I went in this store to do business and the lady behind the counter attempted to help me at first... I think her name said Alexa or Alexis. She continue to tell me that my phone was locked by Boost Mobile and I have to take it back to boost I told her repeatedly they told me I have to bring it to you because you have my number AT&T which she verified. For some reason she became very dismissive I was born in 1970 you're not going to dismiss me when you're doing business with me whether I like it or not and I got a big problem with this person and I got a big problem with this store if I'm wrong then I'll apologize online and in person but I feel like I'm getting the runaround and treating me and it dismissive way is not the way to do business. read more

This is a franchise, not actual AT&T company store. I came in to get my phone unlocked but got sent to a third-party service that I had to pay to unlock my phone and I've never unlocked my phone before so I was unfamiliar with the process. AT&T has a free process. You don't have to pay at all, but I called to complain. They can't do anything because it's a franchise store and they have contract to be able to sell AT&T products and services, but they're not liable for Anything outside of that so I would stay away from the store. read more

I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the store manager Hope. She went above and beyond to help my elderly parents organize their cell phone plan and cut unnecessary costs. She also helped me switch to a new iPhone and streamline my plan as well. She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. The other gentleman employee that was assisting Hope was also very nice and helpful. We had a lot of questions and billing issues we were trying to figure out, and Hope took her time to answer every question and figure put a solution to every problem. Thank you Hope! this cell phone purchase has been the worst experience i've ever had. when you are a brand new customer getting cell service and the cell phone you buy, have it ordered, then return to have it activated so it functions as it should, leaving this store on 10/02/25 with my 16 pro max not activated and nothing working, because the employee tyler k . told me there was a "hold up" with porting my number. so, later the evening, i turned the phone on and there was no wifi stored and no esim downloaded by tyler k. he lied just so he could leave the store by 7pm. so, very early the next morning, i activated my phone because i had too many things to do and i didn't want to return to the store to wait to get it activated. later the afternoon, i spoke to the mrg hope and explained what happened and she agreed to compensate me with some credit and an external case i asked to get and she said, yes. so, the next 2 weeks i was having so many problems with both phone and service and i called att so many times to get help but they never wanted to accept responsibility and they "never held up their commitment to service and equipment. they have a promise of guarantee, which states, they will make it right!" this is pure bullshit, att...... the very short time my service was working, att refused to fix, correct or offer me anything to resolve the many problems i continued to have, i'm a new customer with a brand new iphone 16 pro max and having as many problems as i did, att never did anything to help me. they wanted me to think i would accept this garbage service and equipment..... i called att customer service on 10/15/25 to tell them i'm returning the phone but only when the manager was available. 10/17/25 called manager to ask about get compensation she agreed to give me, she changed her mind and refused to agree to her promise. the day of 10/17/25 was the last day i used the phone. i continued to call att to get them to understand, i'm not going to be treated as a new customer and not have working service and equipment as they preach..... so, i finally got att to agree to take back the phone and refund the money i paid but there other store wouldn't take the phone to send it to their warehouse in texas. att has been very quick to send me a bill showing they want the total cost for the phone and i just called them on 11/13/25 to ask for another shipping label and they refused as usual. so att if you want your garbage equipment returned, you will provide me a shipping label and give me a written agreement in writing that you will get you equipment returned and i will get every penny i paid for this garbage equipment. att is nothing but the most dishonest disloyal corporate because they managed to delete all of the emails, text messages i had, but i have all of the voice recordings i recorded my phone calls. plus i have all the screenshots i took every time i had problems. i asked att to have arbitration but nothing has been done and i'm ready to go to court to prove your gross negligence and unwilling to adhere to your promise of guarantee!! i have sufficient documentation to show you never wanted to resolve these problems but expect me to just shut up and pay you for shitty crappy fucked up service and equipment...... if you attach my credit file with any derogatory negative notice of any kind, i absolutely will sue you for breach of agreement, you failed to uphold to provide me with proper working service and equipment, count on it............. i will be notifying the fcc, california state attorney general, california state business and licensing department, bbb and several other government agencies that oversee what you do..... you are crooks and lie to us and i would not send a dead cockroach to get service or equipment from you!!!!!!!!!!! liars, liars, liars nothing but liars, period.... there's more to this disaster story and i want as many people to know what a dishonest, disloyal and corrupt corporation........ read more

