On a sat I bought a 77" TV and purchased delivery and install on my wall. The delivery was set for the following Wed and texts were sent to me on several occassions leading up to the delivery day as late as the Tue before D day. The time was scheduled between 11am-2pm. On Delivery day (which i took off for I heard nothing thru 2:30pm and called them. After several attempts i finally got through and they told me that my delivery was cancelled because they didn't get the TV from the warehouse to the store for pickup and have to rescheule to the following week on Wed. Needless to say, i was livid. After 20 min of sorting through this fiasco, i cancelled the entire purchase, including delivery and purchased the TV somewhere else that delivery it, sooner and on time. The worst part of all this is, they "Never" called, text or emailed me of any problems. They just ghosted me after tuesdays text message confirming they'll on time for the original day/time. I will NOT buy anything else from BB that i can't walk out of the store with myself. read more

I spent over $15,000 on a complete home theater system at the Best Buy in Parker. The installation team did a decent job overall, but they installed my subwoofer without surge protection. Unfortunately, that unit was later damaged by a power surge. I brought the subwoofer to the store hoping to have it repaired -- and I was completely willing to pay for the repairs. The Geek Squad representative, Andy, explained there would be an $85 charge just to send it out for service, not including parts or labor, and that it would take about 4-6 weeks. That was fine with me. However, after his system glitch, the store manager stepped in and told me that since I was two months past the warranty, they wouldn't even send the unit for repair. No options, no effort to help. For a purchase of this size, that kind of service is unacceptable. Best Buy clearly doesn't stand behind their products or their installation work. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere -- even if you pay a little more -- to a company that values its customers and service commitments. read more

I have used Geek Squad at Best Buy in the past and they never turned me away and willing to look into the issues at no matter if it was purchased at that store. The geek squad here in Parker basically refused to even look at my printer to see if there was an easy fix. I am aware that Best Buy is not a printer repair service but it was stated that they may be able to look and see if its a simple issue. I was told ESPECIALLY since I did not buy it at this store there is nothing they can do, printers are made to not last. Needless to say, I will have accounts pulled from Geek Squad. read more

I went into the store on 3/11/2026 to buy a new phone, we couldn't get any help and waited about 20 mins. The a manager was finally called by the gentleman that was standing at the door greeting people. The manager brought a younger man over, but he was trained to cell a phone nor was he old enough to sell a phone. They brought another young man and he was able to help us. So he turned off the service to my old phone, but no one was able to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone. I didn't know they had completely turned my old phone off so for several days I was without a phone and to get a hold of anyone at the store in Parker is impossible. Best Buy is getting good at dropping the ball on their customer service. It is really a shame. I have used Best Buy for so many years, but I think this one is the last time. I spent way to much money to have to do my owe tech service when I'm not trained to do that and that is why I go to them.. read more

I recently bought a Sony 4K HDTV from this location (In January - trying to beat the stupid tariffs!). The sales guy was super nice and helpful. However, about 2 weeks later, Best Buy's price dropped by $200. No problem, I thought - Best Buy has a price drop match, so I'll talk to them about it. I did an online chat with BB Corporate, during which they approved the price match and gave me a case# to provide the store manager. The manager (Loni, Lotti, Lori???) was hostile, unhelpful and downright antagonistic. I tried to show her my case number, approval and complete documentation of the chat I had with Corporate, but she was having none of it. She wouldn't look at my info or even let me speak without interrupting. I tried again and again several times over the next week or so, hoping a different manager would be reasonable, but she was always there (maybe that's why she has such a pi**y attitude!). I would've happily accepted $200 in store credit, so BB would ultimately just get their money back, but no. Now I flatly refuse to do any business with BB ever again. Enjoy your $200, guys - it's the last money you'll ever get from me. I will NEVER set foot in this Best Buy store (or any other, for that matter) until about a year from now when this location goes under, and the place becomes a Spirit Halloween. read more

