because I am an international student and wanted to make sure my international eSIM would transfer over. I was informed by one of the sales reps that it would and all I needed to do was call my international carrier and give them my IMEI and all would be good. At no point did she tell me the carrier lock from Verizon would need to be unlocked to do this. AND it turns out Verizon has a policy that the phone must be completely paid off to unlock it. Again I was not informed of this before signing the contract and getting the new phone. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon, I went again in person and made sure there was nothing I could do. The sales rep I talked to that time was extremely nonchalant and did not seem to care at all, because "there was no possible way for him to unlock it". I asked to speak with the manager and he said she was busy "restocking" in the back. We said we would wait and waited 5-10 min in an empty store and nothing. All the while being told by the dismissive sales rep "she's not gonna be able to help either". Finally we left with no solution or attempt at a solution - and now 2 months later STILL no solution to the issue. The biggest issue here was the miscommunication in selling me this device and also Verizon's inability to escalate the issue to someone who can actually do something. My family has been loyal customers for almost 30 years and there has been zero attempt to show that loyalty back to us. read more

Had to visit so many times to do a simple new phone purchase (screwed that up and added it to the wrong line which caused major issues), and trade in (they sent me to apple when there wasn't even an issue other than the one they created!). I was greeted right away and waited only a short period of time. My salesperson was Ennis and he was great! He was patient and explained everything to me. He didn't try to sell me any extra products that he didn't think I needed. I purchased a replacement Ipad and he was great about transferring the data over from the old to the new(I did pay for this service). The process took a long time but it was worth it. I also noticed that several elderly people came in around the same time I did and I felt like they were treated with respect and patience by everyone that they encountered in the store. Who ever works there messed up my order called my mother (after it said in the file this is a gift do not contact) and blew her surprise. The absolute worst they literally only care if you're buying something they offer no technical assistance whatsoever unless you're buying some thing and they are very happy to upsell accessories, but do not care to help literally every time I've had an issue with service or my phone I've had to troubleshoot it myself I do not recommend Verizon at all and the store is absolute trash. read more

Horrible service from for staff members on a snowy day with no other customers. Came in to discuss my bill and waited for over 20 minutes. Was greeted at the door but wasn't offered to sit down, he sat there looking at his iPad not telling me anything he was doing, finally said he had to go back to print out the bill and I sat on the counter for over 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Nobody else in the store offering to help, I don't think the guy even made eye contact with me the whole time I was there, let alone acted friendly or shared what he was doing. Worst service at a Verizon store in more than a decade of being a Verizon customer. The man who got me signed in was not friendly, and before he finished the process he told me twice that if they have the phone I want in stock, they will not be able to help me set up my phone or transfer any of my account information. I knew there would be a considerable wait since it was the day after Christmas, so I decided to go onto my Verizon account and see how far I could get in the order process on my own. I got pretty far and was pleased that in "My Offers" there was an $800 trade in offer that a Verizon salesmember from another store told me would be available to me. Before I could complete the transaction, my name was called, so I decided to abandon the order and work with the sales staff assigned to me. Shekita was already helping another family with their 3 new phones, so she was somewhat distracted and impatient with me when my phone wouldn't confirm her access to my account (kept getting an error). When we finally got through that, she told me the $800 trade in offer was NOT available to me because I didn't have an unlimited plan. I tried to explain that both the salesperson from another store and the upgrade offer in the my verizon app said otherwise. She insisted I was wrong and I couldn't convince her otherwise. She didn't offer to check on it, she just told me to read the fine print on the offer. So I left. Then I sat in my car in the parking lot and started over in the app, where I DID get the upgrade offer and I successfully placed my order. In light of the worker shortage in America right now, I know customer service is taking a big hit, but this was seriously one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. At the end of it I was lead to believe I would have unlimited data at the beginning of the next cycle. NOPE... today is the first day of the new cycle... still working on the old data plan. The customer service here is pretty good yet it is advisable to make an appointment prior to arrival. This store gets unbelievable packed with customers to the point of it being standing room only. Frustrating. Bought a screen protector for my phone from this store a little over a year ago. I went in to get it replaced and they told me I have to go to the mall. Why didn't they tell me this when I bought the screen protector? It was either pay $44 for a new one or go to the mall for $10. Sorriest worst excuse for a service company. NOBODY ever answered over a dozen calls to port my number to my new account. Left on extended holds that exceeded 5-7 min. 2 chat sessions with their "coaches" who cannot even access the account and made absolute no effort to escalate or resolve the issue. When I was finally fed up and went back to the store to cancel the account and return the equipment after waiting an hour was rushed through at the last minute then they had the unmitigated GALL to charge me a $50 restocking fee when THEY could not offer the MINIMAL effort to get the new account started. Outstanding Customer Service. I went into the store having to do something I HATE, replace a phone. I was able to get helped by AJ. First thing was his smile, it's great to be helped by someone who shows that they are happy to be there. He was able to help me with my phones, passwords, and transfers. (Which these are things that I am totally clueless about being that I always just save and don't remember them) He transferred all my numbers, Pictures, Apps, etc which saved me ALOT of time. All of the sales reps were very professional as well. There was a guy that was not so nice to the manager and she handled the situation very professional about the situation. Went to this location on a Saturday to ask some questions, saw the 50 people already in the store and decided it just wasn't worth it.