We signed up in March and it was alot of mistakes on their party. The wifi and mobile service is good but the way At&t manages it's business with it's customers could be better. We got scammed on one of our orders. The value is a little better than xfinity. Selection of service....still questioning whether we made the right decision going with At&t. I read that At&t is going through a law suit which makes us feel a little worried. We'll see how things go from here. read more

LEVI is a straight up liar. I went in for a new phone and he signed me up for home internet and said it would be $30 a month. It's $60 and that's with a $10 promotion. You can apparently apply for a discount but it's dependent on income and he literally did not mention that. Also said I wouldn't need a technician when I don't even have a broadband Jack in my apt. I encourage you to avoid this store unless you enjoy being lied to and taken advantage of. I went to this store to update my phone and account and was told that I would receive a $1000 trade in credit with my phone upgrade. Once I received my trade in receipt a week later, it said my trade in was $25.00. I was assured that my initial trade it amount would be honored both times I returned with my concerns and it would reflect on my bill 2-3 cycles later. Well, it did not and after speaking to AT&T, it seems like that initially quoted amount was not on the table at the time of my trade in. After reviewing the eligibilty list, my trade in was not even on the list despite that fact that I was told it was. Also, I was supposed to be enrolled in a medical personnel discount, which was never completed. Just a bunch of skilled liars and shysters. If you have had a poor or similar experience, file a complaint with the FCC and BBB and be sure to list the location that you were at. Whoever is ordering from the store has no clue what they're doing. They also have no idea how to hire people to work customer service. I went into the store today to get my screen protector replaced since I was advised that spending $40 on a screen protector would get me a new screen protector if anything happened. But that's not the case because they don't keep it in stock. They had two iPhone screen protectors in the entire store so they're not well stocked to handle the weekend plus when I left out of the store one of the employees, had the nerve to talk shit when I left because I said I wouldn't be buying another screen protector from them as they cannot follow through with their promise. read more

After having so many issues in this past month, I walked into this store and was greeted kindly by Izze. He took care of me when first my two year old iPhone 11Pro just died on my hike in Donner Tunnels of which I've lost all videos, pics and activity that I did that day. And of course, it messes with my lifestyle, losing all the activity over the weekend. Those memories we're taken from me, thank goodness for friends who were there who took many, but it's not my memories and the way I wanted them to be. I was upset hearing the my Apple 11Pro's warranty happened to be expired as of May 30, 2022... which is kind of odd, that it would die six days after this warranty expiration. Izze helped me with so many things, and also lowered the cost to many of my new items and service. He's an awesome and amazing personality, I can say he wanted to make sure everything was taken care of before I left the building, and he also gave me his number so that I would be able to text or call him if I had any problems. Thank you Izze and Macaela for everything you've handled for me. I am still annoyed though regarding the fact that now I have to wait once again to upgrade my internet service. Izze had set it up for me to have my internet service upgraded to "Fiber", and so far, no shows three times. I really thought I would've had no issues today, but they cancelled again, without a phone call, a text or even an email. Almost ready to drop their internet if things don't happen soon. New appointment on Friday, June 10th between noon and 2pm. We shall see what happens with that side of AT&T. My husband and I stumbled on this AT&T store and they were amazing. The location is not the best but the service and attitude were wonderful. Mitchell was our representative and he stayed after closing hours to help us manage our account and set up our new phone. Highly recommend this hidden gem....much better than the corporate store at Arden Mall. That store is terrible! read more
