My Samsung s22 started acting up about a month ago--lagging, freezing, shutting down and…read morerestarting. I took it to Verizon to check it out, and they referred me to their online support. The online support told me a few things to try, but could not remotely access my phone at this point, but said they would call me back 4 days later (@ 4pm) after I'd done the things they suggested. They didn't call back, and I went back to the store. They then referred me to Express Mobile Techs. These people are truly AMAZING! After examining my phone, they determined it was the motherboard. After costs comparison vs a replacement with the s25, I opted to buy my phone from them. Taylor then spent a few hours (!) trying to transfer all my data to a computer for backup between the lagging, shutdowns and restarts and then transferred and setup my new phone for me. She was able to unlock some frozen apps and also retrieve text messages that my phone had deleted. Verizon would never have done all of this! Additionally, about 4 or 5 years ago, they were able to retrieve data from my husband's phone that had suddenly become a "brick" while he was working from home! I had forgotten their name and where they were located when my phone went bad. I'm so glad to have found them again and will refer all my friends! I'll be taking in an older desktop for some work soon! They truly are EXCELLENT!

Now they said we aren't getting one because I only had 64 days and now it's expired!!! They offered me $6 off my bill for 12 months!!! Lmao!!! WTH is that. My husband is furious !!! The internet ain't good . It drags buffers cuts out ect... We've been with them a long time and due to this BS that they won't fix the problem. I always keep it in a case with a screen protector, but coming out of my SUV in the dark going to a work out at The Bluffs, the phone slipped out of my purse and fell on a corner from pretty high up. I noticed a green line. I thought I was screwed because I'm temporarily living in Pensacola, FL renovating homes and there is no Apple store here! So, I checked Yelp and found this place. I need my phone to make money so I didn't hesitate to pay the fee to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the phone in one hour back to the way it was but they were also able to apply a new screen protector for me within that hour. I don't see myself breaking my new iPhone 13 Pro... i'll never get a max again because that crap is too damn big for my little hand...but if anyone in my fam breaks another screen I know where to go!

However, when I went to have my screen replaced I was told that they can't replace it because there are no parts that I would have to pay $130 to replace the phone and that they cant do anything about it. Verizon refuses to honor the contract and insurance claim. They refuse to replace my screen and place the blame solely on Asurion. Asurion did not sell me the phone and insurance Verizon did. The staff at this location did. Yet no one will honor what was sold to me. This deceptive and fraudulant practices. So if you want to be taking advantage of and be misled intentionally then please shop here.