Adding another one-star review. We purchased a TV online. It was delivered and when we opened it, we noticed there was a crack on the screen. We immediately took it to this Best Buy location. First, there were three people standing at the entrance all ignoring me. I had to approach and ask where to return. Second, the return process...the manager got involved and, after an hour or so of waiting, we were told he couldn't return the broken TV for us and we had to return it through a different group at Best Buy. He said he would call the group to get the return process started, but we were later told (after waiting another 10-15 min) that this department was closed and we had to call them in the next day. We left the store, I called the number as we left the store and they were able to set up the return for us. They also told me the manager could've accepted the return, but sounded like he just didn't want to deal with arranging the delivery of the broken TV. So, two lies from this manager. We also had problems with this location last Christmas when we ordered a TV which came with a free sound system. We went to pick up the sound system, we were told we had to come back the next day, even though their online team told us we could pick up that day. We should've learned our lesson in 2024. I go back just a few months later after doing my best to use the unit. I try to get my refund. NO. Only a replacement or store credit. I was lied to. I was told I a refund or return. I went into Best Buy to buy an oven. I saw that the clerk was busy so I walked around for about 20-30 minutes. No one else ask if they could help me. I left and came back about 45 minutes later. There were three young man that appeared to be employees hanging out at the front door talking and laughing. I walked back to appliances and when no one came to ask me if they could help me I went back up to the front door. I had decided which Range I wanted to buy and I asked the young man if I could get someone to help me in appliances. He told me he would try to find someone but they were short of staff. I went back to appliances and waited about 10-15 minutes more and then just left the store. I tried to call the manager of the store but they have a phone tree that eventually hooked me up to a male who spoke thick spanish. He said he didn't work in the store but he was hired to answer the phone because they get so many calls. WOW what poor customer service. If you call you can't even speak to a customer service or manager!!! I would hate to buy something and need to take it back. I won't be shopping there any longer!!! I'll never step foot in another Best Buy again. They have a strict 14 day return policy unless you upgrade to their store plans which extends out your return availability. This sounds extremely unethical to force you into paying for a plan that allows longer returns. The item was purchased twenty one days ago and was unopened. Best Buy will never see another $1.00 of my business. Shop at Amazon which allows easy reruns. Came in for a simple pick up. Waited in line for a while and asked the people ahead of me if they'd even been spoken to. They said they had been waiting for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged them. This store has gone down hill so far. They have absolutely no customer service and if you need to buy something behind the locked cases they leave you waiting for hours. When I spoke to the manager lotti to let her know that every time I try to shop here no one helps, they avoid eye contact and they walk away from you, then you go ask customer service to send someone and you're left waiting even longer she just said they don't greet anyone anymore and everyone just works everywhere, never offered to help grab an item when she was standing at the front doing nothing with her ear piece in as the customer service rep called for help. Drove to this location after the Southlands location was less than helpful. Greeted at the door and there's a huge parking lot which is fab. My son decided to cut to the chase and asked the greeter if they received any graphics cards. He knew they received some in the springs and Westminster and was really nice about explaining. We decided to walk around to look at games and dvds. Noticed it was very quiet and then realized they were shutting down. So we said our goodbyes and headed out. Trying to get a general quote for a marine stereo install. 30 minutes (and three phone calls later), no answer. It takes 10 minutes to get through the Best Buy phone network--even though you start with the local store phone number (per Google, anyway). They take your name and number "in case we get disconnected", but then drop the call when they say they're going to transfer you to the right department. [ARGH!] Finally got there, and had to leave a vmsg. [heavy sigh] I simply don't have time for this. My understanding is that whether or not they will do a marine install depends upon the knowledge of the individual installer (ok, makes sense), but that means I don't even know if they CAN do an install--let alone how much it might cost. read more

This place is the ABSOLUTE worst and has lost a customer. Customer service is quite literally the worst you can imagine. Someone sits at the front in front of a computer not even greeting anyone. We made eye contact with multiple team members and not a single one asked to help. We ended up googling our questions but at that point what are you paying your employees to do? Sit on their phone watching tik tok or Instagram? Makes no sense. I even went in one night looking for a camera system. Asked someone to help and his answer was quite literally "no I don't know anything" I called the store or at least attempted to. Customer care answered and I asked to speak to the manager of the store, he proceeded to tell me if I wanna complain that I need to call but also that the stores never answer? I was in the Best Buy Parker store this afternoon to pick up a cord for my computer. As I walked in several sales clerks were huddled in the Samsung TV area. I stood there for 3-5 minutes to ask who could help me find a cord. One sales clerk finished ringing a sale and was kind enough to help me. Thereafter, I wanted to actually pay for my cord. In the same corner, not the gentleman who helped me as he was not helping someone else, there stood 3-4 sales people still huddling in the same area. Where is the store manager? Is this an acceptable service? I had to literally go find someone to get some help after a few employees just walked past me on their phone. I spoke to a "manager" in the computer area requesting some help. We purchased a Ring doorbell and have been very happy with our purchase UNTIL we found it that storage to the Cloud was free for ONLY 30 DAYS! I specifically asked about cost for storage when we made our purchase. It seemed to me that there would be a monthly/yearly fee. We were assured that it was free. I am disappointed that we were given bad information. I was very specific about my question and trusted that the information was right. Now I don't trust any special product purchases to my local Best Buy store. I called and talked to a manager earlier this week and he assured me that he would have a meeting with his staff so that this doesn't happen again. He also offered a credit toward my purchase.
