They were able to open it but thats where the service stopped. I got my LCD back opened and paid for the labor. I was told they would look for a replacement LCD for me but never did. I called to follow up and just end up giving up and completing the fix on my own. On the plus side, I learned how to repair my own LCD dash so thats a plus.
