The Manager told me that I did not buy the "Protection Plan", that no one said was needed, so it was not covered! After I explained that no one said that I needed that coverage and that I just spent a lot of money there a few weeks ago he told me there is nothing he could do! That is a bunch of BS! I did show the vibration issue to the technician when I dropped off the phone, and he mentioned that he thought it could be related to the camera. I also followed up specifically to ask if the vibration issue had been taken care of. When I picked up the phone, unfortunately, the vibration issue was still not repaired. Both technicians made it sound like repairing or replacing the vibration motor may be a more involved repair. If that's the case, maybe the phone needs to be replaced, or the necessary part needs to be ordered. I'm happy to bring it back in. Just to clarify, the screen was never cracked on this phone. The phone was dropped, and it appears the impact dislodged or damaged multiple internal components. I'd just like to make sure all of the issues caused by the drop are addressed.

Due to being in Naperville, and the only one in the near vicinity... this location is always almost busy. Luckily, there are two parking garages within a two blocks of this store. Today, I decided to buy some AirPod Pros the day after the new iPhone 17 was released. That in inside was a very big mistake because there was a huge line for pick up orders. I arrived about an hour before the location opened. And there was a big line outside. The person at the door asked what we were looking for, and I told her that I was here to pick up an order. She pointed to the line and I was there waiting. The staff here was very good about making sure people were in the correct line. Every few minutes, someone would come out and ask each other to confirm they were here to pick up an item. Eventually...that question did become "anyone here for AirPods". I happily replied, with enthusiasm "Yes!!!". And we were pushed inside the store. Once we got inside..we had another mini line. However, luckily, they changed their mind and someone scanned my QR code and I got my item only a few minutes later. Overall, while this location is always busy... it is also always clean and I do feel safe. Sometimes, we have armed guards nearby too. I wish there was an Apple Store more west (aka: closer to my house), but until then...I will continue to visit this location.

He said that he would be able to get a screen the next day. As he handed me my phone, he informed me that the back screen cracked when he started to remove the front screen. He told me that he would order both front and back and replace them both the next day. I waited all day for him to call when the screens came in, and then decided to go there. When my husband and I got there, he said he had the screens and that I could pick it up in 2 hours we decided to wait. My phone has never worked right since, and the back cracked within a day. I live in Tennessee, so I can't do anything about this until I am back in Illinois. No one answers or returns calls! He changed me $150 for a repair that ruined my phone! I also noticed that he chipped a part of my camera light meter which effects my phone's ability to adjust the brightness of my screen!

Owner was RUDE AS you know what to me. I had an issue with my internet router going completely dead out of the blue within my 1 year warranty (had less than 6 months). Customer service told me that the store should be able to give me a new router. I called before I went, he confirmed they had 10 units, but told me I couldn't leave with on that day that he has to issue a return, wait for a unit to come in to the store in 3 days and then I could pick it up. Called customer service back before going to the store, they escalated call and was told by manager that if I go into the store and the store calls them (because they wouldn't have a long wait - I specifically asked) they would work with the store so I could get the unit replaced. I went in, he insisted I call customer service, said he had no other phone number he would have to wait to. He said he could generate a return but then I would have to wait 3 days for one to come in. I asked why I couldn't have one in stock and he keep the one coming in. I also offered initially on the phone to purchase a new router which the store told me I could not do because I could only have one unit in a home. But in store he said I could buy a new unit for $100. That I didn't qualify for the special price because I already had one. He got tired of my questions and waiting for customer service to read the rules and just told me to leave, go get internet somewhere else, he doesn't want my business. This after I asked him, how do we process the warranty replacement. He had one lady waiting, told me to leave and just started helping her. I'm contemplating canceling my entire metro service because of him and will be sourcing new phone service and internet service. In the end, customer service paused my current service (had to call back to cancel) added a new internet line and charged me for a new router (only $10 but I will be calling for a refund as my unit is still under warranty and should have been replaced for free). Now I have no internet for 3 more days (which trust me, I will be contacting customer service for a credit for those days as well).
