Worst retail experience ever. My wife went in to buy an iPhone 16e 64 gigabite (lower-end model) and was told that they did not have any. Was upsold a 16 Pro Max 256 gigabite - at twice the price of a 16e. Took them 2 hours to set up her phone. I went back the next day to discuss options for a phone that suits her needs and fits our budget. There are 16 e's on display. No greeter, understaffed. Waited an hour before a rep.even bothered to acknowledge me Four reps on the floor, 3 working, the 4th standing around ignoring people. One hard bench to sit on - not available. I was so irate after standing for an hour being ignored that I walked out. We were T-Mobile customers for 8 years. No more. The manager is welcome to look me up on the camera and/or pull our sales records and give me a call. male, senior, tortoise shell glasses, dark pants, suspenders and beige collarless shirt. Was in on 9/27 from 1:30 until 2:30. Standing in the corner next to the iphone 16 e's that you told my wife you did not have. Dumb and Dumber run this T-Mobile store on 11153 S. Parker Rd #5 in Parker, Colorado! My incident took place on July 12, 2025 between 2:30 and 4:30 if the owner wants to look at the cameras. I was in a yellow shirt. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. I will summarize to cut out the fluff. 1. I wasn't even greeted until after 15 minutes 2. There was one manager (Alex???) and a trainee working together 3. They were helping one customer before me and another customer at the same time. 4. I initially felt sorry for them, so I was patient...really patient in fact. 5. It took roughly an hour before I reached the counter to discuss my broken phone 6. I soon decided that I would just buy a new one and got out of line and started looking 7. I was then forgotten 8. Another 30 minutes rolled by and the trainee said we will be with you shortly 9. I was still patient and understanding and waited 10. Meanwhile, 5 or more potential customers came and went because of the delay 11. The first customer before me was still at the counter trying to fix her problem 12. Another customer added a line or got a new phone which took 45 minutes 13. It wasn't until after 2 hours I started walking out and said you guys' suck 14. The manager and trainee then turned to me and threw out comments like: Why, you better leave or I will get you for trespassing, "F" you, get out of here. I then returned with my own "F" you and I have been here for over 2 hours remark and left. 15. Went directly to the T-Mobile store on 17930 Cottonwood Dr in Parker, Colorado and got a new phone and all the accessories within 30 minutes with great service. 16. Today's lesson, never go the store on S. Parker Rd and go to the one on Cottonwood from this point forward! read more

Come to this T-Mobile store if you wanna stand around for 10+ mins while one associate is doing the work while his coworkers make food runs on shift or stand around in the back having loud phone calls. While paying customers stand around like they have nothing to do and don't have better places to be. If you want to actually buy something go to any other T-Mobile store than this one. read more

This TMO franchise ("Wireless Vision") has very poorly-trained staff with little to no knowledge of TMO offerings and plans. Was given incomplete information by one of the employees, and the manager, Lane, has zero interest in making things right. The manager put a 17-year-old kid in a position no employee, especially a high-school kid, should be put in by refusing to speak with me directly and relaying his non-negotiable demands through his employee. This could have all been worked out had the manager simply picked up a phone, but instead, his passive-aggressive behavior and refusal to back up the actions of his employee are resulting in four fewer cell lines for TMO. read more

Don't trust their hours, they close two hours early when they want to, go to a store that wants your $$.

Maybe hire someone who actually does their job and doesn't decide they're too lazy to work and closes the store two hours early so they can do nothing all night? Hiring someone who actually gives a crap about the job might be a good starting point. The store is a bad experience from start to finish. When they are there, they are rude and you can tell they don't wanna dona single thing for you. read more

The store is supposed to be open until 8pm...I rushed out of work to get my phone upgraded only to find that they close at 6. Their website says 8 and there is no signage saying they're closing early. Go to another place that actually keeps their hours. If they close at 6, fine but update your webpage...and maybe actually place the hours of operations on the door. Every business in that block has hours of operations on their store front...not this one, probably to be lazy and close early and still get paid...maybe cooperate needs to check them out. read more

Normally I try to limit my interactions with mobile carrier dealers. I can honestly say I would go back to this store (Parker - 20 Mile Rd) just to say hello to Kevin. The guy is a rock star. He spent his afternoon upgrading our phone plan (8 lines), 3 phone upgrades and a few new watches. He put up with all our questions, good natured ribbing, and really delivered the goods. In May, bought a phone from the T mobile store on Sheridan from a guy named Kevan. I was unhappy with the phone and the new Team Mobile service dropped my GPS 4 times from Denver to Aurora. I brought the phone back after only two days. (I kept the Sprint card in) I liked Sprint. When I returned the phone, well within the two week time frame. Kevan took the phone and could not get a shipping label, but told me he would send it back to the factory. I found out yesterday July 16th, that I was still getting charged for the phone. Sprint told me it was not returned to the factory. I went to the Sheridan store and a very helpful girl named Kate, found the phone in a drawer! I was at the store for three hours, just trying to get a shipping label! I was put on hold, transferred, scolded and argued with. I was told that the shipping label will be sent to my home. I had to take the Motorola phone home!. Sprint was still charging me for the phone which I had returned! This was a couple of hundred dollars. This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. Sprint and T Mobile seem to want to make it difficult for customers to return items. I will NEVER become a T mobile customer. He wasted a good portion of my day attempting to transfer service to a new iphone. After several failed attempts (they forgot to put in the password, went to check back 3 times, each time it was waiting on a password to continue.) finally told me to just try it at home and do it myself. It took 1 hour from home, putting in passwords when the system asked. read more

