After going to the Bolingbrook location for the second time this week and being given absolutely worthless P.o.S. instruction and advice, I headed over the Romeoville location to fix the software glitch on my Blackberry that disabled it from doing anything, not even able to turn it off and on. Anyway, I was fuming when I came in. Like literally, I was a mutha f*cking fire breathing dragon and the young man behind the desk was quick to sense my fire and calm me by taking my godforsaken Blackberry away from me before it literally combusted through sensing my hate for Verizon. The man ended up fixing my phone in less than 5 minutes without losing any of my precious photos, contacts, etc when the garbage Bolingbrook location told me I'd need to drive all the way here to get a new phone and lose all my upgrade purchases. The man was able to plug my phone itno some miracle machine and totally reset it without losing any of my info or upgrades, and at the same time avoiding my major meltdown. Even though this place is 20 miles from my house, I'd gladly drive here for better, smarter, and more efficient service than the Bolingbrook location.

They transferred our numbers but couldn't activate my watch for a month. They still charged me. They also added things to my internet that I did not want. Cameras and streaming services that I don't need. They said it would not raise my payment, it did. The part that bothers me the most is that there is no accountability. No one will take ownership and rectify the problem. It's always "the online people versus the in-store people" and no one can do anything about the other. Most reps I've spoken to over the past five years have been rude and dishonest. Usually the younger people. They answer my calls and they're initially inaudible. Most of them don't like being asked for their names again. Not my problem. With the exception of the first year, I've had billing problems. The script gets flipped without notice, not in the customers favor. Everything has gotten worse over time. They don't hold themselves accountable. They are failures in communication. Their debit/credit service has made a mess of my billing. They've never made good on their errors. When my contract ends, I'm done. Xfinity has been reported online, business, financial, and other news outlets, they have lost customers and experienced financial loss. I'm not surprised.