I am not a Verizon customer but was recently looking to replace my current provider due to poor coverage at my home. When I went into the store, I was originally greeted by a gentleman named Eric who put me on the list to be helped. Frankly, the man that ended up helping me was not helpful. I asked if there was any way that I could find out what type of service I would have at my house (other than coverage mod which are not accurate). The first guy said he couldn't help me unless I was a Verizon customer. Unsatisfied with his response and demeanor, I asked to speak to someone else and eventually spoke to Eric again. At this point you may be wondering why I rated them 5 stars? They get 5 stars because of Eric! He went above and beyond in trying to help me with my issue! He had a phone provisioned for me (may have been a trade-in) and asked me to come back in the morning to pick it up. I came back and he let me borrow the phone for a few hours to test the signal in my home. Turns out, not even Verizon has decent signal where I live in Parker. I returned the phone to Eric that evening and thanked him for his help in clarifying my situation. I'll end up putting up a signal booster instead of switching right now. When my contracts are up at my current provider, I will likely be headed to see Eric and transfer our 7 lines of service because of this experience. read more

I had the best experience at this store! We just switched from Sprint to Verizon, (they bought out our contract!!!) and went in two days ago. The associate we worked with was Greg. He is newer, but did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable about the products, and directed us according to what we wanted, not according to what would serve him. He was very patient while we explained what we needed, and he did a great job finding us a plan that would be within our budget. It did take a little while, because Greg was still training, but it was an honest mistake and he was very kind to us. To be fair, we did have a small negative experience with Frank, but that seems to be the norm! After our visit to the store, the owner of the stores called us because he had heard our visit took longer than usual. I thought that personal touch was extraordinary! I also got a text two days later from the store manager. Their old reviews are terrible, but they are clearly taking steps to dramatically improve customer service, and it shows!! Thank you Parker Verizon for getting us out of the clutches of Sprint! Truthfully, we didn't save money, but we got high-end phones. Customer service is worth more than money! I've had the same experience as Jese S at this location. It's the only one in Parker, so they're the only gig in town and they know it. Aside from being busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest, the staff is definitely not as qualified or informed as you may be accustomed to. Some of the times I've come in for help or to fix their mistakes they've kind of had this scratch-their-head-and-say "yeah, boy, about that.... Uh... yeah." I tried to get my work number transferred over to a Verizon phone and it took over an hour, which was far too long to be standing (they don't have any place for the legions of waiting customers to sit) watching a guy click and type away on his computer. I have to go back to fix another one of their mistakes regarding insurance on my family plan, and I'm not looking forward to it. read more

He kept telling us the same thing even though we didn't understand. And we told him we were not understanding and could he explain it on our level. My poor mom went into this store to pick up a Verizon SIM card after switching from T-Mobile. They were INCREDIBLY rude and aggressive and refused to give her a SIM card because her name wasn't on the account. My sister was able to pick up her SIM card from a different store without a problem, they just texted me the link to verify it. My mom called me while at the store and I told them that both customer service and another store had told me the verification link would work to verify her identity. When I told the workers that they got incredibly obnoxious and started yelling over the phone. They even repeatedly tried to GRAB MY MOM'S PHONE to talk to me after she told them not to touch her phone. I am SHOCKED and appalled that Verizon would have employees like this. I feel so bad for my mom and seriously cannot believe she had an experience like this. I wish I would have been there because she did not deserve to be treated like that. I guess first impressions are everything. Came into store today, granted it is a Saturday and the store is PACKED to the gills (Not sure why) looking to possibly move my 5 lines over from At&t. The nice African American lady smiled at me which was nice but some other guy came up with iPad to take my name. I told him that I was looking into new service and asked how long the wait was, he said about 30 min at which time I said I'd come back BUT asked if they had any pamphlets or pricing material which he responded "Nope, all online.". I thinking, really, you have nothing to give to new customers? Basically what you're saying is wait in our line and we'll get to you when we'll get to you? Here's the problem, most of the people in there were EXISTING customers with problems. Why not have one or two employees helping possible new customers while others take care of existing? I was never offered anything else but a "Check our stuff online" type attitude. I walked out not to return. Funny thing is, I went over to T-Mobile and there were about 5 people ready to help. Went to Sprint and another two people and decided to go to Costco and got all the info I needed. This is the third time I went in to find out about cost of adding lines, data, etc.. and they severely misquoted what I would actually be paying. They weren't even close. Being that I expected a similar issue from my two previous meetings I asked the agent to triple check the charges. He assured me what the costs would be, even wrote them down. Of course when I received my bill from VZ it was severely higher. Taxes and fees were already factored in so it wasn't that. The agents on the phone have always been amazing and solved any issues I had, but this store and their people are a joke. Enter at your own peril. Went in because my phone was not working. They said it was the internal hard wear and that I needed to purchase another phone. I felt hurried and rushed and I ended up purchasing another phone. They wouldn't help me set up the new phone they just gave me paperwork on how to set it up and told me that they were not allowed to set up phones anymore. WTF? What good are they then? So I went home and tried to set up the phone myself which they assured me was relatively simple and anyone could do it. Well, guess what I couldn't do it. My brand new phone that I just purchased didn't work. I could get internet access but not make any phone calls. I ended up going to the park meadows store for help and it was like night and day. They set up my new phone for me, discussed my options, let me sell them back my old phone etc. My advise to others is do not go to this store. I've been to the others in cherry creek, park meadows and Colorado blvd and they are not all like the store in Parker. read more

I came in for service support on a waterproof case I'd purchased weeks before. Version Staff member, David, was very helpful with answering questions, looking up my purchase information and giving good advice. I left with everything I needed to have, problem solved. David was patient and didn't seem to mind working with someone who wasn't even buying anything today. He surpassed all expectations, and mine are high, for customer service. I'm also satisfied with Verizon's mobile service plan for $40 prepaid for 30 days when I'm in USA. I may come and go, but my phone number stays the same, even when my account goes quiet for 4 months at a time. Minutes and data are generous, basically unlimited. I'm a happy Verizon customer.
