    The Riverbank branch has the best customer service. This branch is very different from the McHenry Village branch. Thank you Julio!

    I am beyond disappointed. I walked in only to get help with activating my sons gizmo watch. Kam who…read moreis an employee there insisted that I should switch carriers for my phone plan, I said no I've been with my carrier for many years same phone number I have 6 lines. He offered me $10 per line on a business account. I paid over $500 just to switch over. Got my fist bill over $300 went to store to get help since they said I'd be paying less than the $180 I was paying for my lines with other carrier. They said they would call me with update never did. I have multiple messages back and forth from Kam and Tyvon. My second bill was over $500 Had to call customer service and they said I had 11 lines activated to my account. I had them remove those extra lines I didn't need or want. It's been five months since I opened my account with them and they refused to help me. I had to call customer service every single month and they say they will investigate. I have been paying my bill on time because I don't want my phone disconnected including this month rep said I only had to pay $129 and she would clear the remaining $200. My lines got disconnected yesterday for "nonpayment" I was there last night again and Tyvone said I have to wait until Saturday to maybe find the business account manager that apparently only works in Saturdays he refused to give me his contact information. And now says that they could not have offered me $10 per line he also denied having ever messaged me regarding this situation he said he never got any messages. I have them saved on my phone I showed him he didn't know what to say. Lies lies. They do lie to get you to switch over and then refuse to help. I would not recommend specifically working with this two people. My personal experience was terrible.

    I stopped by the store today because I had a warranty exchange that I was told to pick up. I…read morestarted service with T-Mobile about a month ago and one of the free phones they gave me was a Motorola razor. The phone has never been dropped or damaged in any way by me yet one day about 2 weeks ago I opened it and there was a black dot on the screen with a pink light straight line going up to the top. I stopped off at the McHenry T-Mobile and they said that was an LCD problem that happens to all these phones. So I ordered a replacement under the warranty, I live in Riverbank so I have them deliver it to that store instead. Here's where the issues come in, Jossue was amazing he did everything he possibly could to try to help me including trying to get the warranty covered through Motorola themselves using the emi and the security code or number whatever you call it. According to my Motorola the codes for the emi and security are not even valid. So because of his help I would give a five-star experience to Jossue. Tenaya on the other hand was rude and obnoxious. Yes, I was upset that I had come all that way to pick up the phone after I had already gone to another store. It had been two separate trips and then I'm going through them not willing to give me the phone. I even asked could she contact the other store because their store manager approved the warrenty and the ones that sent it there and she said no.. she had no concern or consideration for what was going on and then stomped to the back with the phone that was supposed to be my exchange and said no now you're not getting anything go back to the other store. As a professional you have to understand that if someone has already driven to numerous places everything was set up for pickup and then the last minute you're being told that now the warranty that was abided by according to the person who set it up and send it to your store . I was simply trying to explain to her that if T-Mobile is giving out these phones or selling these phones with full knowledge that this happens to the screen which is what I was told that it happens all the time. Then they have to be willing to take the old phone or the phone that has damage on it and replace the phone. You also cannot give a phone out where the emi or security code doesn't exist that's fraud. And whether she likes it or not her job was to help solve that problem not be obnoxious to a customer. Sometimes a little professionalism goes a long way so thank you Jossue for doing your best and being professional. Tenaya I'd recommend you getting a job that doesn't have to do with people. Your customer service skills are severely lacking. Again I want to clarify that my rating for Jossue is five stars. He deserves to be praised. Due to Tenayas behavior I'm giving her a one star. I would give her a 0 if possible but that's not an option.

    Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.
