I got there about 1 pm and i told them i would be waiting in my car since im not familiar with the area and they will have my phone. They didn't get done with it til nearly 5p. But when asking backup questions about using an external hard drive for a Mac and a windows device was told I needed to get a large drive and then have something to keep the windows data and Mac data separate. Not true. They can both be stored on the same device without the added expense of adding anything. They do offer classes here to help you learn how to use your device. They are free. Staff is friendly. If you have a device and have someone with you that doesn't have an apple device, they will loan one to that person to use for the class.

He said that he would be able to get a screen the next day. As he handed me my phone, he informed me that the back screen cracked when he started to remove the front screen. He told me that he would order both front and back and replace them both the next day. I waited all day for him to call when the screens came in, and then decided to go there. When my husband and I got there, he said he had the screens and that I could pick it up in 2 hours we decided to wait. My phone has never worked right since, and the back cracked within a day. I live in Tennessee, so I can't do anything about this until I am back in Illinois. No one answers or returns calls! He changed me $150 for a repair that ruined my phone! I also noticed that he chipped a part of my camera light meter which effects my phone's ability to adjust the brightness of my screen!
