Can I give a ZERO??? Been a customer for Years. Purchased a number of phones and internet service from this store. Now, will never walk back in that store again. Owner was RUDE AS you know what to me. I had an issue with my internet router going completely dead out of the blue within my 1 year warranty (had less than 6 months). Customer service told me that the store should be able to give me a new router. I called before I went, he confirmed they had 10 units, but told me I couldn't leave with on that day that he has to issue a return, wait for a unit to come in to the store in 3 days and then I could pick it up. Called customer service back before going to the store, they escalated call and was told by manager that if I go into the store and the store calls them (because they wouldn't have a long wait - I specifically asked) they would work with the store so I could get the unit replaced. I went in, he insisted I call customer service, said he had no other phone number he would have to wait to. He said he could generate a return but then I would have to wait 3 days for one to come in. I asked why I couldn't have one in stock and he keep the one coming in. I also offered initially on the phone to purchase a new router which the store told me I could not do because I could only have one unit in a home. But in store he said I could buy a new unit for $100. That I didn't qualify for the special price because I already had one. He got tired of my questions and waiting for customer service to read the rules and just told me to leave, go get internet somewhere else, he doesn't want my business. This after I asked him, how do we process the warranty replacement. He had one lady waiting, told me to leave and just started helping her. I'm contemplating canceling my entire metro service because of him and will be sourcing new phone service and internet service. In the end, customer service paused my current service (had to call back to cancel) added a new internet line and charged me for a new router (only $10 but I will be calling for a refund as my unit is still under warranty and should have been replaced for free). Now I have no internet for 3 more days (which trust me, I will be contacting customer service for a credit for those days as well). read more

I went here for a usb-c charger cord for my lg cell phone. First off the man at the counter takes my phone and repeatedly JAMS and FORCES a charger into it. Like straight up stabbing it. He then declares it will not charge and my charging port is broken. Spoiler- its not. My phone case was in the way of the charger making a connection. The man seems to figure that out and still says my port is damaged... Yeah. Ok. So he finally hands me a cord. Its 6ft tanglefree according to the box. And marked $39.99. For just a cord. But lucky me i can have it for only $30. I had to do a hard pass on that and all of a sudden another cord appears. This one is 10 ft long and marked $59.99. But im so lucky! Its actually only $15! I decided to purchase that cord. The guy asked cash or card and was upset when I said card. He tried one time to upsell me to a portable charger and i thought i was home free. But nope! This guy processes my card and then insists be gave me the cord. Which he didnt. He and the other gentleman there are absolutely insisting i have this cord. They make a show of searching the counter. And when its not there turn to me like im a thief and lying to them. Then all of a sudden another customer comes in and... They immediately find my cord under the counter. Along with the item he tried to upsell me. Convenient. I have no doubt if that customer wouldn't have came in that I wouldn't have got my cord. The cord does work just fine. But its only been 2 days. Beware their pricing! Never hand them your phone! And make sure you have your items! I'm including a photo of the bag my supposed $59.99 charger cable came in. I was in a hurry and needed a cell phone battery as mine was on the vehicle charger and it died out when I needed it for directions. So I went to Whole Cell accessories to buy a battery. The man gets me a battery as I told him what mine did and he shows me a charger and hooks it to a battery and it shows it was charging the battery really fast. He told me it would charge my battery in a few minutes. I said I already bought the battery. He says I'll give you a deal both for 75.00. He said he'll just charge me the difference. I get home and the charger took a hour and forty mins to charge the new battery. The new battery when I used it in my phone was no better than my old battery. So on Sunday the 25 of June 2023 I go to take the charger back cuz I knew they'd lie and say the battery is new so I figure I'd have to eat that. The man working tells me I have to come back the next day to talk to the man to refund my money for the charger. I'm very ill and it took a lot for me to get to that store and my time & gas and to tell me I have to see a certain person to see if he'll give me a refund is totally wrong. The