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile at the beginning of December 2016. It has been a very frustrating experience. I have come to find out that most of the things that the rep, TJ, told me was false information. First of all, my bill is about $40 more than I was told it would be. I was told that adding my iPad to the plan would credit reduce my bill by $10, when in reality it has been adding $20 a month for 2g of data. The person who referred me was supposed to receive a monthly friends and family discount, which never happened. I was told that the termination fee I paid to Verizon would be refunded to me by Tmobile 2 weeks after I submitted the request. After repeatedly submitting my bill, and phone calls every two weeks, I received the refund 4 months later. To top it off, the service is terribly. Data is very slow, and my cel phone signal is weak in many areas of Denver. Many dropped calls. Out of state, it's worse. When trying to resolve issues and clarify all the discrepancies, nobody had ever taken responsibility for the false information that was told to me. All I've been told is that "TJ" moved to another company. I'm about to switch back to Verizon, at least their service was better although equal in cost. read more

Terrible customer service. Went there looking for a sim card & they had none. When I asked why they got very defensive. When I suggested maybe I should look at another service provider another sales guy came over and asked if I would like my account number for the change. They also indicated there is no money in providing sim cards, but would love to sell me a new phone. Went to the corporate store in Park Meadows Mall - great service! Turns out the Parker store is privately owned and not under the same quality customer service standards of T-Mobile that we have come to appreciate over the years. read more

Don't ever buy a phone from T-Mobile! Because of network coverage I had to go back to Sprint. You can take a CDMA phone (Sprint or AT&T) to T-Mobile (GSM), but not the other way. They told me they are the "uncarrier" but that's a joke. They don't need contracts because the phone they sell cannot be used on other networks. I am out $699 for a new iPhone 8 and they won't buy it back. And the customer service is horrible. They always promise to call me back, but never do and I have even been disconnected while waiting to speak to a supervisor. read more

He answered all of my questions and was very helpful and courteous. NEVER buy a phone from T-Mobile! They only sell phones that are GSM network capable and cannot be ported to other networks. All of our Sprint phones ported to T-Mobile with no problem, but now that we are going back to Sprint, the phones that we bought at T-Mobile cannot work on the Sprint CDMA network. So much for the UNCARRIER hype. They are the worst of the bunch. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM T-MOBILE. EVER. Our new iPhone 8's are almost worthless. read more

Bought a new phone a few months back and purchased the screen protector which broke after a month. Went back to this store and they told me to go online and get a new one as it was under warranty. I asked if once I received the new screen protector if they could put it on for me and was told they would be more then happy too. So went back in today around 11 am, both girls were busy so asked how long it would be as I just needed my screen protector replaced. The young girl told me that if she put it on then it would not be under warranty and if something happens it would not be her fault. Was shocked by her response. If that was the case why did the person who sold me the phone put it on to begin with? Extremely rude young lady and will find another T-Mobile for all future needs! read more

All I can say is that their service is impeccable. My daughter's iphone 5 died and I bought a new Samsung at Walmart. I took it over to T Mobile and the employee, Katt R. transferred the phone number, helped set up a G Mail account, and helped download an app which transferred everything (contacts, games, videos) from icloud to the phone. Katt made this experience completely carefree for me. This place is the best! read more

Would give less than 0 stars if possible. Went into t mobile about a year ago to get out of verizon, the gentleman in the store was very adamant about the "get out of the red program" that they were running, seemed like a good deal to have pur phones paid off for us via the offer. After paying off my verizon devices and sending them in the final bill statement that was requested for reimbursement we were told that the bill we sent was not itemized (it was) and therefore not eligible for reimbursement. 1100$ down the drain in the first month! What a deal! Stay with me as this gets better. After about a year of enduring the worst coverage I've ever had with a carrier we decided to go back to Verizon. After having our phones ported over and being told that our account had been closed with t mobile, I kept getting $70 charges to my credit card. Turns out just because I had cancelled my phone lines with them and been told that my account was closed, there was still a tablet associated with a phone number/ account that I had not had access to. Long story short, Jasmine, "my east coast princess" - yes, she actually answered the phone like that... said they were unwilling to reimburse me for those charges and wouldn't even prorate the service for the tablet on cancellation day. I would avoid this company like the plague as this is $1300 in total that has been a complete wash over the course of a year. Low and behold, they are now part of the finance plans on the phones. When I spoke with the store manager he pretty much called me a liar and told me he trains his people well... NOT!!! I will never go in this store again. Filing a complaint with the BBB as well. I have been a T-mobile customer for over 10 years. This is the first time they have done this.