man tried to tell me they don't take back electronics. I said the receipt says as long as it's not damaged and by seven days to return it. It was only six days since I bought it and that's why I pushed myself to get there as I didn't want my receipt to expire. The man working would not return the new charger that the man who sold it to me lied and said it would charge a battery in a few minutes. I will not ever go back to that scamming lying store ever again. It's in the good book that liars are children of the devil. The employees/owners of this store are con men who want to get as much of your money as they can. My husband and I have been customers of this store for a few years. We have spent a lot of money here buying both needs and wants. But yesterday my husband came to the store asking for help with our Gatmin navigator. The sales person sold him a $60 SD that was too big for the device. When my husband exchanged the 64 gb for a 32 gd he received no money back. Then when my son pointed out to me that we could have purchased an SD card for $8 I called the store. I was told that I should have bought it somewhere else and that they would not refund my money. Had a phone with a broken charging port, took it to Best Buy earlier in the week said it would cost $350 to replace it and would take 3-4 days for it to come. I took it here they fixed the phone for $80 and gave it back within a day. Would bring my phone here again, staff was very nice and helpful and phone works great now. read more

They tried to sell me A Voyager Bluetooth for $140.00 and a special was on with a charging station free. He hooked it up to my phone and when I didn't buy it he went into my settings and had an app take over my phone. I actually took me to a Samsung technician and after 2 hrs of frustration he couldn't figure it out. By the way, the Bluetooth he tried to sell me was $35. to 65 on Amazon. This place is horrible! My 16 year old went in to this store yesterday to get a case for his phone and it was crap so he decided to at least get a screen protector. Went to fix my microphone on a Saturday morning around 11:30 everything on my phone worked except for microphone, Arab or Indian guy behind the counter Told me it will be $83 and that it'll b done the next day on Sunday around 1, and I told him to re ensure myself and him that it will b done by tomorrow and he said yes!!!, next day comes around and I call to see if it's done yet, and he tells me, "No No I told you Monday, technician not in today" okay well I guess Monday I'll grab my phone, a couple of hours later some lady calls me from a Bolingbrook phone repair store and says that she has my phone and that she replaced my microphone and she went to try and test it but that none of my buttons worked! And asks me if when I came in did all my buttons work, and i said yea everything worked except my mic, and she said well your buttons don't work and I need your approval to add another screen for your buttons to work, I Was mad and confused, complained a bit, everything worked except my mic why do I have to pay that extra money if my buttons were working, but she ensisted i pay and get this took in care of that she has nothing to do with that,but it'll be $230 but sense I already have your phone open it will be $170,I was really DISAPPOINTED WITH THERE SERVICE, if I didn't say yes they would have returned my phone to me with none of my buttons working, so I said yes like a dummy, went to grab my phone that same Sunday after he told me Monday and technician wasn't in, i get there to grab my phone some guy named Barber was there behind the counter, i get to the counter and asked him for my phone and why do I have to pay that much if I came in with all my buttons working, he kept pushing my questions to the side and kept cutting me off and he called the other lady/technician and was talking in there language hung up and says you have to pay $170 plus tax,I was really mad and ready to get out of there because it wasn't going anywhere I still had to pay 170 or Idont get my phone back, My phone screen freezes all the time, itap anywhere and it doesn't do anything!I Feel like they stole my phone battery, I have an iPhone XR, I went from charging it every 3 to 4 days to now it doesn't even last a whole day, EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE IM PISSED, phone freezes I had to pay 170 instead of 83 because of there mistake of taking my phone apart and breaking my buttons situation, and my battery is not the same! I wasnt sure when I walked into the store but I was recommend by att from the mall. I needed a charger for my mothers old old phone. She will never upgrade. Anyways they had the charger and it was inexpensive and the sale rep was very friendly and showed me how to get internet radio on my phone using an app.. I like the store too it was clean and looked organized. The only issue is there was only one person working so I had to wait 10 minutes before I was taken care of. I also bought a case for my phone.
